After Alex left the hospital meeting his kids, he was on the way to the villa where Alice was kept; Joy had already figured out the location of that villa.

Alex forgot to respond for a moment; after some time, he said in breaking voice, “M.. Mo.. Mom”
Mary (Alex’s mom) looked at him with a puzzled look at her face.

After settling his Mom, Alex looked at her for the last time before leaving the ward and left; he came back to Alice’s ward.

Feeling the movement Alice woke up, she turned to face Alex and said, “Tony, I am really sorry for my rude words, I didn’t mean…”
