Meanwhile, the Dragon City villa area.
Ivel Day was wearing a pure white lace nightgown with her chest almost half open.
She refreshed her WeChat messages over and over again, and finally confirmed that she had sent six consecutive days of apologetic messages without a single reply.
She slammed the phone out in anger.
These six days, she finally experienced the pain of other women.
She also realized that, as long as Zachary Irwin did not want to, it was difficult to see him.
She suddenly felt sad for the models and actresses who were attracted to Zachary Irwin.
At the same time, she was proud to have been in his good graces for two years.
Dialing Zachary Irwin’s phone, Ivel Day was ready to lower her voice to make it sound like she was about to cry, “Zachary, I miss you, can you see me?”
“Sorry, Miss Day, this is Andy Winters, Mr. Irwin is in a meeting and is not available to answer the phone.”
Andy Winters heard the voice so soft that it could drip, and then looked at Zachary Irwin who was concentrating on the meeting in the conference room, and wondered how he liked Ivel Day this.
Hearing that it wasn’t Zachary Irwin, and not bothering to pretend, Ivel Day hung up the phone.
Panicking and walking around the hall, Ivel Day was in a bad mood and was not happy to see anyone.
“Zachary is not coming, so who are you cleaning for?”
“And you, can you cut the grass a little less loudly! It’s so noisy!”
When Ivel Day chased everyone away, lying on the couch, looking at herself on the screen, she thought of something.
She found a fruit knife and toilet paper.
Ivel Day took the knife and tried to scratch her wrist, but didn’t dare to really do it.
Suddenly, a bee rushed in.
Ivel Day was frightened and the knife went straight down to her wrist.
At once, the bright red blood oozed out from the cut skin.
Ivel Day was in so much pain that he wanted to curse, but he grabbed his phone and took some pictures of his wrist and sent them to Zachary Irwin.
When Zachary Irwin saw the pictures, he stormed out of the office, despite his anger.
Ivel Day was lying on the sofa counting, and when she got to 2, 999, Zachary Irwin’s car appeared at the door.
The smugness at the corners of her mouth was curbed and replaced with weakness and sadness.
Afraid that there wasn’t enough blood on her wrist, Ivel Day grabbed the last minute to squeeze some more blood in.
“How is it? Is the wound serious? Does it hurt?”
Zachary Irwin came in and bent down in front of Ivel Day, picking up her wrist and looking at it carefully.
Ivel Day appreciated Zachary Irwin’s concern, and thinking of the six days behind closed doors, she rushed up from the couch and hugged him tightly.
“Zachary, promise me that you will never ignore me again! Don’t you ever leave me alone! And don’t stop answering my calls! Okay?”
Zachary Irwin pushed Ivel Day away from him, and seeing her red lips and white teeth, he realized instantly that slitting his wrists was just a way to coerce him into coming back.
“I don’t like it when you use schemes on me, Ivel, this can’t happen a second time, you know?”
With his face as cold as ice, Zachary Irwin looked at this face, which looked three times like Jane Gardner’s, and suddenly became confused.
His initial choice, was he wrong again?
“Fine! As long as you don’t ignore me, I’ll agree to anything you say.”
Not caring about Zachary Irwin’s warning, Ivel Day secretly thought, next time I see Jane Gardner, I will teach her a lesson, her blood will never be in vain.
Maravilla.
“Young lady, you’ve been in the study all afternoon, come out and have some dessert.”
Nanny Finn and Jane Gardner had been preoccupied with the computer since she returned from The Shine. Nanny Finn was worried that she was not feeling well after a serious illness and called her out for the third time.
After searching the Internet for information about the chief obstetrician and gynecologist at The Shine, Jane Gardner was unable to find anything useful in the afternoon.
Frustrated, Jane Gardner turned off her computer and walked to the dining room, scooping up a spoonful of bird’s nest with milk and papaya into her mouth, when her phone rang.
Looking at the unmarked Dragon City number, she picked up.
“Jane Gardner, let’s meet tomorrow.”
On the other end of the line, it was the smug Ivel Day.
“I have nothing to say to you, no need to meet.”
At the sound of Ivel Day’s voice, Jane Gardner was disgusted and wanted to hang up the phone.
Whatever Ivel Day’s intentions were, she didn’t want to deal with them.
“And what if I could tell you the personal secrets of the chief obstetrician and gynecologist at Dinosaur Hospital?”
Ivel Day was sure Jane Gardner would take the bait.
“Send me the time and place.”
Hanging up the phone, Jane Gardner’s grip on the spoon tightened.
How did Ivel Day know he was looking for information on that doctor?
Thinking of Zachary Irwin, Jane Gardner let go of the spoon with a self-deprecating smile.
She didn’t suspect much.
The next day at noon, twenty o’clock.
Jane Gardner arrived at Dragon City’s largest shopping center as promised, and asked her driver to wait for her in the parking lot while she went alone to the women’s section on the fifth floor.
As she scanned the entire fifth floor, she saw that it was filled with all the major domestic and international luxury brands.
And she saw Ivel Day who was trying on clothes in one of the stores.
“Yo, Mrs. Mr. Irwin is here, huh? This store just got a new batch of goods today, you also pick a few pieces?”
When he said this, Ivel Day deliberately looked at the domestic niche brand clothes Jane Gardner was wearing.
“Here, waiter, you give these clothes to her to try. These clothes are not expensive, one is only a hundred or two hundred thousand, I can afford it, I believe Mrs. Mr. Irwin naturally does not care, you can serve her well oh.”
“Ivel Day, I’m already here, tell me what I want to know.”
Jane Gardner frowned and refused the waiter’s request to let her try on the clothes, staring at Ivel Day, wondering what she wanted to do.
“The clothes haven’t even been bought yet, what’s the rush for Mrs. Mr. Irwin.”
Ivel Day took the attendant’s clothes and forced them into Jane Gardner’s hand, “You are so resistant to trying on clothes, you can’t even afford a dress, right?”
The waiters in the store heard this and covered their mouths to laugh.
The eyes of Jane Gardner were also tinted with contempt.
“It’s okay, if Mrs. Irwin can’t afford it, just use my card. Anyway …”
Ivel Day came close to Jane Gardner, smugly hooked lips, “this card, also all Zachary to me.”
A breath of air is held in the heart, blocking Jane Gardner to choke.
Fists, too, clenched up.
Jane Gardner took Ivel Day’s dress and walked into the fitting room.
But once inside, she realized that there was a much larger storage space inside this fitting room.
And in the dark space, there were three unsuspecting men walking towards her at the moment.
