The witch sat cross-legged on the floor of her dimly-lit room, surrounded by flickering candles of different colors. She took a deep breath and closed her eyes, focusing all her attention on the task at hand. She had been searching for the person she was looking for, but her efforts had been in vain. She knew that she needed guidance from the spirits, and she was determined to seek it out.
She began to chant softly, her voice rising and falling in a rhythmic pattern. As she continued to chant, she could feel the energy in the room begin to shift. She could feel the presence of otherworldly beings, and she knew that they were listening to her.
With a sudden burst of energy, the witch extended her arms out in front of her, her palms facing up. She called upon the spirits to guide her to the person she was searching for, and to show her the way.
As she continued to chant, the candles around her flickered and danced. The air grew thick with a sweet, pungent scent, and the room began to vibrate with an otherworldly energy.
Suddenly, Nara felt a presence in the room with her. She opened her eyes and saw a faint figure standing before her. The figure was shrouded in mist, and Nara could not make out its features.
The figure spoke, its voice echoing through the room. “You seek guidance, Nara Inadu. What is it that you wish to know?”
Nara took a deep breath and spoke, her voice steady and clear. “I seek the location of a person who has been lost to me. I wish to find them, and bring them home and also the one that took him.”
The figure nodded, and a moment of silence passed between them. Then, it spoke again. “The path you seek is fraught with danger, and the way is unclear. But if you are willing to take the risk, I can guide you to your destination but I’m sure you will get what you want.”
Nara nodded, her eyes fixed on the figure before her. “I am willing to do whatever it takes. Please, show me the way.”
And with that, the figure vanished, leaving Nara alone in the room. But the air was charged with a powerful energy, and Nara knew that she had received the guidance she needed. She extinguished the candles and rose to her feet, ready to embark on the journey ahead.
She would have to gather some of her fellow witches and they will make a move early in the morning.
She sent messages to them and asked them to meet her at their coven very early. They replied back and Nara relaxed but she was half asleep and half awake and when it was time, she went to her coven. Her fellow witches that were going to fight with her, already there and arranging.
“What’s the plan?”, One of the witches asked as they all gathered around to hear what Nara had to say. Nara explain everything to them, being also very smart and clever and thanks to the Information she had gotten.
As the planned it suddenly Morgana came, “good morning” she bowed as she greeted them.
“What are you doing here?”, Nara asked her not turning back to face Morgana.
“I want to help please”, Morgana pleaded, “I caused this mess and I want to help”.
“Go home and protect your family Morgana and I also don’t want to put you in danger”, Nara ordered, her voice firm and strong, leaving no room for argument.
“I-“, Morgana started but Nara turned and looked her, making her shut her mouth up Immediately and excuse herself. Nara and her witches got back to their plan and took their fighting weapons and everything they needed and they had plans in case others didn’t work.
And then they moved, it was time. There location was still in New Orleans, how stupid Sabrina could be to still remain here or maybe she was still looking for a fight.
Meanwhile Marcellus had not gotten any time to breathe as he was held captive in a laboratory where a group of scientists/witches or whatever and researchers conducted a series of inhumane experiments on him. Their ultimate goal was to find a way to drain Marcellus of his powers, he was a unique one, making it not easy for them. But the methods they used to achieve their goal were beyond cruel.
The first experiment they conducted on Marcellus was a simple blood test. They were interested in the composition of his blood and how it differed from that of other werewolves. They then proceeded to analyze his DNA, looking for the specific genetic markers that gave him his powers.
As the experiments progressed, they became more and more invasive. They began by injecting Marcellus with various chemicals and serums, hoping to isolate the specific genes responsible for his transformation. But when the injections didn’t yield the desired results, they turned to more drastic measures.
They began to drain Marcellus blood, hoping to extract the unique properties that gave him his powers. They took pint after pint of his blood, leaving Marcellus weak and dizzy. He could feel himself getting weaker and weaker with each passing minutes, how long could be take this.
They also exposed Marcellus to intense light and sound, hoping to trigger his transformation but Marcellus refused to shift, making them furious, he was still stronger, just growing weaker. They would subject him to hours/minutes of flashing lights and loud noises, hoping to study his reaction. Marcellus would writhe in agony, his body contorting as he tried to resist the urge to transform.
But the experiments didn’t stop there. They would also lock Marcellus in a small room with other animals, hoping to study his behavior in a pack. They were interested in how his werewolf instincts would interact with those of other animals.
Seeing how Marcellus was able to till resist, one of them muttered to another, “his a fierce one”.
They kept a detailed log of all the experiments they conducted on Marcellus, noting his reactions and behavior in response to their tests. They hoped that by analyzing the data, they would be able to replicate his powers in other humans or drain it out to be able to use as they wished.
Marcellus was in constant pain and discomfort. He would often scream and thrash about in the laboratory desperate to be free. But they were relentless in their pursuit of knowledge, and they didn’t care about the harm they were causing Marcellus.
They were about to proceed to the next when a loud scream echoed in the whole building, “Stop!!!!, Don’t even think about it!”.
