“Yes, General!”
Nick knelt to Robin with difficulty to take his command, implying Instructor would be loyal to Robin, although he was almost disabled and could only use limited skills.
“Stand up,” Robin ordered.
Nick stood up with difficulties.
That was Robin’s rule–his subordinates must obey his orders utterly.
After being his subordinate for more than one year, Nick knew it well. No matter what excuses he had, he couldn’t disobey the rule. Military orders are imperative and cannot be broken. He must be obedient to Robin.
Robin didn’t get even with Nick for the assassination. In his opinion, Nick didn’t do anything wrong as he was a killer. It was his mission to kill his target.
They were just from different points of view.
After staying in Kisia for years, Nick had been assimilated.
“What the heck? Think you are acting in a movie? General? What is your problem? Did you call this man with shabby clothes General? You even knelt to him. Why don’t you kneel to me? Well, you also look poor.”
Suddenly, a man remarked to them in a harsh voice.
Robin and Nick looked over, seeing two men sitting at the table next to them. One man wearing a suit and a brand watch was mocking Robin.
“General Bailey…”
Anger flashed through Nick’s face.
Not everyone deserves to be called General. Primus had protected the country and frightened over 10 countries with evil intentions. He deserved to be respected.
However, Robin flicked his hand to stop him.
“OK.”
Nick stood upright behind Robin, like a soldier guarding him. However, he didn’t look like a soldier but a migrant worker with shabby outfits.
Therefore, others were amused.
“Do you know me?”
Robin looked at the man wearing a brand watch.
He noticed the man didn’t mock him accidentally. Instead, he had studied Robin and Nick for a long time. After recognizing him, the man suddenly made the comments.
Robin could see the solid hostility in his eyes.
“Of course. Well, everyone in the city knows you. Robin Bailey, you are the famous tramp the Houry family took in. Your wife is famous in town as she has become the president of the new Landview Inc. Her value increased abruptly. And you? You are just a security guard. You even acted to be a general here. You must be nuts!”
Percy Rowley dragged his necktie and added, “Do you think you deserve the name?”
“I pursued Elise a few days ago, but she told me she had been married and rejected my proposal. I can win against you in every aspect. How could she fall in love with such garbage like you? She rejected me. Humph!”
Percy looked annoyed.
He was wealthy and handsome, thinking he was far better than Robin. In jealousy, he wondered why Robin had been so lucky to marry such a charming woman like Elise.
In his opinion, Elise was the goddess of Stillwater, and countless men wanted to marry her.
Unfortunately, her husband was a good-for-nothing.
“General, I can…”
Nick wanted to teach Percy a lesson again, but Robin reached out to stop him.
For every soldier from Forte Easter, Primus stood for glory, so no one could tolerate the humiliation of Robin.
“Want to hit me? You pumpkin! Who do you think you are? Your clothes are broken and dirty. You even didn’t cut your hair. How dare you play such a drama in public! Bah!”
In disdain, Percy raised his arm to show off his Rolex watch, implying he was superior to others.
“You even have a daughter with Elise. You lucky bastard! How can a man like you have a daughter with my goddess? Judging from your genes, your daughter must also be a retard…”
Percy hated Robin to the core as he couldn’t accept a security guard was Elise’s husband.
He disdained Robin as well as Leslie.
However, before Percy finished cursing, he cried out in pain. All the onlookers were taken aback. Although they were angered by Percy’s attitude, they ignored him and didn’t want to hit him.
However, a fork had been stabbed into Percy’s thigh in a blink.
“Too noisy!” Robin said coldly.
Percy knelt to the ground, covered his thigh, and cried in pain, “Argh!”
“Percy?”
The bruiser sitting opposite him jumped to his feet. He was 6’5″ and full of muscles. He checked on Percy’s wound hurriedly.
“I’m all right, Henry. That brat did it. Kill them both!”
Percy gritted his teeth to bear the pain, cold sweat oozing from his forehead. He stared up at Robin with a ferocious look as he knew Robin had hurt him.
“Think you can fight, so you do things arrogantly, huh?”
The bruiser stood up, bumped his fist against the other, and gazed at Robin icily. “Let me introduce myself. I’m Henry Digby, a kickboxing champion.”
“Holy shit! Henry Digby?”
A man jumped to his feet with a shocked look. His chair fell to the floor with a loud bang. “The kickboxing champion? Right! You are THAT Henry Digby. You killed six competitors in the kickboxing contest.”
His words reminded others who Henry Digby was.
“Last year, a black horse appeared in the kickboxing context. It’s Henry Digby. He hit those famous boxers with his fists and defeated all of them. He has become well-known worldwide since then.”
“Yep. Someone said Henry Digby was a genius but way too heartless.”
“He made 12 competitors disabled during the contest. They are still lying in the hospital now. One has become a vegetable. He also killed six.”
The onlookers discussed each other, feeling scared.
Henry’s name implied strength and power.
Kickboxing was life-threatening. Usually, the boxers needed to sign contracts to declare they would be personally responsible for life and death before the contest. Most of the time, the fighters would have mercy without severely injuring their opponents.
However, Henry wasn’t one of them. He was too violent and excited to severely injure others.
His opponents were either disabled or dead.
“Haha… It turns out I’m indeed famous now,” Henry sneered.
Looking over at Robin, he tilted his neck to work off the stiffness. He didn’t care about his reputation, only having his kicks from torturing others.
The more his opponents suffered, the more excited he became.
“Let’s go. Hurry!”
The onlookers were afraid of offending Henry and being injured. They immediately left the scene.
So did the stall owner.
Henry had a horrible reputation, indeed.
