Chapter 442: Allie Arrives

However, even though Alison’s face was flushed, biting her lip, continuously undressing herself, and her eyes were extremely seductive, enough to make a man’s blood boil, Robin did not take advantage of her.
Thud.
Robin extended a hand and hit Alison on the back of her head. Alison immediately fell asleep.
But Robin didn’t sleep, leaning against the wall, he looked at the moon outside, a touch of tenderness flashed in his eyes, “Wife, daughter, wait for me, I’ll be back soon.” He wouldn’t be with other women. Even if that woman was beautiful. Even if that woman was tempting now. Even if she was unconscious, undressing instinctively on the bed, caressing her body, moaning, it was hard to control himself. But Robin remained calm.
Suddenly, Robin frowned, quickly left the room, jumped down from the building, his figure as fast as lightning, and disappeared into the night, unnoticed by anyone.
Then…
Click.
Robin grabbed a bug with one hand, it was small, only the size of a fingernail, black, with a somewhat fanged appearance. The moment it was caught, it tried to bite Robin’s hand. But, Robin held it tightly.
“Allie, I want to see you.”
Robin whispered to the bug.
“Squeak.”
The bug squeaked twice.
Then, Robin released the bug, it flew in a certain direction, and Robin followed. This bug belonged to Allie. Robin had a feeling that Allie, this woman from Westland, wasn’t a bad person, and the France family from Westland weren’t necessarily after his sword.
When he got to a park, the bug stopped on a bench, but there was no sign of Allie, or anyone else for that matter.
“You dare to meet me?”
A dreary voice echoed from an unknown direction, it sounded eerie and carried a hint of killing intent. The temperature seemed to drop a few degrees.
“Come out.”
Robin, with a knife in his hand, said.
“Hmph.”
Allie clearly didn’t want to come out, then the sound of hand bells echoed in the air, and suddenly there were ants on the ground, swarming towards Robin from all directions, and in the sky, there were mosquitoes flying.
“These, can’t stop me.”
Robin murmured to himself.
Then, a flash of silver light passed by; he drew his sword. A trench appeared on the ground, within which countless insects lay dead or wounded. This time, Robin did not sheathe his sword. Instead, he crouched low and suddenly dashed forward, towards a swarm of peculiar bugs.
“Seal.”
Robin exhaled a single word as his long sword danced in his hand, forcefully suppressing the swarm of strange bugs.
Soon after, two more bugs appeared, their skin as dark as black iron, their bodies exceptionally smooth. Under the night light, they faintly shimmered silver.
“These two are Giant Beetles, who feed on minerals year-round. Their black shells are incredibly tough, too strong for an ordinary person to break,” a voice as clear as a silver bell chimed in amidst the bell ringing.
Then, the two strange bugs moved. They launched an attack towards Robin with startling speed. Robin seized the opportunity and struck them with his sword. The bugs flew away, but in no time, they returned as if nothing had happened. Their black shells seemed unscathed, without a trace of injury.
Of course, that was because Robin hadn’t exerted his full strength.
With his full might, he could surely shatter them, but he was not Robin now, but an assassin, Nightowl. He had to demonstrate the combat prowess befitting Darkboard’s thirty-eighth rank.
“This isn’t something an ordinary person can handle.”
From an unknown source, another bell-like voice echoed. This Allie, who hadn’t spoken before, had a remarkably pleasant voice.
However, her intentions were far from pure. Robin could feel something biting his foot, and something else was stealthily approaching from behind.
Whoosh.
Robin leaped up.
On the ground, a large centipede was crawling out, and behind Robin, three small insects, similar to mosquitoes but larger, were flying towards him.
As Robin leapt up, they followed him.
“Well, you found out. Then I’ll tell you, these aren’t ordinary mosquitoes. They’re called Dark Toms. They’re highly poisonous. If you get bitten, you’ll be hospitalized for one or two years at best, or you might die at worst,” a series of giggles followed, like those of a young girl.
Robin frowned, “These poisonous insects are valuable, aren’t they? Come out, and I won’t kill these bugs.”
“Heh, arrogant.”
A few words from Allie carried some anger.
Who was she? A legitimate descendant of the Westland, practicing the way of the bizarre. She was always the one who made others afraid. At school, no one dared to talk to her much.
No one had ever made her feel fear.
Immediately, those bugs charged at Robin, each more ferocious than the last.
However, Robin murmured, “Now, this isn’t my fault.”
One slash. Then another.
His sword aura was fierce.
In the sky, one black spot after another fell. They were the remnants of those bugs, including the two black-shelled bugs. Only then did Robin walk over to a tree, looking up at a woman standing on a branch.
A woman in a loose dress, standing on a thin branch, which somehow supported her weight. She was shaking a string of long bells in her hand, making a “ding-dong” sound.
However, seeing that Robin had killed her “little darlings” and walked under her tree, her eyes suddenly filled with a cold light. She jumped down and said coldly, “You have some skills, but I am not a mere mortal.”
Another bug crawled out of Allie, a strange bug with long, sharp fangs. It crawled on Allie’s body, making a “sssss” sound.
This was a warning to Robin not to come any closer.
“Cursed Centipede?”
Robin raised an eyebrow.
“Not only do you have skills, but you also have some knowledge; enough to recognize my bug. But even if you recognize it, what then? The one I want to kill is still you.”
Allie shook the bells in her hand again, and suddenly, from all directions, more black shadows flew out. More poisonous bugs.
In the heart of the forest, it was the domain of the Westland people. This group of people had the ability to control venomous insects, which were incredibly ferocious. At the same time, the venomous insect with fangs perched on Allie’s shoulder also took flight, preparing to launch an attack on Robin.
