Daphne lay snuggled up in Alpha Ben’s arms, her head resting on his chest as they lay together in their room. She had never felt so happy and content in her life. Alpha Ben had welcomed her back into his arms with open arms, showering her with love and affection that she had been missing for months.
“Congratulations, my love,” Alpha Ben whispered softly into her ear, his voice tinged with admiration.
“You navigated through the hard times beautifully, despite how badly I treated you over the past few months. I’m so proud of you.”
Daphne felt a warm glow spread throughout her body at Alpha Ben’s words. She knew that he had hurt her deeply, but she had always believed that he truly loved her. And now, in his embrace, she felt that love more strongly than ever.
“Thank you,” she murmured softly, her eyes closed in contentment.
“I couldn’t have done it without you.”
He slowly leaned down to press a soft kiss to Daphne’s forehead, his hand stroking gently through her hair.
“You’re amazing,” he whispered.
“I don’t know how I ever managed to get by without you.”He added with an intense stare at her.
Daphne, on her part , couldn’t help but smile at his words. She knew that their relationship wasn’t perfect, that they had both made mistakes along the way. But at that moment, none of that seemed to matter.
All that mattered was the love and tenderness that they shared between them, the unbreakable bond that held them together even in the darkest of times.
As they lay there in each other’s arms, Daphne knew that she had found her true home. And she was determined to hold onto it with all her might, no matter what challenges lay ahead.
Her heart soon began to swelled with affection for Alpha Ben, and she knew that she would always be there for him, no matter what. As they lay in each other’s arms, she couldn’t help but feel a sense of peace and contentment. It was as if all the troubles of the world had melted away, leaving only their love and happiness.
Suddenly, Alpha Ben’s voice interrupted her thoughts. “Alpha Ben , do you know who the real face behind Mr. Anonymous is?” She asked, her voice low and serious.
Alpha Ben sat up slightly, looking at Daphne with surprise. And how she suddenly become interested in finding Mr anonymous
“No, I don’t,” he said, his brows furrowed.
“Why do you ask?”He questions, with the feeling of uneasiness.
“I need to know,” Daphne said, her expression grave.
“I know that Maria is involved, but I need to find out who’s really behind it all. I need to put an end to this once and for all.”
Alpha Ben nodded in agreement, her mind racing.
“I’ve been working on it with Josiah and Austin,” he said, his voice determined. “We’re getting closer to the truth, but we’re not there yet.”He said, he wasn’t ready to break the news of who is behind it to her. since he knew they both were besties and also , she had high regard for Daniel.
Alpha Ben sighed deeply, his eyes fixed on the ceiling, in a state of confusion.
“I need to meet with him,” she said quietly. “I need to find out what he’s planning.”
Alpha Ben nodded, laying his head back on the bed
“I understand,” he said softly.
“But please be careful. You don’t know what he’s capable of.”
Daphne held him close, her hand tracing gentle circles on his back.
“I’ll be careful,” she promised.
“I won’t let anything happen to you, or to anyone else. I’ll put an end to this, once and for all.”she said ,
Alpha Ben snuggled closer to Daphne, feeling her warmth and strength surrounding him. He knew that he was a man of his word, and that she would do whatever it takes to protect him and those she loves. And with that thought, hee drifted off into a peaceful sleep, safe and secure in his embrace.
Daphne held him close as he drifted off to sleep, her mind racing with thoughts of how to meet with Mr. Anonymous. She knew that she had to be careful, that one wrong move could put alpha Ben and everyone else in danger.
As She lay there, she couldn’t help but feel grateful for Alpha Ben’s unwavering love and support. She stares at him for sometime, before she finally slept close to him as she drifted to sleep also.
The next morning, Daphne woke up to an empty bed. She stretched her arms and rubbed her eyes, feeling a sense of unease. She looked around the room, but Alpha Ben was nowhere in sight.
Suddenly, her phone buzzed on the nightstand, and she saw that she had a text from Alpha Ben.
“Good morning, my love. I had to leave early to take care of some business. Don’t worry, I’ll be back soon. I love you.”
Daphne sighed, feeling a mix of worry and frustration. She knew that Alpha Ben was trying to protect her, but she hated feeling left out of the loop. She decided to get up and start her day, hoping that Alpha Ben would return soon.
As she was getting dressed, her phone rang, and she saw that it was Josiah calling.
“Hey, Josiah,” she answered, trying to sound casual.
“Daphne, we need to talk,” Josiah said, his voice serious.
Daphne’s heart rate increased. “What is it?” she asked.
“I found out who Mr. Anonymous is,” Josiah said, his voice low.
Daphne’s eyes widened.
“Who is it?” she asked eagerly.
“It’s Daniel,” Josiah said.
“He’s been working with Maria this whole time.”
Daphne felt her stomach drop. She couldn’t believe it. Daniel had always seemed like a nice guy, someone who would never do anything to hurt anyone.
“What are we going to do?” she asked, her voice shaking.
“We need to confront him,” Josiah said firmly. “And we need to do it now.”
Daphne agreed, and they made plans to meet up with Austin and confront Daniel at his office.
As she hung up the phone, Daphne felt a sense of dread wash over her. She knew that this was going to be a dangerous mission, but she also knew that she had to do whatever it takes to protect those she loves.
And as she headed out to meet with her friends, she couldn’t help but think of Alpha Ben, and pray that he would be safe.
