Elliot came running towards Liam, He noticed Liam was stressed out and standing in front of Amelia operation room as he watched them operate on Amelia.
“Nothing is going to happen to her,”Elliot assures him, pulling him to his embrace.
“I need to find out who tried to kill Amelia today”Liam tells Elliot, Elliot nodded promising to find out who tried to kill Amelia today.
He already suspected that a woman with the scarf was sent, and Liam already told him what happened when he and the doctor came in.
Liam POV
Gosh please God protect my teddy, I can’t afford to lose her or else there’s not anything left to leave for again.
He remembered the first time he saw Amelia, he remembered how he hit her with his car.
Flashback
It was raining hard so Liam couldn’t really see the road and he was still thinking about What happened in the bar when all of a sudden a girl came in front of his car.
Liam’s eyes widened and stepped on the break immediately but it was too late as the girl came flying down with blood on her body which made Liam gasp.
“Omg!”Liam yells before opening his car door and rushes to the girl on the ground covered in her own blood, He quickly picks her up and carries her into his car before driving to the hospital immediately.
He immediately rushed into the hospital with Amelia on his back while shouting help.
A nurse walks towards him wondering what was wrong before seeing a girl on his back.
“How did she get hurt?” The nurse questions Liam.
“Don’t ask me stupid questions and call the doctor immediately!”He yelled at the nurse and she nodded before going to call the doctor.
A few minutes later the nurse came back with the doctor.
“How can I help you?”The doctor asked Liam.
“God damnit what type of hospital is this huh, don’t you see a girl on my back bleeding?” Liam screamed, making everyone look at him.
“Oh what happened to her?” The doctor questioned.
“She was hit by a damn car, now will you do your job!” Liam was losing his patience because someone was at the verge of dying because of him.
“Wait you are Liam Scott, I knew you looked familiar” The doctor blurted out some nurses muttering to themselves while smiling at Liam.
“Well it’s a police case, but since you are a popular tycoon and we can’t let a young lady lose her life…nurse get this lady to the operation room now!”The doctor ordered and immediately they bought a table and laid the girl on it before going to the operation room.
“If anything happens to her, I will make sure I have this hospital shut down”Liam threatens the doctor who was standing like a log.
“She will be fine, can I get your autograph?” The doctor sheepishly asked.
“Get out of here!” Liam yelled at him in disbelief.
“How is she doc?” Liam impatiently asked the doctor.
“Well she is fine, but..” The doctor was cut off by Liam.
“But?”Liam eagerly asked.
“Calm down Mr Scott she must be really important to you”The doctor smiles.
“I asked you a question doc”Liam said in between his teeth about losing his mind.
“She is fine , but the impact of the hit was so strong that it made her lose some of her memory”The doctor blurted out.
“Are you saying she has amnesia?”Liam asked with a confused look.
“Yes, I suggest you take proper care of your girlfriend and do not stress her”The doctor suggested.
“She is not my girlfriend, can I see her now?”Liam clarified before asking to see the girl.
“Yeah just turn to your left and you will see room 208 where your girlfriend is kept” The doctor chuckled slightly earning a dead glare Liam.
Liam immediately went to room 208 , he took a deep breath before opening the door he saw her seated up on the bed with the help of the nurse.
“Hey are you okay?”He questions the girl who was looking at him with a smile on her face.
“I’m fine Andrew”She replied with a weak smile.

He remembered how devastated he was when she called him Andrew and wondered who the hell was that. He wanted to get rid of her as fast as possible.

Liam was confused on what she meant by Andrew. He looked at the nurse who was clearing her tools on the table.
“What does she mean by that?”He asked, staring at the girl who had a bright smile on face weirdly.
The door opened and the doctor came into the room.
“Doctor what’s going on here?”Liam questions the doctor as he was starting to lose his patience.
“Can I talk to you outside for a minute Mr Scott?”The doctor gestures to the door and Liam slightly frowned but nodded before following the doctor outside.
“Go on!”Liam signalled for the doctor to explain.
“Well you see Mr Scott, your girlfriend is suffering from temporary amnesia due to the impact of the hit”The doctor explained.
“What!” Liam yelled.
“Calm down Mr Scott I know how you feel, but it’s just temporary your girlfriend will regain her memory very soon as long as she is not stressed out”The doctor explains further trying to calm Liam down.
“She is not my girlfriend!”Liam frowns.
“Oh if she is not, why were you scared for a stranger’s life and helped her out?”The doctor suspiciously asked.
“Uhm…i”Liam stutters nervously, there was no way he was going to tell the doctor he was the one that caused her accident.
“Well I was driving when I saw a car run over her”Liam lied without blinking to avoid looking suspicious.
“You are so sweet Mr Scott, you know everyone did tag you as a ruthless billionaire that had no heart…. but I always knew you had one in you”The doctor said with a sheepish smile on his face.
Liam gave him a dead glare , the doctor noticed his glare and coughs while laughing awkwardly.
“I have another patient to attend to”The doctor said before excusing himself out of the awkward situation.
Liam looked at the room door and breathed in before opening it.
“Uhm nurse can she be discharged today?”Liam questions the nurse who was clearing her stuff.
“Sure why not, take care of her and avoid stressing her”The nurse bowed a little at Liam who nodded.
The nurse exited the room leaving Liam and the girl who was staring at Liam weirdly in the room.
“What?”Liam questions, wondering why she was staring at him like that.
“You acting strange Andrew”The girl blurted out.
“That’s because I’m not andr…”Liam cut his words short, remembering the doctor’s words.
“What did you say?”She asked curiously.
“Uhm nothing”Liam mutters avoiding eye contact.
She stood up and walked towards his direction as Liam stared at her watching her every move.
She stopped in front of him and crossed her hands on Liam’s neck while pulling him closer.
Liam gulps as he blinks rapidly wondering what she wanted to do.
“Kiss me”! She demanded.
“What the hell!”Liam choked on his words.
“Are you okay?”She pats his back a little to stop him from coughing.
“Yeah, I’m fine,”Liam mutters before moving away from her.
“Are you mad at me?”She asked due to his strange behaviour.
“No I am not, it’s just a rough day okay”Liam tells her.
“Oh yeah, what am I even doing in the hospital?”She said as her eyes scanned the room confused.
“Oh you fainted so I brought you to the hospital”Liam tells her to avoid her thinking.
“Oh okay,”She nodded.
“Hmm let’s go”Liam orders leaving her in the room.
“What , he didn’t even help me out”She whines.
Liam POV
Gosh what have I gotten myself into, I should have just stayed home and worked.
This is all Elliot’s fault if he hadn’t invited me for a drink I wouldn’t have gotten into a fight or hit a girl gosh.
So I will have to let a stranger stay with me until she gets her memory? This is definitely not my day.
Liam thought was cut off when he saw the girl coming towards him.
“Get in the car!”He ordered and she immediately entered.
Liam entered his car and slammed the door shut . He buckled his seat belt and looked at the girl who was staring at him.
“Stop staring and buckle your seat belt”Liam groans. She reach down to buckle it but couldn’t, Liam rolled his eyes before buckling in for her.
“There now wasn’t that simple hmm?” Liam asked.
“Thanks Andrew” She giggles.
Liam glares at her before driving to his house.

Liam reached his house and pulled over and packed his car in his driveway before stepping out of the car.
He looked at his phone and was about to walk off before looking at the car who was still inside making him groan.
“Is she expecting me to open the door for her?”Liam scoffed before going to meet her.
“Hey get out of the car”Liam knocks on the car window demanding she gets out of his car.
Liam opened the car door and she stepped out and stumbled into him as he held her firm.
“Are you good?”Liam asked.
“Yeah”She mutters as Liam pushes her away from him a bit before walking towards his house.
“Are you just gonna stand there?!”Liam yelled as he was far away from her.
She shook her head before running to him. Liam opened the door and entered his house with her following him from behind.
Liam removed his jacket and sat on the couch with his hand rubbing his forehead a little. The girl walked over to him and sat next to him making Liam look at her weirdly.
“What do you want?”Liam asked with a slight frown on his face.
“Let me massage your head,”She offered.
“What why?” Liam asked, a bit confused.
“Well you looked stressed out so I wanna massage your head”She offered.
“Thanks but you don’t have too”Liam stated.
“Oh hush baby I want to be okay”She said and immediately got on his lap and lifted up to his chin to face her.
“Get off me!”Liam pushed her off his lap and stood up.
“What happened?”She asked.
“I’m sorry I can’t do this anymore”Liam utters while pacing around stressed.
“What do you mean, are you breaking up with me?” She questions as tears fill her eyes.
“Huh?”Liam looked at her and saw she was about to cry and palm his face while dragging him down..
“I’m sorry if I did anything wrong but please don’t break up with me”She stood up and hugged him.
Liam lifted his hands up as she hugged his waist tightly while crying.
“Hush girl am not breaking up with you”Liam pats her back gently. She releases his waist and looks up at him.
“I love you so much Andrew “She blurted out.
“Thanks”Liam replied, making her eyes tear up again.
“What?”Liam frowns.
“You don’t love me”She concludes with tears dropping down from her eyes.
“Look.. Uhm”Liam stuttered not knowing what her name was.
“What’s your name again?”Liam grins.
“Amelia , you don’t remember my name?”She stares at him, shocked.
“No I didn’t, I just…you know what I will call you teddy from now on”Liam stated to avoid further questions.
“Teddy?”Amelia repeats.
“You don’t like the name?”Liam asked.
“I don’t,”She utters.
“Oh..”Liam mutters but was cut short by her.
“I love the name”She declares before jumping onto him and wrapping her arms around his neck, he held her waist firm to prevent her from falling. She looked up to face him.
“Kiss me”! She demanded as Liam gulped.
“Uhm teddy look I have work to do okay”He tried dropping her down but she held her legs around his waist tightly not wanting to come down.
“No I don’t want to leave you”Amelia whines.
“I need to work!” Liam yelled at her.

He stared at her room watching her fight for her life, he hoped she wouldn’t give up on them as he was ready to take her back and forget all that happened if she could just wake up.
“Please teddy I promise I will never leave you, just wake up okay”Liam said with tears in his tears, he couldn’t imagine life without Amelia and wanted for her to come back to him.
Claudia was running fast when she bumped into Elliot by mistake. She held her mask tight hoping he wouldn’t notice her or ask her any questions.
“Hey, have been looking for you”Elliot announced, panting a little.
“What…why”Claudia nervously stutters.
“Were you the one that tried to kill Amelia huh, who sent you?”Elliot questions her giving her the suspicious look.
Claudia felt like she was about to collapse on hearing Elliot’s word, she wondered how he knew she was the one that tried killing Amelia.
