The two talked a lot on the beach, and when Codie Wei sent Selena Lott back, he took her tightly into his arms despite her protests.
“I don’t want the world, I just want you. Selena, wait for me, I won’t give up on you!” Codie Wei hugged Selena Lott so hard that he took a long time to let go of her.
Selena Lott froze as she watched him drive away, then looked at the time on her cell phone.
It was now two hours later, did she still need to go shopping?
“Where did you just go? Why didn’t you answer the phone when I called you?” Mr. Irwin Rin was waiting for Selena Lott outside of John Lott’s hospital room, and his whole face darkened when he saw her return.
“I… I went a bit farther away to buy something, I didn’t hear your call.” Selena Lott’s expression was embarrassed, she knew that she should never tell Mr. Irwin Rin about what she just left with Codie Wei.
“With whom did you go?”
“Just, just me, I don’t have many friends right now, who else would I be with. Without further ado, is John responding today? I’ll go in and check on him …”
Mr. Irwin Rin saw Selena Lott lowering her head to change her clothes, he pulled her down with one hand, “Selena Lott, what do you really want? If you choose me, then don’t snuggle with Codie Wei, if you choose him …”

“If you can’t take it, go back to Dragon City on your own, Sweet Film is on track anyway, and Zachary Irwin did a good job of handing over to you earlier, there’s really no reason for you to stay.”
Selena Lott finished her last sentence as she put on her protective suit to cross into John Lott’s hospital room.
But she had only just picked up her protective suit when her arm was yanked by Mr. Irwin Rin, and her whole body was pinned against the wall by him.
“You’re kicking me out?” Mr. Irwin Rin gritted his teeth, his eyes trembled and his lower lip was cracked without him realizing it, “What, Codie Wei just got here and you can’t wait to be with him?”
“You’re crazy! When did I say I want to be with him! Mr. Irwin Rin, let go of me!” Selena Lott felt aggrieved that she had inexplicably taken the blame when she had clearly done nothing.
It’s not like she wanted to go with Codie Wei!

“Selena Lott, say that again!” Mr. Irwin Rin slammed his fist into the buttons inside the elevator, and because of the sheer force of his blow, the entire elevator shook with him when he did.
Selena Lott felt the elevator shaking and her legs went weak with fear.
The words that angered Mr. Irwin Rin were more than enough to never dare to say again.
When the elevator stopped, the beautiful woman looked at them as if they were psychopaths, and then quickly walked away.
Selena Lott also wanted to leave, but Mr. Irwin Rin’s appearance is too scary, she was afraid that he was not happy, directly tear her, she held the wall, did not dare to follow him.
Mr. Irwin Rin let go of Selena Lott, he looked at her askance and saw that her legs were indeed trembling, was unable to walk.

Selena Lott didn’t know what was going on, hearing Mr. Irwin Rin faintly mention her condition made her heart faintly ache.

“I also said this to Codie Wei, but he wants to see John, I have no control over that. But, I promise you, when I see him in the future, I will absolutely avoid him!” Selena Lott was truly heartbroken for Mr. Irwin Rin.
She couldn’t imagine how much unknown pain Mr. Irwin Rin had gone through since he was a child.
Mr. Irwin Rin touched Selena Lott’s hair as he saw the blood drawn and held back the revolting nausea as he forcefully pressed the swab to stop the bleeding for her.
“I’ll do it myself if you don’t like blood.” Selena Lott was considerate of Mr. Irwin Rin, to press the swab herself.
“I’m not afraid of your blood.” Mr. Irwin Rin didn’t let go, he held Selena Lott on the seat until the bleeding stopped, then he carried her away.
“That, I can walk by myself, just put me down.” Selena Lott hooked her arms around Mr. Irwin Rin’s neck, it always felt a little weird to be carried around as such a big person.
