William twitched the corner of his mouth and said, “Really? Your mother is really interesting!”
“I don’t know what’s wrong with her. She confirmed that Azalea was framed by Abbie, so she came back and made trouble for me. She asked me to give her an explanation.” Michael had a headache.
“And then? How are you going to explain it?”
Michael sighed. “Where did I get an explanation? This matter was obviously not designed by Abbie. She just lets everything go with the flow and doesn’t care about Azalea at all. How could she scheme against Azalea? This is too degrading for Abbie.”
William nodded. “That’s true. Azalea is nothing to Abbie. She’s too lazy to care about such a disgusting person.”
“Yeah, that’s what I told my mom. My mom was so angry that she insisted on framing Abbie. She wanted to go to the Clark family to tell Abbie’s parents about the incident last night. She wanted the Clark family to constraint Abbie and to get justice for Azalea.”
“Your mother really dotes on Azalea!” William laughed sarcastically. “I’m surprised. Why did your mother help her all the time? Did Azalea poison your mother?”
Michael was puzzled. “I wonder about this too. My mom has always treated Azalea differently ever since she was a child. Why?”
“Why are you asking me? I’m not your mother.” William replied to him. “You’re not here to analyze your mother’s feelings for Azalea, right? My wife was very unhappy with you because you had pissed off Abbie last night. Tell whatever you want and leave before she comes and counts on you!”
Michael sighed. “I’m here today to ask you about Abbie’s antidote. Any discovery?”
William shook his head. “No! How can I not give it to you if I have? It’s hard to find an ingredient.”
“May I have a rough date?” Michael asked again.
“No, that ingredient has mostly vanished. It’s not easy to find.” William said impatiently, “You’re not just here to ask about the medicine, right? If it’s just about the medicine, just call me directly. You don’t have to come here to ask about it. You must have something else, right?”
“Yes sir!”
“If you have something to say, just say it. I hate people who talk nonsense like this. I am not your client! You’re really annoying!”
Seeing that William was getting impatient, Michael decided not to hide anything. “My mom rambled for the night and threatened me to spread the news that Abbie had schemed against Azalea to the Clark family. She was messing around with me no matter how much I refused. The only purpose was that she wanted me to marry Azalea. You know her well. “Abbie doesn’t remember about our past at all, which make me can’t do anything. You know that Richard has always had a misunderstanding of me. William, do you think that I can take her away from B City and never come back after I publicize our relationship?”
William sneered, “Aren’t you daydreaming? Will Richard let you go? Even if you were lucky enough to leave with Abbie, Richard will chase you to the ends of the earth.”
“What should do, then? I can’t do anything to my mother, but I can’t give up Abbie too. I am in a dilemma now. Please give me an idea.”

Michael realized, “I’ll go back now!”
William shook his head while watching Michael open the door. Valeria stood at the door and looked at Michael with a sneer. “Who let you come? Don’t come to my husband in the future. I don’t welcome a baby boy like you who cheated on your girlfriend! Who knows if you would lead my husband to go astray?”
“Valeria!” When William saw Michael suffer a loss, he immediately stood up and held Valeria in his arms. Valeria refused to let him go. “What? Great lawyer? Isn’t he just a mother’s boy? Since you want to be a mother’s boy, why do you want to marry a wife? Isn’t it good for you to stay single so that you won’t harm others in your life? Why did you provoke Abbie? Abbie was unlucky to meet such a mother’s boy like you!”
