At Nara’s witches coven, there has been series of attack by an unknown person, the witches had come together, including Nara to figure out who it was but none of them could. It was like they were looking for someone who didn’t exist.
They were being tormented and needed a way to stop all the torments which just got worse day by day.
Nara and her witches had gathered in their sacred grove for their meeting. They had been meeting here for years/centuries, and it was a place of power and magic.
But something was wrong. There was a sense of unease in the air, and the witches could feel it in their bones. They had been tormented for months by an unknown force, and they couldn’t figure out what or who was causing it. It started with small things – objects moving on their own, whispers in the night, shadows in the corners of their eyes. But it had escalated, and now the witches were being physically attacked.
The attacks were brutal and unrelenting. One of the witches had been thrown across the room, another had been strangled until she passed out, and another had been burned with hot coals. The coven had tried everything they knew to protect themselves – spells, wards, charms, even summoning their ancestors for guidance. But nothing had worked.
The witches were desperate and scared. They had never faced something like this before. They had faced powerful adversaries in the past, but this was different. It was like the very fabric of their reality was being torn apart, and they couldn’t stop it. Nara was calm, trying to think and reason.
As they sat in their circle, they could feel the presence of the unknown force looming over them. It was oppressive and suffocating, like a dark cloud that refused to dissipate. They knew they had to act fast if they were going to survive.
The head witch, Nara, called for a meeting to discuss their next move, because it seemed like this thing is very strong. The witches sat in a circle, holding hands, as Nara spoke.
“My sisters, we are facing an enemy unlike any we have ever seen before. We must band together and use all of our powers to defeat it. We cannot let it destroy us and our way of life.”
The witches nodded in agreement. They knew that they were stronger together than they were alone.
“We have tried everything we know to protect ourselves, but nothing has worked. We need to think outside the box and come up with a new strategy,” Nara continued.
The witches brainstormed ideas, each one sharing their thoughts and suggestions. They discussed creating new spells and enchantments, calling on ancient deities for help, and even performing a group ritual to banish the evil presence.
As they spoke, they could feel the force growing stronger. It was like it was listening to their plans and mocking their efforts. They knew they were running out of time.
Finally, one of the younger witches spoke up. “What if we try to communicate with it? Maybe if we can understand what it wants, we can find a way to appease it or make it leave.”
The other witches looked at her skeptically. “Are you suggesting we try to reason with an unknown entity that’s been attacking us?” Nara asked.
The young witch nodded. “We have nothing to lose at this point. Maybe it’s trying to tell us something, and we’re not listening. We should at least try to hear it out.”
The other witches looked at each other, unsure of what to do. But they knew they had to try something.
They gathered their supplies and headed out into the woods, following the pull of the unknown force. They found themselves in a clearing, and as they stepped into it, they felt the presence grow stronger.
They formed a circle, holding hands, and closed their eyes. They focused their energy and called out to the force, inviting it to communicate with them.
At first, there was silence. But then, they felt a cold breeze brush against their faces, and a low, guttural voice spoke from the darkness.
“I am the shadow that lurks in the corners of your world. I am the darkness that feeds on your fear. You cannot defeat me, for I am eternal.”
The witches shuddered at the voice’s words. But they kept their focus and continued to communicate.
“Why are you attacking us?” Nara asked. “What do you want?”
The voice laughed, a cruel and mocking sound.
“Who are you or rather what are you?”, Nara snarled out as it continued laughing.
“When it is time you will know and now I’m done”, with that the spell of the witches were broken, making some gasps and the other surprised.
“What was that?”, One of the witches asked, getting herself.
“I have no idea”, Nara said but we have to stay on guard, what’s coming it’s coming big and we need to be ready. Nara with her powers tried to summon it back forcefully but something kept holding everything back and it wasn’t.
They needed to find a way, there had to be one.
Meanwhile at the Phoenix pack, Alpha Marcellus had tried searching for his mate but didn’t find her, he tried speaking with his aunt but he was unable to reach one and found that weird. Marcellus was being watched but he hadn’t notice yet, sometimes he will feel like it but then it will look like nothing was wrong.
“I can’t wait to finally get my hands on it”, the voice said, laughing silently, enjoying every moment, “finally, took me long enough and now it’s here, mm I thought it will be hard finding him but nope it was actually fun’.
“Very soon it will all be mine and who could stop me?? Nobody”, the excited laugh echoed silently, “stay woke a d fresh for me”, it said to itself, referring to Marcellus, “I’ll be back and you won’t know what hit you”.
It left the place going back to continue it’s plan, “Time to have fun”.
