He kissed her forehead and went to take a bath and headed to his study, he asked Joy to bring important files home.
It’s been a month and everything was going well, Selena tried to visit Alex’s office many times but he had blocked her completely and didn’t allow her even in his office building also.
Selena was going crazy, she was not allowed in his office either at his home, she thought of going to his home and provoking Alice just to go out of her anger but she was not able to.
Selena dialed Alice’s number and said after the phone was responded “Alice, I am warning you to get out of life, of my Alex”
Alice smiled and said “I think you didn’t get your message back in the party” she sneered and continued “Selena listen carefully he was mine from beginning and it’s not like I have possessed him, we both love each other”
Selena was furious now and she shouted “shut up, you don’t know anything about him, come and meet me in the café near your house, I will show you about the love of Alex”
Alice basically wanted to hang up but the curiosity about Alex’s love caught her attention and she agreed to meet her.
But when she was leaving home two bodyguards followed her, she told them “you don’t need to follow me I can take care of myself” butler Simon showed up and said respectfully
“Mam, we have strict orders from the Master, to not let you leave home without bodyguards.”
Alice sighed and left followed by the bodyguards.
Alex was working in the office when Joy barged in and said in panic tone “President, we got the news that Imperial knights are active again I think they got the news of Man being in the NY and we are sure they will look for her”
Alex panicked for a moment and called her to check that she was at home but she was not responding to his calls, then Alex called at home and butler Simon picked up the call and informed him that Alice left an hour ago with two bodyguards.
Alex immediately asked Joy to hack Alice’s phone location.
On the other side when Alice reached the café, Selena was already there.
Alice sat elegantly and asked politely “Tell me what you were eager to meet me for?”
Selena pulled out some photos of Alex kissing different girls in every photo
Alice picked the photos and saw them without any emotions and said “I know all these very well and this is the story when I was not in his life”
Selena replied immediately “you think he loves you, he was with all these girls and in fact, he was with 3 girls at a time he loves playing with girls you are just a plaything for him”
Alice didn’t give any reaction as Selena was expecting and this was triggering her anger more and to provoke her more she said noticing her dark circles “Alice I can see dark circles below your eyes, is it that Alex is already spending nights with other girls leaving you alone at home awake all night”
Alice smiled mischievously and said “you are right Selena, I do stay awake all night” and she paused.
Selena felt happy that she got the right nerves of the Alice and said “see I told you, a rich person like Alex won’t settle for one girl and you know the girls born in a rich family like me knows very well to handle these situations”
Alice continued “Selena, let me finish first, yes I am not able to sleep at night and I feel tired all day because Alex doesn’t let me sleep a single night without making love till dawn even if I beg him, he will not listen to me”
Selena’s face was red because of anger she abruptly stood from her chair and pointed her index finger towards Alice and said grinding her teeth “you will see in two days, what Alex is and you will know who suits him better” she was about to leave all of sudden the whole café was in chaos and ten people in a black suit entered in the café making way for a person.
The person was none other than Alex, he walked towards Alice and hugged her tightly and said: “Baby, you scared the hell out of me, why are you not responding to my calls?”
Alice can see he had a layer of sweat on his forehead; it was visible that he was anxious about something.
Selena was standing there and she was surprised to see this side of Alex, he had never been so considerate about anyone and her jealousy rose even more.
Alex was not ready to leave Alice, she struggled in his arms and whispered “Tony I am fine, people are looking at us”
Alex let her go and kissed her forehead and said “Thank god you are fine, let’s go home” saying this he held Alice’s waist and walked out of the café without even looking at Selena.
Selena gritted her teeth dialing someone’s phone number and said as soon as the phone was connected “tomorrow’s plan should not fail at any cost” and she left the café in anger.
Alex took Alice to his office, he had a lot of work to attend to and it was best if can see Alice at every moment.
After reaching his office he made Alice sit on his legs and started working, just in a few minutes he felt her soft breath on his neck when he turned a little and saw that she was sleeping in his arms like a little kid.
He gently picked her in his arms making sure not to disturb her and make her sleep on the sofa, at first he thought of letting her sleep in his lounge but then he would not be able to see her from his working chair.
