“I remember how much I like the way you tasted,” his words echoed in her mind. He never said anything remotely as sexy since then. But he had been standing too close to her on that boat, she felt his warmth next to her. His enchanting smell. When he spoke, his deep soothing voice in her ear made her want things she was not supposed to want.
She found herself laying on the bed, staring at the ceiling, dreaming of his soft warm lipid on her. She touched her lips. Her skin felt warm from the mild sunburn for being under the sun every day. Or maybe she was flustering because of the damn pregnancy hormones that slowly drove her crazy.
She applied the cool aloe vera gel all over her legs and thighs. She hiked up her sheer nightgown to reach her inner thighs. “The mole deep in your inner thigh that made you excited when I tasted you,” his voice played out in her head.
She grunted, she wanted him to kiss her, kiss her right there. She reached under her panty and closed her eyes, she pictured him there. She remembered how he lifted her leg when he entered her. She slid down the straps of her gown and remembered how his mouth ran through her skin and to her breast.
He made her wriggle and squirmed, he tugged her hair gently when his tongue slowly made its way up from her breast to her neck into her ear. The sound of their body moved against each other, their sighs were suddenly clean in her mind. He made her burst into pieces and let out a soft moan, even in memory he could still make her cum.

She was getting some sand on the beach the next morning. They’ve collected more eggs from some nests that were reported by the locals the day before. Her hatchlings were getting bigger and bigger. They were looking at least 1200 eggs to hatch in two months.
When she stood up, she stumbled on someone who was standing right behind her. His hand grazed on her skin as he held her arm to steady her. “Gabriel? I didn’t hear you come?”
They stood facing each other, she had to look up to meet his gaze. He took off his sunglasses, his light brown eyes pierced through her.
“I’m leaving for Lancaster … just checking if everything is in order here.”
He was in suit and tie, he was flying straight to a meeting, she presumed.
She wiped her hands on her pants to get rid of the excess sand, “Yeah … everything’s fine,” she struggled to get strands of hair from her face.
“Good … let me know when you need me here, I have Peter on standby for everything you need.”
They were standing so close she could smell his aftershave.
“Okay,” she looked at him puzzled, not sure what he was thinking but he seemed like he had more to say.
He pressed his lips together and tuck a strand of her hair behind her ear. “You didn’t cover your camera last night,” he said.
She was confused at first, then she remembered what she was doing on her bed. “Oh …” what was there to say.
He kept his cool, “I just thought you should know that.”
She wanted to bite her own tongue for what she was feeling right then. She nodded.

“I think he watched me masturbate last night … aarrrgggh!” she screamed to the phone.
There was a rumble and a distant laughter, Perry had dropped his phone after hearing that. She could hear he was laughing his ass off in a distance.
“That’s not funny, Perry, God this is awful, I didn’t know that being pregnant can make you feel so horny … it’s driving me crazy.”
“Do you think he got off watching you like that?” he was still laughing.
She covered her face, “I don’t know … I don’t even wanna think about that, that was so embarrassing!” she screamed into a pillow.
Perry was still laughing, there was no way they could salvage that.
“When are you coming here? I need you.”
“The event is not in 5 weeks, I could come earlier, I have things to prepare … maybe a week earlier.”
She grunted, “One month? That’s too long, I need you here … now!”
“I miss you too babe, but it’s not like I can help you with your current situation.”
“Yes, you can … you can sleep with me … get this off me!”
“What? That doesn’t work that way, Jamie,” he was amused.
She squirmed, “Yes, it does … you said you’re going to be the father of the baby, you should at least provide for the mother’s needs.”
Perry ignored her nonsense, “When are you going to that appointment anyway?”
“I’ll book a date tomorrow, I didn’t know when Gabriel was leaving for Lancaster, I didn’t want him to find out.”
“When are you going to tell him?”
“I don’t know.”
“Jamie … are you going to tell him?”
“I don’t know.”
Perry sighed, “Have you decided what you want to do with it?”
“I don’t know.”
“What? Jamie … I thought we’d discussed this?”
“I know … and I’ve changed my mind a hundred times since then, it’s a big decision Perry … I still haven’t made up my mind yet.”
Perry paused for a moment, “Jamie … sweetheart … I know you’ll do the right thing … it may seem like a crazy idea right now, but to have the baby and give it the life it deserves is the right thing to do … you’ll see through it soon enough, just don’t do anything crazy, okay?”
She started to shed some tears, she had been holding them so long, got herself busy to forget the real task that was going to reveal itself very soon. “Okay,” she said softly.

She was taking a lunch break at the hotel, not that she could enjoy anything at all. Everything was bland, the nausea lingered throughout the whole day. She always thought that morning sickness only occurs in the mornings, boy was she wrong.
Her breasts started to ache, it was subtle at first but it got worse to a point that they soar even when she walked. She took her phone to dial the hospital when a waiter came to her.
“There’s someone here to see you, Ms. Knox.”
She looked up to him in wonder, “Who is it?”
“He didn’t say his name, he said he needed to see you … he insisted on coming here and I thought I let you know before …” he was nervous.
Jamie looked over his shoulder to see who it was, but she couldn’t find a familiar face. “That’s okay … just let me come in here … if you could ask his name?”
But before he even answered her, a figure emerged from the front of the restaurant. A blonde blue-eyed man, stern facial expression, walked in a fast pace, confident as she remembered him. A face she hadn’t seen in years but brought back surges of memories from a life she once knew.
She took a deep breath and braced herself for the meeting, every ounce of her body told her it couldn’t have been a coincidence that he was there when Gabriel was away. And her gut feeling told her, he wasn’t there to be friendly with her.
He stood firm in front of her table, she could hear his heavy breath.
She looked up to him, “Eddie … what a surprise?”
