Book:Your Days Are Numbered Mr. CEO Published:2024-5-31

In the middle of the night, Sia’s car pulled in front of the Evangelista’s villa. Liam killed the engine and Sia got off followed by Mr. Monson’s attorney.
Sia assembled in front of the villa and pains surged inside her. She’s in that same house she was thrown out of six years ago.
A house that stacks good memories but unfortunately, those good memories are ripped off by one heartbreaking event.
Her heart swelled as her mind replayed the scene. She, stepping into the villa with tears in her eyes, looking forward to her lover’s consolation. She, trudging into the villa with a charcoal-curtained body, tousled hair, and tattered clothes. She, prancing into the villa with a heavy heart, seeking words of encouragement but was fed with disheartening words. And she being pushed out of the villa by the mere security guards who referred to her as trash.
A piece of trash.
They told her she smelled and looked dirty. Today, this night she’s in front of that house that holds sad memory and a couple of good ones.
That day she was thrown out of this villa is one of the worst days of her life. The day she built walls in her chest and swore to make Lucas pay.
Sia could feel her heart hammering in her chest. Her stomach twists in knots. She’s where she doesn’t want to be.
“Shall we, Mrs. Monson?” The attorney gestured for her to step into the house after Liam opened the gate.
Slowly, Sia broke into strides, her legs wobbled as tension rises inside her.
She’s moving into that house again. She can perceive Lucas’s scent wafting in the air.
It’s still the same scent she had known him with. That bergamot scent of his. It tingles Sia’s body, making her remember how she always sunk her nose in the crook of his neck to suck in his scent.
The things she missed.
The attorney shooed her into the dark living room. He fumbled for the light switch and flicked it on, a soft golden glow casts across the room.
“I hope you like the living room?” He asked Sia but she didn’t talk. She watched the couch and reminisces about their make-out session on it. How she and Lucas settled in sixty-nine, enjoying each other’s sex. Sia slipped her hands on the big grey couch that was their favorite spot.
It’s a lot to take in.
“The couch is still good.” The attorney said. Liam got a wind of the look on Sia’s face. When Sia instructed him and the attorney to buy the house, he wondered the essence of it.
Sia has money and a villa that looks more like a castle. So why would she demand to buy the house? Liam’s suspecting something and only one thing runs through his mind.
‘The house belongs to Mr. Lucas.’ He rattled inside him.
Sia plodded to the bar and swiped the pad of her fingers on the wine rack and counter. Lucas fucked her from behind in this bar the day he returned from Italy with his uncle.
It wasn’t just fuck. He made love to her. The way he slipped his aching cock inside her slick pussy and fondled her breasts as he spanked her pussy, drove her crazy.
In the fit of the brutal pleasure, Lucas fed her with, Sia’s hand went across the bottle of wine they had opened to celebrate his return and it rolled off the desk and fell on her foot.
Blood oozed but the pleasure Lucas gave her surmounted the pains dripping from her foot. She didn’t let him slip out of her when Lucas wanted to. She told him to continue hitting her until she came.
That was when the pains registered in her memory.
Sia strolled to the dining. It’s where they used to eat. Of course, she always makes meals for Lucas.
Sia took a long breath of air as the scenes replaying in her mind prickled her emotions.
The attorney and Liam watched her in silence as she drowned herself down memory lane.
Moving to the stairs, her giggles seeped in her ears when Lucas carried her up to his room.
Sia dreads going up to the room because it’s where they sealed their promises of being together forever. Despite the warnings of her inner mind, her legs nudged her to climb the stairs.
“Please, give me some space.” She told the attorney and Liam. Liam gazed at her, wondering what must be roving through her mind. He already knows Lucas was Sia’s lover. So whatever she does is an act of revenge.
Sia plodded into the pitch-black room. She staggered to the nightstand, it’s still the way it was years ago. Sia fumbled with the lamp switch and flicked it on. Sharp jasmine glow cloaked the room.
She flit her eyes around and spotted their picture on the bed. Her heartbeat revs-up at the sight of that.
With shaky hands, she picked up the picture. It’s the picture they took at Florida State University. When Sia was applying for admission. They looked so young and promising in the picture.
Sia wanted that relationship to be her first and her last but it turned out Lucas never loved her. Lucas played her.
She glanced at other things on the bed and saw the book they use to write down their best moment together.
Flipping open the book, Sia saw Lucas’s cursive handwriting.
“The first time I saw you is the best moment of my life. When I heard your voice, my heart wiggled, and when I kissed you, Sia. I knew you were the one.”
She read the first sentence of the book. This was Lucas’s idea. They used it to warm their hearts when one of them travels.
Sia turned to the next page and read the content.
*
“The day you told me, we hail from a different world but our love overpowers all else. I had a different notion about the rich. The day you told me, you’re willing to spend your days on earth with me, I fell in love. Not like I wasn’t in love with you, ’cause I was. Our love is love at first sight. But when you said those soul-stirring words, I fell in love- well no. I didn’t fall in love ’cause ‘fell’ doesn’t seem fit in this context. When someone falls, they get hurt, procure injuries but you didn’t hurt me. So I’d say I birth additional love for you. And then I built a web in my heart. Don’t laugh, even if you find it comical or gibberish. But I built that web to store every word you say to me. ’cause your words not only elicit my emotions. It illuminates my world. It gives hope for a future with you.”

Sia released a lungful of breath and dropped the book. It stirred her emotions and tears are beginning to drop from her eyes.
She hoped for a future with him but her hopes and dreams were shattered.
It’s funny Lucas’s words illuminate her world and that same words, dimmed and shattered her world.
Getting a handle on her emotions, she hoisted her head and where her eyes landed isn’t where she wanted them.
Sia’s eyes trained on the headboard and she saw her marks and bites on it. She usually bit on it when Lucas takes her from behind. It’s a measure to muffle her moans when he starts hitting her inner wall, straight to her g-spot.
Sia tore her eyes away and walked back outside to meet Liam and the attorney.
“How do you see the room?” The attorney asked.
Sia’s lips split in a smile. “It’s good enough.” She shrugged.
“Hand me the documents.” She outstretched her hand and the attorney slapped the documents into it.
Sia scanned it and hummed under her breath.
“It’s no longer the Evangelista’s villa. It’s now for the widow.” She walked downstairs and the duo followed her from behind.
Sia made it to the car and waited for Liam to lock the gate.
“The keys!” She asked with her outstretched hand. Liam cautiously dipped the keys into it.
“Now, this villa is mine. And I trust you conceal it.” She turned on her heels and moved into the car.
