“Well….” Harley chuckled lowly as he glanced around while running a nervous shaky hand through his short hair, getting Hope to sigh out nervously as she glanced up at both of her curious and patient parents who only made it a little more hard for her to say what she wanted to say. She clenched her fists in anticipation as Penelope, Lilith and Gabriel walked towards them with open ears.
“Harley and I are in a relationship!” she yelled out from the pressure bottling up in her as she felt uncomfortable by the second.
Penelope’s eyes widened as well as her parents and siblings, all shocked and startled by the news. Even though they had always wanted to hear it, finally hearing it sounded off and completely…. Made up.
“A friendship?” Layton asked just for assurance and Hope shook her head.
“no, I mean… Harley and I…. Are in love….” She trailed off as her cheeks warmed up entirely.
“Harley, is that true?” Penelope asked as she glanced at Harley who cleared his throat and nodded his head slightly. “I’ve won!?”
“won?” Gabriel asked as she noticed Penelope’s cheerful spirit.
“I’ve always wanted Harley and Hope to match, and they have!” she screamed out in excitement as she span around for a while. “tell me what happened at the other pack-.”
“she’ll tell you in the morning. She needs to rest.” Her mother pointed out as she turned for the mansion. “save it for later.”
“Alright.” Penelope chuckled as she watched Hope, Harley and the others leave for the mansion whole she stood, watching them leave with a smile on her face.
“so.” Ace sighed out as he stepped beside her and watched as Hope laughed out at whatever Harley was telling her. “I guess you schooled me there. You really won against me.”
“it’s just pretty obvious that they would fall in love at one point. It was just a matter of time.” Penelope nodded as she smiled. “sorry she had to let you down.”
“well, I got used to it.” Ace chuckled with a small shrug before staring back at the mansion.
“if you’re thinking of dating me, I’m available.” Penelope chuckled as she glanced up at Ace who rolled his eyes and clicked his tongue.
“You’re pretty scary to be with.” He chuckled before smiling slightly a she nodded and stared ahead, hardly saying anything more.
“finally, a warm bed and finally home.” Hope sighed out as she threw herself on top of Harley’s bed while he pulled of his shoes and closed the door. “it feels awesome.”
“yeah.” Harley nodded as he smiled and bit his lower lip. “you know… if you’re thinking of sleeping here tonight then I might not…. Control my excitement.” He chuckled nervously as her eyes widened and her entire body shivered.
“Oh…” she nodded only to clear her throat. “I…. I was actually hoping we’d-.” She trailed off when he made a beeline towards her and plastered his lips against hers within seconds.
“sorry.” Harley chuckled as he crawled on top of the bed and gently pushed her back down to the covers with a lazy hungry look in his eyes as his eyes flickered into the same sharp yellow eyes of his werewolf. A growl escaped his throat as he stared down at her while she innocently stared up at him with parted lips. “I can’t hold back anymore…”
“… then don’t.” Hope whispered before leaning forward, reconnecting their lips as he slid his fingers into the dress she was wearing.
His body temperature rose higher with every second of excitement filling his entire body as he felt her skin under the dress as he trailed up to her chest.
A small moan escaped her lips as he moved his hand back down, lowering down until he was just below her stomach, causing a knot to tie itself in her stomach.
She shakily reached out to his jeans and helped take them off before he towered above her. He leaned back for a moment and glanced down at her. She slowly opened her eyes and stared into his, feeling her heart thud faster than usual as he stared at her with lustful eyes.
“if I make you mine, you can’t leave me.” Harley whispered as he leaned down and kissed her forehead ever so lightly. “I won’t let you leave me. Just know that.”
“I’m also asking the same thing of you.” She said quietly with a small smile as she reached up and circled her arms around his neck, holding him loosely but enough to get him closer to her face as possible. “I was yours since the day we were born, Harley. I know we’ve been friends most of the time but after you confessed to me that day, I couldn’t stop thinking about us, like the way we are right now…. So, Harley, even though I have really bad judgement with men…. At least I know you won’t be another mistake…. Because I really love you, Harley.” She smiled as he chuckled, leaning back down with a kiss against her lips as he slowly merged their bodies, getting her to sigh out shakily from the sudden burst of emotions.
A smile creped onto his lips as he heard her soft groans and moans as they finally became one.
He had saved his first moment specially for her, hoping one day he would be becoming one with her. A dream that seemed would ever really happened.
And yet it did.
And he was glad.
“I love you more…. Hope.” He sighed out shakily as he towered above her and slowly shut his eyes, enjoying the swarm of new endless emotions spreading throughout his entire body within seconds after seconds.
This was truly worth the years and days of patience he had to endure. Watching her find a boyfriend, watching her get married, watching her love someone else….
It all came down to him finally having her all to himself.
He deserved to enjoy every last bit of it.
