MARCELLUS POV :
The four boys then walked up to our table surrounding us. I looked up at one to recognize him as the human boy who pushed Charlotte earlier today when we were taking food in the cafeteria. What does he want now? Who do people like issues?, Something that’s not supposed to stir up any trouble but this guy just want to stir up one.
“What do you want?”, I asked or rather requested from him, already feeling annoyed. The four boys, stared at us and then burst into laughing.
I growled a little under my breath, holding myself back to not do something I will regret, “did I say anything funny?”.
They then pretended to clean their eyes and looked back at us, ” Look pretty boy”, the boy said touching my hair. Oh how I want to break those fingers but stay calm, ” I don’t know why you think you can just come to school today and then behave like a king, thinking you can talk to anyone, anyhow”.
“I’ll suggest you don’t ever touch my hair again”, I threatened, my voice strong and firm. There was a hint of fear in their eyes but they soon covered it up. One of them, then slammed their hands on the table close to Charlotte, making her shake in shock.
“And we see you guys are getting along with this thing here”, the boys said as he referred to Charlotte.
“I’m not a thing. Watch your mouth Chase”, Charlotte backfired, atar girl, that’s what I wanted. One of them was about to hit her unexpectedly but I noticed it and caught his hand, while I stood up.
“Can’t someone have a day of peace”, I more like stated than asked, as I twisted the boys arm in a painful way and laid him on the table.
“You all do well to stay away from us, if you just want trouble because I’m not in the mood for all this your shit right now, plus it’s pointless and your not worth the stress”, I informed them slowly, making sure every word i said sinked into that daft brain of theirs.
“Let’s go”, I said to Charlotte and Alex . We got out of the ice cream parlor and left the fours boys in their to sort their life out. I really do hope they take a sit, order an ice cream and think about their life.
“We will drop you home”, I offered, as the sun was going down. It was an ideal thing to do though.
“You don’t have too. I can just take a cab and–“, Charlotte tried resisting but we aren’t taking no for an answer.
“We are taking you home and that’s final”, that was Alex speaking. We got into the car and took Charlotte home, we stopped her close to home and then headed back to our own Pack and home.
We got back home, Alex and I exchanging a bro hug and shake as he headed back to his own house and I to mine. Going inside my aunt Zara was already there and gave me a hug, this woman, I chuckled.
“How was your first day?”, she asked and I smiled.
I thought back to everything that happened all today that was just my first day, “it was eventful and Interesting too”.
“What did he say about he’s first day?”, my mum came out of the kitchen and gave me a peck on the forehead.
“I said it was great mum”.
“And I know you guys were supposed to be back like some hours or an hour ago”, she asked.
“Yes we went to get ice cream with a new friend”, I informed her.
“A new friend? I see you guys made friends”, my mum beamed happily.
“We made a friend”, I corrected and laughed, heading to my room to freshen up.
“That’s still the same thing”, she shouted as I went up the stairs, earning a chuckle from me.
I got into my room and dropped my bag, undressing and going into the shower, after taking sometime and enjoying the feel of the water on my body , I came out, dried myself and put on some clothes.
I checked my phone on the bed and found two missed calls from Alex. I called him back and waited as it rang.
Finally he picked, “wassup bro?”.
“I’m good, was just calling to let you know that Charlotte called and asked if we reached safely and I told her yes”, Alex told me and I felt like he was smiling or smirking. This boy.
I chuckled softly, “oh I see. Why didn’t she call me though and then called you?”, I teased him.
“How I’m I supposed to know that I’ve told you everything, now bye”, Alex told me and ended the call making me laugh, those two.
A knock came and my dad, Alpha Aiden came in, “someone’s happy and just laughing with himself, sure your feeling okay bud?”.
I greeted him, “I was on the phone with Alex and we were just talking”, I hid a laugh that wanted to come out.
My dad chuckled and came to sit with me, we spent some time together and we talked about my day and everything that happened. I didn’t want to tell him about the little quarrel, cause I didn’t feel like it was serious. I told him little but didn’t go deep. I love my parents so much, they are always here for me and I’ll try my best to be too for them.
My dad ended up helping me with my assignment, which wasn’t a bad idea. Soon he got a call or link, which cut our time together shut but it was worth it. He ruffled my hair and left.
But before he left, he told me that when I was done, I should come to his office.
He had something to discuss with me. Now what could that be?
