In the whole mansion, only an unknown shadow was moving towards the baby’s floor; all the nannies were also lying on the floor unconscious.
The shadow moved towards Lucas; he was sleeping because light doses of sleeping pills were added to their milk.
Shadow pulled out an empty injection and injected it in Lucas’s hands, he frowned a little because of the pinch of pain, and the person holding the needle took some blood and after that slowly removed the injection from Lucas’s hands.
Shadow slowly moved towards the door while walking out of the door. Soon the shadow was standing at the main entrance before leaving the person turned and murmured with a vicious smile in the lips. “Bye forever, William.”
The moment a mysterious shadow left the mansion, all the guards, maids, and nannies immediately woke up.
Simon called on Alex’s private number and said, “Master, it’s done.”
Alex replied, “Hmm” and turned to Alice and said, “Sweetheart, we are leaving for Alaska tonight.”
Alice was surprised and asked, “Why, all of a sudden?”
Alex smiled evilly and said, “It’s time to finish the cat and mouse game.”
Alice and Alex returned home early, leaving the party, apologizing to Mr. Adam. Mr. Adam was an easy going person, so he didn’t mind them going soon.
He was satisfied that Alexander William came to his banquet.
Once Alex was home, he was happy that everything went as per his plan; he trusted his people, so he didn’t go to the babies’ floor also to check on them, he made sure to tighten the security before leaving for Alaska.
Alice was still puzzled about the situation. Alex hadn’t told her until now what was happening, and she didn’t get the opportunity to talk to him. He was continuously on-call after leaving the party.
Alex was about to leave his house with Alice; suddenly, his phone started vibrating. At this moment, he was anxious to leave for Alaska and didn’t want to answer any call, but the display on his phone mentioning a Private number caught his attention.
He swiped and answered the call when he heard the other side he immediately looked at butler Simon with his sharp eyes; at this moment, his eyes were emitting fire.
He hung up the call, walked towards Butler Simon, punched hard on his face, and shouted angrily, “How dare you betray me?”
Butler Simon didn’t dodge Alex’s punch, he fell on the ground, and said in a depressed voice, “Master, I didn’t have any choice.”
Alex shouted ferociously, “how much money did they offer you? Hah? If you lack money you could ask me, don’t you know the result of betraying me” Alex’s face was red because of anger.
Alice was blank from start to till point, she went and supported butler Simon to stand, and growled, “Tony, what are you doing, he is of your father’s age.”
Alex looked at Alice with his bloodshot eyes and said, “Alice, you don’t get into this; stay aside.”
Alice was startled seeing his reaction before she could make a response to him, he rushed towards Simon and pinned him to the wall holding his shirt collar tightly, and roared, “How much money did they offer you to tell me?” his veins were visible over his forehead and neck.
Simon didn’t struggle and somehow managed to say, “Master, they kidnapped my son……… Joy”
Alex was stunned; only a few people knew that Simon and Joy were father and son. Alex immediately left Simon’s shirt collar. Simon fell on the ground.
Alex turned around, held Alice’s hand, and walked out without saying anything. He was dragging Alice; his grip on her hand was getting tighter.
Alice was dragged to Alex’s private jet, once they were ready to take off. Alice was now running out of patience, she shouted, “Tony, will you tell me, what is going on?”
Alex looked at her and said, suppressing his anger and anxiousness, “They kidnapped Lucas with Simon’s help.”
Alice was dumbfounded; her eyes had tears, but in the next moment, she fainted.
Alex immediately scooped her to their chamber in the jet, Alex had all the arrangements on his jet, soon his doctor friend Sandy came and ran a check up on Alice.
He told Alex, “She is shocked; her body is still weak, so she cannot stand the news of Lucas kidnapping.”
Alex nodded; seeing Alice lying lifeless, he realized that no matter how strong a woman is or what background she works, but when it comes to their kids, they cannot stand it.
He caressed her hair softly and said, “Alice, I have told you I will protect you, and our kids with my life have trust in me.”
He also internally vowed to protect Joy; Joy was also an integral part of him. It was Joy who had investigated when Selena framed Alice.
If he hadn’t done that, he might have lost Alice long back.
It was seven hours of travel from NY to Alaska; these seven years were like seven years for Alex.
Alice was still unconscious. As they were about to land, Alice woke up; her eyes had tears, which broke Alex’s heart.

After arriving in Alaska, they immediately left for the Davis mansion, as mentioned by kidnappers.
Once they reached Davis mansion, a few bodyguards were already waiting for them in the living room.
The moment Alex and Alice entered the living room, their eyes fell on Lucas, sleeping peacefully in a wooden cradle.
Alice immediately ran towards the cradle but was stopped by the bodyguards, one of them looked at Alex and said, “give the things, and you can leave with your child.”
Alex held Alice’s hand, pulled her in his arms, and slowly removed the couple pendant chain from her neck, after getting her pendant chain he removed his chain also and handed it over to the bodyguard.
After getting the chains, the bodyguard said, “You can take away your child now.”
Alex nodded, moved towards Lucas, picked him from the cradle, and walked out of the mansion along with Alice on his side.
