Days went by and more problems, it was like sometimes they will get somewhere with some information and then it will be like they are not getting anywhere at all. Some werewolves had been missing already from different packs, causing alarm to most of the pack members.
Bringing on the topic of this one not being affected by sunlight in the council, they decided to do another research. They needed all the information they could get, to defeat this one. Some Alpha’s would travel just to get most information as it was not something that’s been everytime.
They finally got something on that topic.
In popular culture, vampires are often depicted as being weakened or destroyed by exposure to sunlight. This has become such a commonly accepted trait that it is difficult to imagine a vampire that is not adversely affected by sunlight. However, in the case of a certain Lupus Vampire, it can be argued that their unique biology and evolutionary history have led to their immunity to the harmful effects of sunlight.
Firstly, it is important to understand what causes a vampire to be weakened by sunlight. In most fictional portrayals, this weakness is attributed to an inability to produce the pigment melanin. Melanin is the pigment responsible for protecting the skin from the harmful effects of the sun, such as sunburn and skin cancer. Without melanin, the skin is left vulnerable to damage from the sun’s ultraviolet (UV) rays, which can cause severe burns and even death in the case of a vampire.
However, in the case of a Lupus Vampire, their biology differs from that of other vampires. Lupus Vampires are a unique sub-species of vampires that evolved in a region with high levels of UV radiation. Over time, their bodies developed a unique adaptation that allows them to synthesize their own form of melanin that is more effective at protecting their skin from UV damage than the melanin produced by humans.
This specialized melanin is able to block a wider spectrum of UV light, which is essential for a vampire that lives in areas with high UV exposure. As a result, Lupus Vampires are immune to the harmful effects of sunlight, and can move freely during the day without any negative consequences.
In addition to their unique melanin, Lupus Vampires also have other adaptations that allow them to survive in their harsh environment. For example, they have a more efficient circulatory system that is better able to transport oxygen and nutrients throughout their bodies, which is necessary for survival in high altitude regions. They also have a stronger immune system, which helps protect them from infections and diseases that are prevalent in their environment.
For example, in some traditions, vampires were said to be able to transform into animals such as wolves or bats, and could only be killed by a wooden stake through the heart.
A wooden stake have long been associated with vampire slaying. However, in the case of a Lupus Vampire, a wooden stake would not be an effective weapon.
First, it’s important to understand what a Lupus Vampire is. Unlike traditional vampires, which are often depicted as undead humans who feed on blood, Lupus Vampires are a fictional species of werewolf-vampire hybrids. They possess many of the strengths and weaknesses of both werewolves and vampires, making them particularly difficult to kill.
One of the key weaknesses of vampires in general is their vulnerability to wooden stakes. This is because vampires are said to be repelled by or allergic to wood, which is believed to be rooted in ancient superstitions and legends about wood’s association with purity and life. A wooden stake through the heart is often considered a traditional method for killing a vampire, but this method would not work on a Lupus Vampire for several reasons.
Firstly, a wooden stake to the heart would only work if a Lupus Vampire’s heart was in the same location as a human’s. However, as a hybrid creature, a Lupus Vampire’s heart may not be in the same place as a human’s heart, and may not even be vulnerable to such an attack.
Secondly, a Lupus Vampire’s unique physiology may render them immune to wooden stakes. For example, it’s possible that the wood allergy or repulsion that affects traditional vampires may not apply to Lupus Vampires. Additionally, the strength and durability of a Lupus Vampire’s body may be such that a wooden stake would simply break upon impact.
Finally, even if a wooden stake could penetrate a Lupus Vampire’s heart, it’s not clear that it would be a fatal blow. Lupus Vampires are known for their incredible regenerative abilities, and it’s possible that they could survive such an attack and heal from their injuries.
So, while wooden stakes are often portrayed as an effective weapon against vampires, they would not be an effective means of killing a Lupus Vampire. These powerful hybrid creatures possess unique strengths and weaknesses that set them apart from traditional vampires.
In conclusion, the immunity of a certain Lupus Vampire to sunlight can be attributed to their unique biology and evolutionary history. Their adaptation to high levels of UV radiation has led to the development of a specialized form of melanin that is able to protect their skin from UV damage, allowing them to move freely during the day. While this may seem like a departure from the traditional portrayal of vampires.
As the research went on, things were just getting more interesting than ever, things that was never known was coming into the light.
Whereas Lucas Morningstar has been finding a way to get to Marcellus but there was no way. He was really tasty for the boy’s blood and it made him more angry as he wasn’t getting what he wanted. But he would never stop until he gets it, who knows what that blood may do if he gets it or what he could use the boy for.
This war won’t end so quickly, no one was going to back down and let’s see how it goes. They needed a plan, but where would it come from?.
