Daniel said in a teasing tone, “Oh! Bunny I know you miss your husband, come on I have called him also and he waiting for you downstairs”
Alexa was stunned at this news, she thought he must be with Olivia but he was here, she immediately changed her clothes and went downstairs.
There she saw Carol standing next to Lucas trying to keep some distance from him, then Liam and Adam and finally her eyes fell on James.
He was standing taking the support of his car and smoking, the moment their eyes met, he understood she had cried.
Daniel came and said to James, “Bro, handle your wife” saying that he gently pushed Alexa towards James.
James immediately held her in his arms, he smiled at Daniel and said, “Thanks bro” and headed to his car holding Alexa’s like a fragile doll.
Lucas headed to his car and Carol followed him silently. Poor Carol was sleeping peacefully after a hectic day, but her sleep was interrupted by her mother and she was informed that Lucas was waiting for her downstairs.
At first, she thought that it was related to some work, she was wearing hot pants and an oversized t-shirt, she was so sleepy that she forgot to change her clothes and came downstairs.
When Lucas saw her in her nightdress, he immediately felt boner, he had never seen her in such kind of clothes, her long white sexy legs, he said immediately before he loses his control, “Change your clothes”
Carol still didn’t get anything and said, “Sir, it’s not working hours anymore”
Lucas internally banged his head, and said, “I know, its personal”
Carol, behaving like the biggest fool in the world at this moment said, “Sir if it’s your personal matter what it has to do with me?”
Lucas somehow controlled his anger and said, “Miss Carol, if you forgot then let me remind you that, I am your would be husband and we are going for coffee”
Carol now understood, but now she didn’t have words she looked down feeling ashamed, and noticed that she was still wearing her night dress.
Her face turned red in embarrassment, she immediately ran back to her room like she was followed by a ghost.
Lucas noticed all her reactions; she looked so cute when her face turned red including her ears. He wanted to eat her at this moment.
After some time she came down wearing jeans and a t-shirt, Lucas was wondering how she can look so beautiful in normal dresses also.
Carol didn’t utter a single word throughout the way to Lucas’s home. She was so ashamed of herself thinking about how she could come in front of her boss in those clothes.
Everyone started their cars and headed to a famous café on the outskirts of the city.
James asked the moment he started the car, “Why did you cry?”
Alexa tried to hide her face by looking out of the window and said, “I didn’t”
James again countered, “Your cheeks and your nose are red, and they get red only when you cry”
Alexa was a little surprised thinking that he notices so much, but she didn’t reply to him.
He continued this time in the stern, “Alexa, I am asking you for the last time tell me why you cried, otherwise I have other ways”
Alexa tried to control her tears she said keeping her face to another side so that he cannot see her face, “It’s none of your business”
The car was stopped with a jerk and before Alexa could turn and asked the reason she was already dragged and sitting on James’s lap and his lips crashed on her lips.
Alexa wanted to push him but her strength was nothing in front of her, Alexa was going out of breath, but James was kissing her passionately, almost after ten minutes he let her go.
She leaned on his shoulder to steady her breath and James sat there hugging her tightly, few minutes passed than James asked gently caressing her hairs, “Love, please tell me who made you cry”
Alexa sat straight on his lap facing him and said, “you made..” and before she could continue Daniels car stopped next to their car and Daniel said loudly, “Oh, love birds please don’t start making out in the middle of the road”
“Please hurry up otherwise, we will be late to come back, once we are back you can do whatever you want in your room”
Alexa’s face turned red in embarrassment, she immediately got back to her seat straightening her clothes.
James found her so cute at this moment that he forgot all the other things.
Soon everyone reached the decided café, all were chat-chatting but two men were lost in their women’s beauty.
Both James and Lucas didn’t leave their eyes from their women even for a moment.
Daniel smiled looking at them, he was happy seeing his brother and sister, who got their right life partners, thought of getting married crossed his mind, and immediately a face came in his mind.
He snapped at his thought and said to himself, “No, I will marry anyone but not her, never”
After having coffee and spending some time there everyone started their cars to come back.
In an hour’s time James reached Alexa’s home when he turned to Alexa he found her sleeping peacefully, he slowly unbuckled his seat belt and came out of the car and slowly picked sleeping Alexa in his arms and headed to Alexa’s bedroom.
He gently put her on her bed and slipped in the duvet next to her, holding her in his arms, he said while caressing her cheeks, “You have no idea, how much I missed you today”
Saying this he kissed her forehead and slept holding her tightly.
On the other side, when Lucas parked the car in front of Carol’s house and turned to her, he found her sleeping.
She looked so beautiful, street light falling on her face made her skin more radiant and her lips were parted like they were inviting him.
