Everyone was looking at the road when a luxury custom-made carriage slowly arrived.
The first carriage was for William and Valeria. William was dressed in a tuxedo while he steered the carriage while Valeria wore a diamond crown and a white wedding dress. She looked incredibly elegant and beautiful.
Michael and Richard, who were the groomsmen and coachmen, followed closely behind. Braelynn and Abbie were dressed in custom-made bridesmaid dresses with smiles on their faces.
The following carriages were for Andrew, Raymond, Bobby, Marcus, and others.
The carriage stopped at the main entrance of the castle and William got off to help Valeria get off.
Braelynn and Abbie also got off the car and supported Valeria on both sides.
The entire entourage was present and the wedding ceremony was about to begin, so the guests immediately entered the castle.
The castle was lavishly decorated and it looked magnificent. The wedding company temporarily set up a red carpet and decorated it with flowers and balloons. Under the illumination of the lights, the hall looked as beautiful as a painting.
The wedding host was the host of a famous TV station. He took the microphone and walked on the stage to announce the beginning of the wedding.
William stepped onto the stage under the dazzling light when the host welcomed the groom.
After that, the bride was led to the exchange ceremony. Braelynn and Abbie supported Valeria, who was wearing a veil, to the side of the red carpet.
Since Archer was the bride’s father, he held Valeria’s hand and walked through the red carpet to William.
Beautiful wedding music rang out and the lights were brilliant. William approached them with a smile when Archer was holding Valeria’s hand as they walked down the aisle. Then, he took Valeria from Archer and bowed deeply to him.
“Don’t worry, Mr. Saunders. I’ll take good care of her!”
Archer swallowed all the words he wanted to say. He did not need to say anything since William treasured Valeria so much.
“William, my wife and I wish you eternal happiness!”
“Thank you, Mr. Saunders!”
Archer stepped down. On the stage, Valeria held hands and gazed at William affectionately through her veils. They were both looking at each other and their love was clearly shown.
A local priest walked up onto the stage and started to announce the wedding vows. “Today, we have gathered here under God’s will to witness the holy wedding of Mr. Howard and Miss Brown. This is a glorious moment, and it is not out of recklessness and lack of consideration. Instead, it is pious. Two individuals are about to join hands in this holy wedding. If anyone has a clear reason to prove that their marriage is not legitimate, please bring it forward now or forever remain silent.”
Naturally, there would be no disagreements. The priest continued, “Mr. Howard, are you willing to accept Miss Brown as your legal wife in this sacred wedding and live together under the guidance of God? Do you promise to be faithful to her in good times and in bad, in sickness and in health, to love her and to honour her all the days of your life?”
William replied with a smile, “Yes!”
The priest looked at Valeria and said, “Miss Valeria, are you willing to accept Mr. Howard as your lawfully wedded husband in this sacred wedding and live together under the guidance of God? Do you promise to be faithful to her in good times and in bad, in sickness and in health, to love her and to honour her all the days of your life?”
“Yes, I do!” Valeria replied loudly.
When it was time to swear their oaths, the priest said…
“Mr. Howard and Miss Brown, please face each other and hold each other’s hands. As husband and wife, you should say your vows to each other.”
The flowers in Valeria’s hands were taken away by Braelynn and she stood face to face with William. They held each other’s hands and stared at each other affectionately with a smile.
The voice of the priest rang out, “Mr. Howard, please repeat after me. I, William Howard, wholeheartedly take you as my wife. To have and to hold from this day forward, for better, for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness and in health, to love and to cherish until we are parted by death. I will love you unconditionally and place my complete trust in you. We will be a part of each other and live our lives together forever.”
William followed the priest and said his vows to Valeria.
The priest looked at Valeria and said, “Miss Brown, please repeat after me. I, Valeria Brown, wholeheartedly take you as my husband. To have and to hold from this day forward, for better, for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness and in health, to love and to cherish until we are parted by death. I will love you unconditionally and place my complete trust in you. We will be a part of each other and live our lives together forever.”
Valeria perfectly repeated the priest’s words.
Next was the exchange of rings. The ring bearer was a small boy and he was wearing a tuxedo as he walked up with the ring. The priest spoke, “There are two rings here. They are the proof of marriage, and their perfect rings represent life and love, which symbolizes eternal love.”
“William, please put the ring on the bride’s hand.” Richard took the ring and handed it to William.
William took the ring and put it on Valeria’s left ring finger. He didn’t need to kneel, but he knelt down in front of all the audience and held Valeria’s left hand.
The priest said solemnly, “William, please repeat this to me. You are my life, my love, and my best friend. I will take you as my wife today. This ring will forever prove my love for you and my solemn promise to you today.”
William stared at Valeria and repeated the priest’s words.
Next, it was Valeria’s turn to put on the ring for William. The priest said, “Now, Valeria, please place the ring on the groom’s hand.”
Richard took the ring and handed it to Valeria. Valeria put it on the ring finger on William’s left hand, and she held his hand with both hands.
The priest said, “Valeria, please repeat after me. You are my life, my love, my best friend. I will take you as my husband today. This ring will forever prove my love for you and my solemn promise to you today.”
Valeria repeated the priest’s words and smiled at William. “Mr. Howard, now you can lift the veil and kiss your bride.”
William lifted Valeria’s head veil and kissed her in front of the guests.
The applause was thunderous and the priest continued, “Now you will feel no rain, for each of you will be shelter for the other. Now you will feel no cold, for each of you will be warmth to the other. Now there will be no loneliness, for each of you will be a companion to the other. Now you are two persons, but there is only one life before you. May beauty surround you both in the journey ahead and through all the years, May happiness be your companion and your days together be good and long upon the earth.”
The blessing was spoken by the priest fluently. “Please allow me to introduce to everyone, Mr. William Howard and his wife, Lady Valeria.”
The applause lasted for a long time. Bobby, Jaxon, and Silas stared at William and Valeria. They clapped their hands and their eyes were filled with tears.
This was their first time attending a wedding ceremony. This was their beloved Sir and Madam’s wedding ceremony!
They wished William and Valeria happiness and may they love each other forever.
