“Yes, right now, I already called your dad that we are coming over,”
Rafael revealed that was shocking to know because she didn’t even know Rafael was in contact with her parents.
“I didn’t know you talked with my dad, how come I don’t know?”
“Your dad is cool and he gave me good advice when we met,”
“Yeah, he is even though it took a while for me to realize that,”
She replied.
“So? Can we go see them?”
“Sure, let’s go,”
She agreed, fastening her seatbelt, this was the first time she would meet her parents as Nicole with Rafael, she wanted it to be smooth and pleasurable, she already knew they were okay with them being together, so long as they are happy together which they were, they drove to her parent’s house, her mom and dad were both home and welcomed them warmly, she still wasn’t so used to her parents being nice to her but it was gradually becoming a part of her.
“Thank you so much for having us, sir and ma, and for giving me the chance to be with your daughter,”
Rafael said politely, the man can be very respectful sometimes, like that time with Margaret, back then she had thought he would was just playing a line to get what he wanted from Margaret but she knew now that he wasn’t putting up an act, it was his way and she respected him for it.
“No, we should be thanking you, I must say, you are different from what I thought when my daughter told me what she and her sister did, I was kind of scared because you know you don’t have such a lovely if you permit me to put it that way, a lovely personality public, you are known to be very strict so I had been preparing myself for whatever war will come only to meet up with you and the reverse was the see, that was so gentlemen of you,”
Her dad said, she didn’t know what Rafael and her dad meant when they had been separated, she turned to look at Rafael who just smiled and faced her dad.
“Sir, it’s all your daughter, not me, it’s so easy to love her and I rather have her with me in love than in war, I couldn’t have won that war because I wouldn’t want to hurt her,”
Rafael said holding her hand, she felt her heart swell in love and pride.

That was all her mom said, the woman was just staring.
“You are lucky my dear,”
Her dad said to her and she agreed, she was damn lucky, all she did was play Natalie hating it but then it gave her happiness and love now.
When they left her parent’s house, they went out for a snack, that’s what Rafael called it, the place wasn’t crowded, just a few people around all of whom were minding their business, she smiled at Rafael.
“What is smiling for?”
He asked, he had ice cream at the side of his mouth, she had the sudden urge to get off her seat and lick it off with her lips but reminded herself that they were in public, instead, she used her fingers to wipe it off and kicked it, he stopped eating his I e cream and gave her look that suggested if they weren’t in public this would have lead to what she had thought of.
“You are tempting me in public and that’s not fair,”
He said.
“I didn’t do anything though,”
she denied eating her ice cream.
“We will decide that when we get home,”
“I can’t wait,”
She replied already anticipating their getting home, they left the ice cream palour and walked across the streets holding hands, she liked that they could do things like this, she thought it would be hard for them because of the kind of person that Rafael was and his public image but it was easy, its either the people didn’t recognize them or they just let them be either ways she was grateful, when they finally got back home at about six pm, they both were too tired to do anything and had gone to bed right after they took their bath, the next morning there were photos of them together on the news and also various papers, unlike their wedding the comments and articles this time were different and positive, thry were Rafaelnamed the hottest couple in town, she didn’t know what to do with that much attention, the public didn’t know who she really was yet, Rafael had wanted her to change her name and use Nicole instead but she had disagreed, she wanted Natalie to return before she did that since she still had to help Natalie with the brands whose deals with her were still on going.
Nicole looked at her face in the mirror nearly two months after Rafael and her got back together, life has been nothing but sweet and amazing for her, and every day she woke up wondering if she really deserve all these, her husband already left for work, she finished cleaning their room and was about to get some jobs that her fans requested for done, then she remembered she was late, she hadn’t thought about it last month because she had been so busy doing both her job that a lot busier each day due to the number of requests that were coming her way, of course, she was still anonymous, but she has gained so much loyal followers that her works were in high demand, as last night she had over two million followers, and them she had to still do some of Natalie’s works the crazy woman was still missing in action although she had called her parents, she hadn’t spoken with them long.
