Madelyn roared and pounced on Azalea. The nurse standing next to her was someone the Floyd family had arranged to take care of Azalea. Sammuel had ordered her not to meddle in any of Azalea’s affairs or ask about anything as long as there was no danger.
Therefore, the nurse pretended to be oblivious of Azalea, Madelyn, and Angel arguing with each other.
The nurse stepped forward to stop Madelyn when she saw her rushing toward Azalea fiercely to hit her. As for Madelyn, she went berserk when someone stopped her and swore like there was no tomorrow. She even tried to pull Azalea’s hair.
Azalea restrained herself and remained silent. She acted like it was no big deal when Madelyn pounced on her. Azalea was now the lady of Floyd family, and with them as her backup, she had nothing to be afraid of.
Seeing that the nurse was pulling Madelyn back, Azalea got up from the bed and reached out to pull Madelyn’s hair.
The pain caused by the pull was unbearable, and Madelyn started to cry out loud. Her swearing got even more intense too.
Not only did she scold Azalea for being merciless, but she also tried to attack her verbally.
The nurse tried her best to stop Madelyn from getting anywhere near Azalea, while Azalea used this opportunity to attack Madelyn. Hence, Madelyn was literally helpless and defeated.
Angel who was standing by the side was shock when she saw Madelyn and Azalea getting into a fight. If it was during usual times, she would have stood there and enjoyed the drama. However, it was different this time as she had something important to do and Madelyn was an essential tool in her plan.
Angel quickly reacted and stopped them. “Stop it! Stop now!”
Both Madelyn and Azalea were furious, and they couldn’t listen to anyone for now. Angel tried to stop Madelyn first and said, “Madelyn, stop! Are you out of your mind? I’ll teach you a lesson if you ruin my plan!”
Upon hearing Angel’s threat, Madelyn calmed herself and allowed Angel to pull her away. Her hair was messed up and her face was injured by Azalea’s nails. Madelyn was mad and scolded, “What a bitch! You should literally rot in hell!”
“You’re the one who should be rotting in hell, aren’t you?” Azalea retorted.
Angel was annoyed. What the hell was going on? She was here to ask Emily for help, not to watch Madelyn and Azalea fight.
But now that Azalea and Madelyn had already fallen out, she had to choose someone to help her. Seeing Azalea’s indifferent look when Angel came in, it was obvious that she wouldn’t help her. Therefore, Angel could only turn to Madelyn and use her as a tool.
Now, it was time for her to stand up for Madelyn. Angel looked at Azalea fiercely and said, “Why are you so cruel? She is still your mother no matter what! How could you do that to her? What would others think of you?”
Azalea sneered and looked at Angel provocatively. “Hah, you’re still aware that she’s my mother, huh? For anyone out there, she looks more like your mom! She did so much just to help you! Seeing how well she is treating you, why don’t you just take her away as your mom? I don’t want her anymore!”
Madelyn’s heart skipped a beat when she heard Azalea’s words, and she stopped herself from swearing.
Angel on the other hand, was furious upon hearing Azalea’s words.
A filthy woman like Madelyn as her mother? Azalea must be out f her mind! Angel glared at Azalea and said, “Shut your disgusting mouth!”
“And is your mouth nice and clean?” Azalea retorted and said, “Or should Ms. Floyd show me how clean it is?”
Although Angel was vicious and shameless, she had never quarreled with others directly like this before.
The veins on her forehead showed up as she said, “Azalea, you shameless bitch! How dare you speak to me this way! You tryna provoke me?”
After finding out about her own identity, Azalea was not afraid of Angel anymore. She mocked, “You should be calling yourself a bitch, since there’s not many who would do such shameless things, such as getting pregnant before marriage.”
“You… you…” Angel was about to explode. She stood up for Madelyn not because she cared, but because she wanted to use her. However, she was being triggered right now.
How dare a lowly actress insult her? Who the hell gave her the guts to do so?
Angel was so angry that she rushed up to Azalea and was wanted to slap her. As soon as she raised her hand, Azalea had already struck first and slapped right on Angel’s face.
Angel was stunned. She thought that Azalea would allow her to slap herself to vent her anger. She did not expect Azalea to strike first. She was so angry that she could not even speak properly at this point. “You… you… you…”
Azalea did not give in at all and said, “What? That’s right, I really hit a bitch like you!”
“Bitch!” Angel roared and rushed over. Madelyn was heartbroken when she saw Angel being hit, so she rushed toward Azalea as well.
There was only one nurse. She didn’t know that Angel was a fake, and still regarded her as the daughter of the Floyd family. When she saw Azalea hitting Angel, she was dumbfounded and she didn’t even dare to stop her.
Azalea still hoped that the nurse could stop Angel like how she did Madelyn did just now. Now that the nurse was not moving at all, Angel and Madelyn rushed over at the same time. Of course, she was outnumbered. At that moment, she was grabbed and pinched by them, and her mouth and nose started to bleed.
Emily heard a howl from the corridor. She didn’t expect it to be from Azalea’s ward. When she heard the commotion, she looked around and found that the noise came from Azalea’s ward and immediately quickened her pace.
When she arrived at the door of Azalea’s ward and saw the scene inside, Emily was dumbfounded.
“Pull them away! Hurry up and pull them apart right now!”
Staring at Angel and Madelyn, the nurse was at a loss for what to do and she didn’t dare to step forward to stop them. When she heard Emily’s voice, she immediately did as she was told.
Angel’s hatred for Azalea had reached its peak. She showed no mercy to Azalea at all. With Madelyn’s help, she was having a good fight when she was pulled away by the nurse out of a sudden. Hearing Emily’s voice, Angel immediately stopped.
Emily rushed over anxiously. When she saw Azalea bleeding from her mouth and nose, she was so angry that she was fuming. “You! How could you?”
As a mother, she was definitely furious when she saw her own daughter being beaten up this way. She raised her hand and slapped Angel hard.
With a loud smack, half of Angel’s face was swollen. She looked at Emily in disbelief and asked, “Did you just… hit me?”
“Yes, you shameless bitch! Get the fuck out of here now!”
