Hardy was stunned for a while when he saw that it was Raymond. He then asked, “I have no idea what does Mr. Saunders means.”
“Still pretending? Let me ask you, did you ask Raelyn to find my grandpa to drive a wedge between among them? You are really something else, aren’t you? Right, I forgot you still have to spend money on the sisters. You played with the Anderson sisters’ feelings, now you want to take my family’s money? Can’t you be more shameless than that?”
Hardy was furious when he was accused by Raymond, “Who said that I want your family’s money? It has nothing to do with me!”
“You think I will believe you if you say it has nothing to do with you? Everyone knows that you, Hardy Anthony, are mean and shameless. I don’t believe a word you say!” Raymond continued to scold him, “You played with the sisters’ feelings and spend nothing on them. Now you want to get money from my family to dump them? You really think too much, do you think that the Saunders are easy to bully?”
Hardy was completely baffled, “What? Can you please say it clearly?”
“Stop acting like you don’t know anything. Raelyn went to ask my grandpa for money to make Talitha give up you. Is this not your idea?” Raymond began to reveal everything to Hardy.
“You asked for 10 million, and you are still thinking to get the shares of my grandfather? How can you be so shameless? Let me tell you, the shares under my grandfather are owned by my sister Valeria. You made a mistake by letting the Anderson sisters carry out your plan. Hardy scolded Bevan angrily after what he said, “What? What are you saying? Didn’t you hear what Raymond just said? Raelyn wants to get the money for her daughter. It seems that she wants to use the money to get rid of one of them and stop them from fighting for me.”
“Is that her purpose? If the sisters are really arguing for the money, won’t your plan fall behind after they really got the money from Gavin?”
“Yes, that’s why I have to figure out what’s going on. Let’s go to Natasya’s apartment to see her, I think she should know something.”
In the Howard family’s old estate, Hayden was happily welcoming Archer and Natalie, who were carrying bags of gifts in their hand, into the house. Hayden was very happy and he said to them, “Welcome in! You shouldn’t bring us so many gifts.”
Archer chuckled and replied, “It’s because we’re happy! I know it’s twins, but I didn’t expect it to be twin baby boys. Congratulations, Hayden!”
“Same to you!” Hayden told Archer and Natalie to have a seat and asked the servant to serve them tea.
Valeria was resting upstairs and came downstairs when she heard the noise. She was surprised to see Archer and Natalie, “Mom! Dad! Why are you here?”
Hayden spoke from the side, “I was the one who called them. Isn’t this a good thing? I wanted to treat everyone to dinner tonight, let everyone have a good time!”
“Dad, have you told them?” Valeria’s face looked a little disappointed, “I was going to tell them about it tonight.”
“Valeria, you should call me and your father the moment you know the news. Why are you hiding such good news from us? If Hayden didn’t call us, we would still be kept in the dark.” Natalie complained.
“It’s not that I don’t want you guys to know, I was planning to tell you guys tonight.”
When Hayden heard what Valeria said, he was a little nervous, so he asked, “Valeria, have I ruined your surprise?”
“No, it doesn’t matter since we’ll be treating the dinner anyway! Dad, since you said so, dinner is on you!”
“That’s for sure! Put the meals and shopping on my account in the future!” Hayden was extremely generous.
Valeria beamed, “Thanks, dad!”
After chatting for a while, the sound of a car came from the entrance. Hayden glanced at the time and said, “William is back!”
Sure enough, a few minutes later, William appeared at the door of the living room. However, he was not alone, there was Raymond too.
Raymond was also carrying gifts in his hand. Valeria saw Raymond’s gift and raised her eyebrows, “Wow, what brings you here?”
Raymond heard the sarcasm in her voice and touched his head embarrassedly, “This is you. I’ll prepare a big gift when the baby is born. Don’t worry, as their uncle, I will treat my two nephews well!”
“Humph, did I say that I want these?” Valeria rolled her eyes, and William put his arm around her waist, “Come on, honey, he’s the uncle. Besides, he’s a guest too, it’s not good to pick on your brother like this, right.”
“I didn’t say anything though,” Valeria leaned against William and asked, “Dad, where are you going to treat us to dinner?”
Hayden chuckled as he spoke, “Let’s go to our hotel. Invite Braelynn and Abbie too, we should have fun together. After dinner, you guys can go and sing karaoke. Don’t you like to sing?”
“That’s great! I’ll call Abbie and Braelynn now. You can inform Andrew and the others,” Valeria said to William and called Braelynn and Abbie excitedly.
The group of people went to the Howard family hotel for dinner. As they entered the private room, they congratulated William and Valeria. Everyone was toasting and drinking nonstop. William was in a good mood so he couldn’t help but drank a lot. After they had their dinner, they went to sing in the karaoke. Valeria on the other side was singing nonstop.
She was afraid that William would stop her so she said, “Honey, I’ll sing a few songs, just a few! I promise I won’t sing anymore after I finish my favorite songs.”
“Valeria, as far as I know, there are at least a few hundred or a few dozen songs that you like, right? How long will it take you to finish all of your songs?” Abbie teased.
“I’ll sing my favorite song only! My favorite song is no more than ten songs!”
William could only shake his head and say, “Go ahead.”
Valeria and Abbie began to party. William sat on the sofa and took a sip of the juice. His phone rang suddenly and it was Silas. He then stood up and went outside to answer the phone after he found that the room was too noisy, “What’s the matter?”
“Boss, I have something to report. Emily has returned to Misurton safely.”
