The day after returning to Teladia, Carlos took the family to Salamentro to visit his grandfather.
Victor had been discharged from the hospital and had returned to the Aguayo family mansion and, upon learning that they were coming back, had waited in the courtyard since early in the morning and refused to go inside no matter how many times he was called.
