And he was about to attack Lord Dimitri but Lord Dimitri immediately sensed it and turn, “you never give up, do you”, Lord Dimitri more like stated as Draven rushed to kill him, but Lord Dimitri was fast enough to dodged and then from the back he clawed out Draven’s heart, holding it in his hands as Draven fell to the ground. That wasn’t enough as he ripped off Draven head and then he muttered, “so much for thinking I could just let you go after showing you who was stronger”.
After that, Lord Dimitri walked to were the others were, his eyes searching for Alpha Aiden.
“Looking for me?”, Alpha Aiden said making Lord Dimitri turn to face him.
“You know I really did believe that you betrayed me and wanted to rip out your head off”, Lord Dimitri confessed.
Alpha Aiden chuckled and said, “do you really think you can beat me?”.
“Don’t even go there Aiden, but thanks for everything”, Lord Dimitri appreciated as they shook hands.
“You’ve had my Pack’s back, it’s normal to return the favor and who would have known I’ll be helping a vampire”, Alpha Aiden smirked as they all returned to Lord Dimitri’s home, there the injured was taking care of, they cheered to their Victory before Alpha Aiden and his Lack decided to go back home.
Alpha Aiden and his warriors had just returned from a long and grueling war against a rival pack. They had been victorious, but the battle had taken a toll on them. As they made their way back to their pack, they could feel the exhaustion weighing heavily on their bodies. However, they were also filled with a sense of pride and satisfaction. They had fought for their pack, and they had emerged victorious.
As they entered the pack, they were greeted with the familiar faces of their family and friends. Alpha Aiden was happy to be back home, but he couldn’t shake off the feeling that something was wrong. He sensed the tension in the air and knew that there was a problem.
As Alpha Aiden made his way towards his home, he noticed that the usually busy and vibrant atmosphere was now subdued and quiet. He could feel his heart racing as he imagined the worst. When he entered his home, he saw his mate’s aunt sitting there with a worried expression on her face.
Alpha Aiden’s heart sank as he approached her. He knew that something terrible had happened. His worst fears were confirmed when his mate’s aunt, Aunt Zara told him that his mate, Camille, had been kidnapped, even Aunt Abigail and her daughter were present their face sour. Liam tried calming Aiden down but he just couldn’t remain calm, his mate has just been taken.
Alpha Aiden’s world came crashing down around him. Camille was his everything, and the thought of her being in danger was almost too much to bear. He asked his mate’s aunt to give him more details, and she explained that the kidnapper had managed to enter the house undetected, like with a disguise and had taken Camille away.
Alpha Aiden was filled with a sense of rage and desperation. He immediately called upon his warriors and issued a command to find Camille at all costs. They set out on a mission to rescue her, and Alpha Aiden was determined to do whatever it takes to bring her back safely.
As the hours passed by, Alpha Aiden and his warriors searched every inch of the territory, but they couldn’t find any trace of Camille or the kidnapper. Alpha Aiden was worried sick, and the fear of losing his mate was almost too much to bear, he immediately came back home and dismissed his warriors, he had to think. Liam was also trying to get as much information as he could on the situation.
Alpha Aiden was pacing back and forth, his mind consumed with worry and fear. He couldn’t imagine what the kidnappers wanted from him in exchange for his mate’s safety. He was about to ask his mate’s aunt if she knew anything about the kidnappers’ motives when she reached into her pocket and pulled out a letter. Why didn’t she give me this before I left?. Alpha Aiden asked himself.
With shaky hands, she gave the letter to Alpha Aiden, explaining that it was left behind by the kidnappers. Alpha Aiden’s heart sank as he read the contents of the letter.
Alpha Aiden’s hands trembled as he read the letter, his heart heavy with dread. He couldn’t believe that the kidnappers had stooped so low as to use his mate’s life as leverage to get what they wanted. But he knew he had to be strong and keep a level head to save his mate.
Taking a deep breath, he looked up at his mate’s aunt and said, “Thank you for giving me this letter. I will do everything in my power to bring my mate back safely.”
With a determined look on his face, Alpha Aiden immediately called for his Beta, Liam and informed him of the situation. They both agreed to meet at the pack border the following morning, with two warriors to retrieve the real letter and bring his mate back home.
The rest of the night, Alpha Aiden spent pacing and worrying, unable to sleep as he waited for morning to come. As soon as the sun rose, he gathered his people and headed towards the border.
When they arrived, they found a small envelope taped to a tree with Alpha Aiden’s name on it. Inside, he found the real letter, which detailed the kidnappers and what they needed.
As he read through the letter, Alpha Aiden’s heart sank even further. The kidnappers were demanding a precious necklace in exchange for his mate’s safe return. The letter included a drawing of the necklace, but Alpha Aiden had never seen or heard of it before.
He immediately took the picture to one of the elders of the pack, Liam with him and asked if he knew anything about the necklace. After a brief moment of silence, the elder said, “I think I know what necklace they’re talking about. It’s a rare, ancient artifact that has been passed down through generations of our pack. It’s said to have mystical powers and has always been kept hidden from the outside world, but the Luna always wore it, your mum though she didn’t talk much about it”.
“My mum?, But why can’t I remember it?”, Alpha Aiden questioned loudly.
