Abbie and Thomas left afterwards. However, Michael didn’t leave. He was following them all the way.

“I just want to talk to you!”

The scar on his chest was an injury he got in order to protect her. When Abbie thought of how Michael risked his life to protect her when she was kidnapped, she broke into tears.
Then, Michael reached out and grabbed her hand, “Abbie, don’t be mad at me, okay? I know what you want, I will work hard and I will clear all the obstacles. Believe me, okay?”
Abbie tried to pull her hand out but she didn’t manage, “Let me go!”
“I won’t let go!” Michael took the opportunity to hold her in his arms, “Abbie, I miss you. You’ve been ignoring me these few days, I can’t even sleep and eat, I almost die!”
“You’re lying! You liar! I don’t believe you!”
“If you don’t believe me, then you won’t be able to believe anyone in this world. Abbie, my feelings for you are the same as before!”

“If she scolds you, you scold her back. Just like Valeria. In order to be able to be with William, she negotiated with her father. You and Valeria are the best friends, if she can do it, you can too, right?”
