Fandrey’s eyes flashed with a cold glint when he saw Angel going back to her room unhappily. He looked at Callum and asked, “Have you had lunch?”
“Not yet. I’m going to go soon, do you want to come with me?” Callum asked.
“No, you can take Angel with you. I want to be alone.”
“Are you still angry? Don’t be mad, your health is more important. Let’s go eat first,” Deborah persuaded worriedly.
“Yes, Dad, your health is important so you shouldn’t be angry. Let’s eat first. I’ll go with you!” Callum persuaded him as well.
“I know how to take care of myself. You should take Angel out for lunch, I’m going for a walk!” Fandrey stood up and walked out.
“Dear, where are you going?” Deborah stood up anxiously.
“I’ll go out for a walk and eat something on the way! Don’t worry, I won’t be in trouble.”
“Do you want me to go with you?” After so many years, she had never seen Fandrey so angry before. How could Deborah be at ease?
“No need, I want to be alone. If this matter can affect me so much, everything I’ve done will be in vain!” Since Fandrey didn’t want her to accompany him, she couldn’t do anything about it. She lowered her voice to Sammuel and said, “Comfort him more and don’t let him keep it to himself!”
Sammuel agreed. “Don’t worry, Madam. I’ll take good care of sir!”
Deborah sat down with a sigh when she watched as Fandrey and Sammuel left. She was so worried! Why did so many things happen recently?
Sammuel left the hotel with Fandrey. After he started the car, he observed Fandrey, who was sitting in the back row, for a long time. Finally, he couldn’t stand it anymore. “Sir, are you really fighting with William?”
Fandrey’s gloomy expression suddenly cleared and he laughed, “I’m just doing this to cooperate with William. My acting was pretty good today, right? Did you think that I fell out with William?”
Sammuel was relieved. “Are you putting on a show with William? I was so scared and I thought you were really arguing with him. I thought it was impossible. You are so wise and the William is so smart, so how can you cut ties with each other?”
“You’ve learned a lot after working for me all these years!” Fandrey praised Sammuel. Callum and Deborah believed his act with William. Sammuel was the only one who doubted Fandrey, and it showed that he understood the older man very well.
“William is really something. He suddenly called me and asked me to cooperate with his acting. I wasn’t happy to do that at first, and I always felt that the matter was a little strange. The result proved that he saw through the whole matter better than I did. Do you think it’s easy for me to follow his orders even though I’m so old?”
“Why… didn’t you tell Madam about this? She’s worried sick.” Sammuel complained.
“What did you say? How am I going to continue the act if I tell her?” Fandrey sneered, “Didn’t you see Angel’s disappointed expression just now? Hehe, no wonder William said that Azalea’s matter had something to do with her. I didn’t really believe it, but now it looks like William’s guess is most likely correct.”
“Why… why does Miss want to deal with Azalea?”
“I didn’t figure this out before, but now I do. It’s because of Emily, isn’t it? Haha!”
Sammuel finally came to his senses. “So that’s what she’s doing?”
“Who else could it be other than her? She must have ill intentions, so I’d like to see what she’s going to do!”
“So you deliberately said you wanted to support Azalea in front of Miss?” Sammuel asked.
“I asked Azalea to terminate the contract, but how can Callum be so obedient? I’m afraid he has already arranged some plans to help Azalea.” Fandrey sneered.
“Rather than letting him do this secretly, I think it’s better to do this openly. Callum would regain his pride and this can be used to deal with Veronica as well. Her vicious means can be exposed quicker as well.”
Sammuel was impressed by Fandrey. “You’re so smart as always. Veronica was targeting Azalea because of Emily. If she knows that Azalea is fine, she will never give up. We can just wait and see what happens.”
“Yes, Emily saved her life that year, but she went back on her words and kept pestering Callum. My wife and I didn’t do anything to her because we were soft-hearted, but that doesn’t mean that Veronica will let her go. Veronica wanted to kill her back then, so how could she let her go this time? Haha, she has a death wish! Anyway, I won’t lend a helping hand this time and fate will decide whether she’ll survive this!”
Angel was not in the mood to have lunch, so she hid in her room and sulked. Fandrey disliked Azalea initially, but now, he changed his attitude and began to support Azalea in order to go against William.
Azalea would have a firm foundation with Callum and Fandrey’s support, so Angel couldn’t do anything to her for now.
Angel was so annoyed that she couldn’t think of any way to deal with it, so she sent a message to report the situation to Veronica
“Mom, Grandpa has begun to support Azalea now. I’m so angry when I see Azalea’s smug face. What should I do to get rid of her completely?”
Veronica was furious after reading the message. Her and Ornard’s aim was to make the Floyd family and William fall out with each other. Now that their relationship was strained, such a frustrating thing happened as well.

Veronica could not bear it when she thought of how happy Emily would be.

Veronica remembered Angel’s identity, and Emily definitely didn’t know that her daughter was already dead. She must have regarded Angel as her daughter, right?

Veronica typed a message and sent it, “Since you don’t like it, why do you still endure it?”

Besides, Fandrey and Callum didn’t like her very much so she didn’t dare to do anything.
“Will I be in trouble if I deal with Azalea?”
“You’re the eldest daughter of the Floyd family and you have a noble status. Isn’t it easy for you to deal with a lousy actress? Do you think your father and your grandfather will protect Azalea instead of you?”
These words gave Angel confidence. Indeed, she was the eldest daughter of the Floyd family and Azalea was completely insignificant.
