You and me tonight

“Who is that Eion?” I asked.
With that, Eion quickly turned to face me and smiled nervously at me.
“What? Who?” He asked, playing innocent, and ended the call.
“You were just calling with someone?” I asked. “And I heard it’s a girl?”
He shook his head, looking a bit guilty, “No, I wasn’t.”
Gosh, he’s lying?
Never in my life expected this. I had assumptions last time, but I thought Eion wouldn’t do this to me! To think I was just advising my new friend Mia earlier to leave a man if he hurt you! Wow, why is the universe playing on me now?
His phone rang again, with the name “Sereia” plastered on the caller id.
“Serria? Who is that? Why don’t you answer it? I knew it! I was right! You have another girl!” I asked, wanting to yell but I didn’t want to cause a scene. I inhaled and exhaled, standing at the chair across Eion and faced him in the eye. “What are you staring at? Explain, Eion.” I demanded.
He sighed, showing me his phone. “Fine. It would be great if you two talk to each other.” He said. “I had enough of talking to her. Tell her to stop calling, Snow.”
I blinked at that. Wait, what? Eion is acting strange. “What? Why-”
Pressing the answer button, I speak up, “Hello? This is Snow, I just want to say that the man you are flirting with is Eion’s girlfriend.”
“Oh, hello Snow! Of course, I know that!” The girl from the other line said happily then paused, as if noticing the sudden change of mood, “Wait, am I interrupting something?”
I raised my eyebrows at Eion. Wow, his new girl is really that strong-willed. I have to give her that. I swear if I saw her…
Eion sighed at my expression, “Yeah, you just made her mad, Sereia. Tell her everything.” He said to the phone.
“Oh, I really am sorry, Snow! Please don’t get mad at me! I’m a harmless creature!” The girl said, rounding so sincere, before finally admitting, “I’m actually Eion’s cousin!”
I turned to Eion, wondering if she’s telling the truth. “Cousin?”
“Yep, I just recently got in touch with Eion. We had been best friends since we were kids when he stayed here in the Philippines until they moved to the US.” She explained, “I’m his cousin on his father’s side if you’re curious.”
I let that sink in. Eion just nodded. “Yes, I forgot to tell you about it, babe.”
“Really? I don’t believe you.” I said. “Incest is common these days.”
I heard vomiting sounds from the phone, “Ewww, incest? How did you even think of that? I swear, I only see him as my older brother, Ms. Snow. I just called to request some help from Kuya Eion, that’s why I called.” The girl from the other line quickly explained.
Eion stared at me for too long as silence came until he burst into laughter.
“Got ya! I just wanted to see you jealous. You look, cute babe.” Eion said. “Really, she’s my cousin. Why would I even cheat on you? You have it all, Snow.”
Right at this moment, I felt stupid. I faced Eion and said, “Good job, I really was jealous. You succeeded in your plan.”
He smiled, “For a minute I was scared you’ll kill me, babe.”
I just chuckled at that, and Eiok hugged me. Apologizing to Sereia, Eion’s cousin, we finally fell in silence.
Eion ordered wine and we drank for a bit. When we finally got tired, it took us an hour to stay at the restaurant.
Wew. So many things happened today.
Everything was fine until what Eion said stuck with me the most. Eion said he’ll take me to a hotel.
“What? Why should we stay there?” I asked, now blushing. Gosh, is this the wine talking? Why am I looking forward to it?
He whistled innocently, his other hand on the steering wheel while his other hand was on my hand. “What? I just want to sleep there. Nothing more. Or you’re thinking of something?”
Checking in, there was only one bed and I saw that the bed was covered in rose petals and candles and red balloons almost everywhere. Damn, it’s not even Valentine yet.
I turned to look at Eion.
He just shrugged in answer, “The staff might have thought it’s our honeymoon.”
I just raised my eyebrows at him suspiciously and decided to stay quiet and not interfere further.
At least, the room smells nice. I might sleep very comfortably tonight.
I instantly jumped on the bed. “Wew, a lot has happened.”
I’m only pretending I’m fine now, but I’m sweating bullets, nervous about what will happen now. Gosh, I hope Eion won’t notice it.
“Did you enjoy tonight?” Eion asked, lying beside me now.
I nodded at him, “Yes.”
He turned on the television so that the awkward silence wouldn’t start.
What bothers me is that Eion acts like nothing is serious now while here I am, so nervous.
“When are we going home?” I asked nervously.
“Relax. You want to go home now when something hasn’t happened yet?” He teased, a smirk playing on his lips.
If it was even possible, my cheeks turned redder. I instantly stood up and hid it from Eion, “I think I’ll shower now.”
I just heard Eion’s chuckles as I entered the shower.
Turning on the faucet, I did my thing and washed my body. It’s a good thing that the hotel had shampoo and soap here and it smells good. Smells like vanilla.
Am I…ready for this? Gosh, I’m not that innocent. I know what will happen. It’s my first time, I mean, I don’t mind if it’s going to be Eion but I’m really nervous.
When I was finished, I put on the robe placed beside the door and walked out of the shower.
I almost gaped at the sight, seeing Eion now on his robe only. I gulped, seeing his bare chest peeking out from the clothes. He looked hot.
“Why are you in your robe now?” I asked, and in an instant, Eion was in front of me.
He leaned towards me, his hot breath fanning across my face. “Isn’t it obvious? I’ll take a shower too. I’m feeling hot right now.”
I gulped again, frozen in my spot. I felt my hands trembling now, my heart almost bursting out in excitement.
Eion stroked my hair and said in a low voice, “We have to make the most of it. It’s you and me tonight, Snow.
And with that, I closed my eyes as he crashed his lips on mine, ravaging me with his tongue, courting my lips for a dance of passion.
