Carlos raised his eyebrows, thinking that what he asked was to experience what an ordinary couple would do.
He rolled down his rolled-up sleeves and said calmly.
-Well, where do we meet them? Come on!
Micaela looked surprised.
-Carlos, can we go?
Carlos frowned and said.
-Why not?
Micaela threw down her phone eagerly, went upstairs to change into more discreet clothes, then grabbed her sunglasses, cap and mask. She thought for a while, decided to take the glasses for Carlos as well, and then ran downstairs.
When they arrived at the agreed place, Ernesto and Alba had already arrived and were waiting for them at the door of a not very flashy store.
Ernesto and Alba were dressed in couple’s attire and were very attractive because of the beauty of both of them. Even though they stood at the corner, they were still particularly eye-catching!
Alba noticed Carlos’ car approaching and immediately her first reaction was to pull the cap, mask and glasses from the bag, however, when she saw Micaela get out of the car well armed, she smiled and put them back in the bag.
She walked towards them.
-Micaela, you’ve already been enlightened so much that you’ve known how to put these things on.
Micaela said with a smile.
-Well, I do it on the occasion of walking the streets without being recognized by the fans.
Micaela hadn’t been out shopping for a long time. Although she was not a person who liked shopping, she still had some expectations because it was rare for the four of them to go shopping together.
When Carlos turned around, he justly discovered Alba’s fugitive gaze.
He looked at Ernesto with a slight frown.
Ernesto noticed his frown and then spoke seriously.
-Mr. Aguayo, it’s not a good boyfriend who doesn’t want to accompany the bride to go shopping.
Micaela said hurriedly.
-We’ve come for a walk, haven’t we?
-Look, how smart I am! If I hadn’t talked to you, he would surely refuse the appointment. Carlos always has work that never ends, and the documents he’s going to sign can circle the earth several times.
Micaela explained.
-He agrees very easily!
Ernesto was a little suspicious.
-Really?
Alba took Micaela’s hand and they walked towards the entrance of the pedestrian area.
-Micaela, let’s ignore them. It’s been a long time since I went shopping! It’s not my style if I’m not going to shop much after I get my balance paid.
Evening came and the pedestrian street became more and more lively with a variety of stores on both sides and in front of the stores were the assorted stalls where multiple goods were sold.
Micaela was dressed in an inconspicuous style with a facemask and a cap and she stepped into the highly animated crowd, which made her less conspicuous.
The two men walked behind them collecting the bags.
The girls were very happy walking around, looking and shopping everywhere, very relaxed.
Carlos was secretly observing the environment around him.
-Carlos, what are you worried about? With so many bodyguards of yours, even aliens can’t attack your little girl.
Carlos looked at him out of the corner of his eye and expressed his concern.
-I always have a feeling that something is going to happen recently.
Suddenly Ernesto remembered the car accident Micaela suffered last time and the culprit behind the scene never showed up, which made him inevitably nervous.
Because he had remained calm recently, he had almost forgotten the danger.
After hearing Carlos’ words, he also looked around unconsciously.
-I am negligent. If I had known, I would not have summoned you.
Carlos shook his head.
-It is not like that, we must leave. They are in the dark and we are in the light. If we don’t relax, how can we give them a chance? If they don’t show up, we’ll never be able to catch him.
What he did was to lure him out, so Carlos was more careful.
Ernesto nodded and then said.
-You may have thought too much. Those people know he won’t be your opponent, so it’s not surprising that he’d give up.
Carlos frowned. Anyway, the person who wanted to end Micaela’s life was a security risk, and he wouldn’t let him go.
Suddenly, Alba dragged Micaela to a small booth off to the side.
It was a very plain booth, with a small rectangular wooden table that was almost completely unvarnished with many stains. Behind the table sat a man in his forties or fifties with the black glasses, white shirt, long hair and braid.
Next to the table was an upright yellow flag with the words like: Richard III.
Ernesto looked at it and read them.
-Richard III! Well, ha ha ha ha, who is it, is it from the modern or ancient times?
Alba stared at him angrily.
Ernesto shut his mouth obediently.
Micaela asked very curiously.
-Alba, it’s this gentleman you told me about and he foretold your future, isn’t it?
Alba nodded her head and stood in front of the table.
Ernesto scoffed slightly and thought it was a liar who wore the black glasses at night to feign a sortero.
The four people approached and surrounded the small stand that was about the size of a palm.
Alba said hesitantly.
-Sir.
Richard III bowed his head slightly and spoke in a tone similar to that of soap opera narrators.
-The voice sounds familiar.
Alba was surprised and wasn’t sure if he still remembered her herself or not.
Ernesto felt it was a bit odd, reached out and waved his hand in front of Richard III, but the man didn’t respond at all.
“Is he a real blind man?”
He looked at Carlos with surprise.
Charles warned him with a look that he could not be capricious.
-I don’t expect such an important person to arrive at my post today. How strange.
Micaela looked at Alba with great surprise.
An important person?
The people she said should be Carlos!
She thought it was a very excellent sortero because Carlos didn’t really say anything and Alba also talked to herself that he was a blind man, however, he knew that there was a great man there.
-In my place there are only two stools, sorry, but you can sit in turns, and me, I walk awkwardly, so I don’t get up to give up the seat.
At that time, not only Ernesto was dumbfounded, but also Carlos was a bit astonished.
Actually he was able to tell that four people stood in front of him in the bustling crowd.
Richard III bowed his head slightly and seemed to look at Alba.
-Still coming to consult on the marriage?
Alba sat down on the only stool and spoke without regard.
-Yes.
Ernesto felt a little uncomfortable because she was already with him and he didn’t understand why she still wanted to ask about the marriage.
But he was also very curious to know what the man was going to say.
He was still uneasy again because Charles was there too, so he wasn’t sure which man was Alba’s favorite.
Richard III gave a smile whose mustache quivered and then asked.
-Didn’t you meet him?
Alba and Ernesto were surprised.
-Hey!
Ernesto had just uttered the first word when he received the fierce look from the bride, so he just had to change his tone and spoke politely.
-Sir, you said that the lady sitting in front of you has met her better half, right?
