Soon, Fandrey immediately found out that Leonard had cancelled his reservations in Joyous Hotel. In fact, he had already guessed that Leonard would not be staying in Joyous Hotel. Hence, he had followed the news as he wanted to investigate Leonard’s whereabouts, but he had found nothing.
It was as if Leonard had disappeared from the in thin air. Hence, at this thought, Fandrey couldn’t help but call William again.
Meanwhile, William smiled and replied to him by saying, “Grandpa, it’s normal that you can’t find Leonard. He spent a night in the police station last time, and he only managed to get our at noon!”
What? William had actually played a trick on Leonard. Fandrey was not happy when he learnt how Leonard had been humiliated, and he was worried instead. “William, you should know that there are consequences to your actions. If you treat him this way, he will definitely remember you. When that happens, he will definitely find a way to get revenge on you!”
However, William wasn’t worried at all. “I’m not afraid. In fact, I’m just waiting for his revenge. We need to settle all our past and current grudges one shot.”
However, Fandrey still felt uneasy. He always felt that something bad would happen.
He couldn’t hide Leonard’s actions from anyone in the Floyd family. After all, Leonard was a sinister person who could do anything.

On the other hand, Leonard slept for about an hour in the hotel. Then, he woke up to change his clothes. After that, he brought his assistant out with him and quietly made his way to the place where Valeria liked to spend her time drinking afternoon tea.
He and his assistant found a place to sit down and ordered some tea. Then, the assistant looked around and said, “This doesn’t look like a high-class location, so why would William’s wife like coming to this place?”
Then, Leonard picked up a piece of pastry and took a bite. He said slowly, “The pastry here is delicious, and some people miss it. Before Valeria became William’s wife, she liked to come here with Abbie. This habit has never changed.”
The assistant was shocked when he heard this, “Mr. Floyd, when did you start investigating Valeria? Why don’t I know about this?”

After that, he picked up some snacks and started eating them. They tasted delicious, so his assistant ate a few more pieces.
