He was very stressed at this moment, many thoughts were wandering in his mind, he thought maybe Autumn wants to distance herself from him, maybe she will deny this marriage.
He was hell worried thinking what if she denies marriage, what he will do, how he will live without her, he doesn’t want to force her into this marriage.
If he cannot get her in this life also he will definitely die, he cannot see her with someone else.
Edward took a bath and tried to sleep, but sleep was nowhere close to his eyes, he left the bed, went to the balcony, and started smoking.
He was continuously smoking, he was not a chain smoker but today he felt like he could finish the end numbers of cigarettes.
Finally, around 3 pm he felt sleepy and he slept on the sofa of the balcony.
On the other hand, Autumn was also very depressed, she was unable to sleep without the warmth of Edward’s arms, yes she wanted to clear her mind.
And sleeping in his arms for the last few days, she completely forgot that she cannot sleep without sleeping pills.
She was tossing and turning on the bed, and all the events from the last few days were flashing in her mind, she cannot deny that she had seen his genuine feelings in his eyes.
She had made up her mind that she would not take sleeping pills today, no matter what, but it was 4 pm but she was unable to sleep. And by now she had made her decision, she was very clear what she needed to do.
She walked out of her room and headed towards Edward’s bedroom, she slowly entered the room trying not to disturb Edward, she was a little surprised to see the empty bed.
She looked for him and finally found him sleeping on the balcony, she turned around and went to her cupboard and took out a thing and wore it with a bright smile on her face.
After that she slowly walked towards the balcony and slept above Edward and even when he was sleeping, he held her tightly without even opening his eyes.
The next morning Edward was the first to open his eyes, but when he felt something on his chest and found Autumn was sleeping on him like a baby hugging him tightly.
But what caught his attention was the shining diamond on his chest in Autumn’s finger which was lying on his chest, his eyes were wide open when he noticed this was the same ring which he gave and asked her to wear it when she agreed to marry him.
His happiness was beyond words, he kissed Autumn’s face, he wanted to wake her up but he also remembers that he was awake till 3 pm and she was not here that means she came after that.
So she must have slept late, and he doesn’t have the heart to wake her up. He wanted his queen to have her beauty sleep.
He kept on lying there smiling ear to ear, finally, all his efforts paid off, he was just imagining his future with Autumn.
Autumn opened her eyes almost after two hours and found Edward looking at her smiling, the moment her eyes met him, he kissed her forehead and said, “I love you, thank you”
Autumn was a little blank at this moment, but just a second memory from last night came to her mind and she blushed, this was one of her best mornings, she woke up in the arms of the person whom she loves very much.
She never thought that this trip to NY would change her life so much and the change will be for good.
She smiled and tried to get up, But Edward tightened his grip. Autumn frowned and said, “Let me go”
Edward nodded negatively saying, “First reply my I love you and second my good morning kiss”
Seeing him behaving like this she immediately understood that he had seen the ring on her finger.
Autumn blushed hard, Edward saw and said, “See Pumpkin, I am telling you very clearly don’t blush like this it becomes very tough for me to control myself”
And listening to his words she was getting in a darker shade of red, Edward said again tightening the grip, “If you will not do what I asked for, I will not let you leave”
Autumn tried to speak hiding her shyness, “Please……please give me some time”
Edward pretended to think for some time and said, “Ok, you chose one, you have to do one thing out of two which I said and I will let you go”
Autumn immediately kissed his cheeks, and Edward was so shocked that his grip loosened and Autumn ran away feeling shy.
When Edward came out of shock, he chuckled but then his eyes fell on his member who was eager to eat Autumn alive.
Edward looked down and said, “You still have to wait buddy”
Autumn was feeling so shy, she felt like how could she face him after kissing although they had kissed earlier, but she had never taken initiation.
She took some clothes and went out of Edwards’s bedroom, she went to the guest room to freshen up and she was trying to avoid Edward.
She got ready and went for breakfast earlier than usual, but she found Edward already sitting there smirking looking at her.
Her speed slowed down seeing him, she wanted to turn around and go back to the guest room, but Edward said close to her ears huskily, “Don’t even think of going back to that guestroom, because I can come there also”
Autumn was shocked to see him standing so close to her.
She slowly walked towards the dining table, her parents joined them in some time. After having breakfast people were ready to leave the table but Edward said suddenly grabbing everyone’s attention.
“Autumn has agreed to get married today. We are going to select her wedding dress.” Mr. and Mrs. Walker were very happy after listening to Edward’s announcement.
They both hugged Autumn and Mr. Walker said, “Finally my doll will get married and we can leave this city in peace”
