Fandrey forced a smile, “Nothing! You’re back? Are you having fun?”
“Yes! I had a meal with Valeria. In the end, William also went to join the fun and accompanied us to watch a movie.” Deborah sat down and replied.
“William was there too?” Fandrey asked in surprise.
“Yes. Are you surprised?”
“Yeah. How was he? Is he in a good mood?” Fandrey asked.
“Of course. He wouldn’t be in a bad mood in front of his wife.” After Deborah said that, something struck her. “Why did you ask if William was in a good mood?”
“I’m just asking!” Fandrey took a look at Callum after he finished speaking. Deborah looked over Callum and said, “What’s wrong with Callum? Is it because of the issue of David? How is David’s business going?”
“There is no progress. The police are still investigating.” Callum replied.
“Is that so? David is too pitiful. How could he be killed? That’s crazy! It’s still uncertain that if we can find out the murderer behind it.” Deborah had a good impression of David and told Callum, “Callum, we have to offer help to David’s family since David has been with you for more than 20 years. We can’t treat his family badly.”
“I got it, I’ve arranged it.” Callum answered gloomily.
There must be something wrong with Callum. Deborah looked at Fandrey and was about to ask something, but Fandrey shook his head and reached out to pull her. “Let’s go back to the room and talk.”
The old couple returned to the bedroom and closed the door. Deborah looked at Fandrey in confusion. “Hey, what happened?”
Fandrey sat down and lowered his voice, “William and Callum had a quarrel over the affairs of David just now.”
“William and Callum had a quarrel because of David? What’s going on?” Deborah became more confused.
Fandrey told the story again, and Deborah was shocked. “Is Callum muddle? Why did he call the police? It’s just a quarrel between uncle and nephew. We just need to close the door and solve the problem. If we call the police, we will be at odds with each other. Even if William was the one who did it, Callum would not be able to threaten William even if he report to the police. William might only lose some of his subordinates. It’s not William who did it. Don’t William hate him? He’s really stupid!”
“Yeah, I also said that to him just now. He was very regretful that he wasn’t able to control himself at that time. What’s the point of regret? It’s too late!” Fandrey spread his hands.
“Fandrey, is William going to be alright? He’s about to get married soon, and the wedding site has been decided. If it’s affected because of this matter, it’ll be terrible.” Deborah knew that the matter was serious. She couldn’t help but worry.
Fandrey comforted, “It won’t be affected. It’s William’s subordinate who keeps tracking David, not William. How can it affect him? I’m worried about the relationship between William and Callum. They’re not close to each other before, their relationship will surely be affected and worsen by this incident.”
Hearing Fandrey’s words, Deborah pondered over William’s attitude tonight. However, she felt that there was no difference from before. Could it be that Fandrey was too worried?
“I don’t think the attitude of William has changed this evening. He is still as affectionate as before. When it comes to the matter of wedding, he is willing to invite us to the wedding. He didn’t show any unwillingness at all.”
“He was pretending because he didn’t want his wife to worry. You clearly know that Valeria was irreplaceable in his heart. Furthermore, Valeria is pregnant now. William doesn’t show it because he was unwilling to let Valeria worry about that.”
“If that’s the case, won’t he invite us to his wedding?” Deborah was extremely worried.
“It’s unpredictable!” Fandrey shook his head. He was unsure too.
“Why don’t you explain to William? What’s going on these days?” Deborah was depressed.
In the Howard family estate, Andrew hastily parked his car and entered the old estate. Hayden was watching the financial news in the living room. He was very surprised when he saw Andrew come over all of a sudden. “Why are you here at this time? Have you eaten?”
“Yes. Are you alone at home?” Andrew sat down.
“William was busy while your aunt was having an appointment, that’s why I’m the only one at home.” Hayden shut off the TV. “Did something urgent happen to you?”
“There is something. Have you heard about the murder of Callum’s bodyguard?”
“Yes, I heard. What’s the matter? Did the murderer be arrested?”
“No, there’s another thing. I just heard from my friend at the police station that Callum called the police this afternoon. He said that William’s bodyguard had followed David when the murder happened. The police have contacted William’s bodyguard.”
“What? How does this have anything to do with William?” Hayden startled. “Isn’t this just a coincidence? William has no reason to follow Callum’s bodyguard! Even if he did this, he definitely won’t let his bodyguard kill someone. I don’t believe in it!”
Andrew nodded and said, “I don’t believe in this, either. However, the others don’t think so. I’m not sure who disclosed this, but rumors say that William’s bodyguards are the murderer.”
“Who did this?” Hayden nearly jumped in anger. “Where’s William? Does he know about this?”
“I’ve told Marcus about this. Marcus told me not to worry. He’ll order someone to deal with it. I’m worried, so I came to check it out.”
Hayden heaved a sigh of relief. “William has his own way of doing things. Since Marcus said that he knows, he will deal with it. Don’t worry about it.”

Andrew nodded. “Alright, ask William and let me know then.”

“No, I’ll go back. There’s still a meeting to be held tomorrow morning.” Hearing Andrew’s words, Hayden didn’t convince him to stay anymore. “Be careful on your way, then.”
Bobby drove the car, Valeria and William sat in the back row. Valeria was a little tired. She leaned against William’s arms and closed her eyes for a nap. William was reading the messages on his phone with a cold smile on his face.
