William looked around while biting on the candied apple but he did not see Abbie and Michael. Valeria also looked around and asked, “Where are they? Where is she?”
“They’re over there by the food stand, both of them are fully covered. If Miss Clark hadn’t taken off her mask to eat, I wouldn’t have recognized them at all.”
“So mysterious? Honey, should we go and say hello? Shopping with Abbie is the best!”
