Natalie glared at Valeria. “Your father and I have gotten everything ready, so stop wasting any more time. Come with us and let your father-in-law rest and give him some alone time. You’ll be back after a few days.”
Valeria still wanted to delay. “Let me call my husband to tell him about this. I have to pack my stuff too.”
Archer smiled and said, “I have already told William and he agreed to our plan. You can rest assured that you’ll be able to see him because he’ll come to see you directly after work. You don’t need to pack anything either because we have prepared them for you.”
Valeria had nothing else to say, so she stood up reluctantly and said, “Dad, I’ll go home for a few days. When we’re not at home, you should go out and enjoy yourself. You can ask Lucas to accompany you to the resort to enjoy the hot springs.”
Hayden smiled merrily. “Alright, you can stay with your parents for a few days. Well, I’m handing Valeria over to you and you have to take good care of her. You mustn’t let anything go wrong! Oh right, I’ll have the cook write Valeria’s diet plan for you. You must follow it strictly so that she’ll have enough nutrition.”
Natalie and Archer exchanged glances. Wasn’t Hayden spoiling Valeria too much?
It was no wonder she had the guts to do anything she wanted. However, they didn’t say anything in front of Hayden. “Everyone will pay full attention to her at home, so nothing will go wrong. Don’t worry.”
Valeria was pulled into the car by Natalie. Then, she poked her head out and waved goodbye to Hayden. “Dad, you should go back!”
Hayden smiled and waved his hand before he turned around and walked inside when she was gone. “Alright! Valeria and William will be at her house, so this place will soon be deserted again.”
“Why don’t you ask Andrew to visit you?” Lucas replied with a smile.
“Forget it, let’s go to the hot spring like what Valeria had suggested.”
Valeria pouted while she was in the car. “Mom and Dad, are you guys bored of something? Why do you suddenly want to take me home? I don’t want to go home at all. Staying with William in his house is so enjoyable.”
Natalie glared at her. “Yes. You’ll be spoiled there and you can do everything you want. Your father and I will keep you in check when you’re at home, so you won’t feel comfortable, right?”
“Why do you make it seem as though I’m lawless? I didn’t do anything bad.” Valeria retorted.
“Why would Angel be so vicious to scheme against you if you didn’t do bad things? Valeria, although your father-in-law and William love you, you have to restrain yourself and think for their sake. Your father-in-law’s relationship with the Floyd family is still strained, but you provoked Angel. Aren’t you making more trouble for them?”
Valeria didn’t say anything after that and Archer tried to mediate the situation when he saw her pouting unhappily. “Well, she didn’t mean it. Angel went too far.”
“Dad is right. It’s obvious that Angel is shameless, so what does it have to do with me?” Valeria immediately spoke up when she heard her father’s support for her.
Archer changed the topic with a smile, “Although it’s not your fault, it’s not worth it to fight against such a shameless person. After all, you should be the big person and pay them no mind. In order not to make things difficult for your father-in-law and your children, you have to think about it in the future. Don’t be so impulsive.”
“Alright! That makes sense. I will remember your warning in the future.”
Archer patted his daughter’s hair and said, “Good girl.”
Natalie sneered from the side, “It would be strange if she actuallly listened to you.”
Valeria pretended not to hear Natalie’s words and said to Archer coquettishly, “Mom keeps nagging at me ever since she saw me. Is it because she doesn’t like me after she had Raymond? Will you be biased towards your son as well? Will you always be good to me?”
“Of course, I will! You’ll always be my favourite and I’ll spoil you no matter how old you are! I’ll cook for you personally later.”
Natalie looked at them speechlessly. “We’re taking her home to teach her a lesson, not to create more trouble. All my efforts will be in vain if you keep protecting her.”
“We haven’t reached home yet, so you’ll have plenty of time to educate her in the future.” Archer was so gentle and soft that Natalie laughed. Valeria wasn’t worried anymore since her father was protecting her, so she took out her mobile phone and happily sent a message to William. “Honey, I’m going home with my parents. You have to come over directly after work. My dad said he’ll make us something delicious.”
“Okay! I’ll go there early tonight.” William replied.
“My mom nagged me again, but my dad keeps protecting me. You have to say something good about me tonight, alright?”
“Alright! By the way, honey, Angel was beaten up by Braelynn today and she was in the hospital with a bloody nose and a swollen face. Aren’t you relieved?”
“My anger has finally been vented out! Braelynn is so awesome, I’ll have to invite her to dinner!”
Archer tilted his head and said when he looked at Valeria texting excitedly, “Who are you chatting with? Don’t play with your phone so much!”
“William, of course. I asked him to come back early to eat your food. By the way, Dad, Angel was hospitalized and Braelynn was the one who did it. Haha! I feel so relieved!”
Natalie heard this and said, “How is this good news? Will the Floyd family target Braelynn?”
“No! My husband will deal with it!” Valeria didn’t care.
“I have to tell Abbie about this good news to make her happy.”
Natalie had a hard expression on her face when she saw Valeria texting Abbie happily.
Archer reached out to hold Natalie’s hand and shook his head at her while she snorted softly, “You’re spoiling her again!”
“Who else would I spoil?” He had owed too much to his daughter. If possible, he wanted to dote on her like how Hayden and William did. He wanted nothing more than for her to have a happy life.
Angel waited in the hospital for two hours before Madelyn came back with a disappointed expression. When she returned to the ward, she told Angel everything she heard from Emily.
Angel was furious when she heard that the Floyd family didn’t help her because they regarded her as a mistress who hooked up with Richard.
She had originally wanted to seduce Richard, but she did not show it openly. What did Braelynn do to make the Floyd family believe that she wanted to pursue Richard?

Angel immediately called Deborah to explain this matter, but the latter’s phone was turned off and she could not get through.

But Callum sent her a message a few seconds later, “I also want to believe that you don’t have any bad thoughts, but why did you send that picture to Richard alone? We will believe you if you can explain this matter clearly.”
