On the house’s third floor, Elise was lying on a couch that cost several million dollars. Her eyes were closed tightly, and her brows were furrowed. She was still in a coma. Several strands of hair hung down, making her look pitiful and fragile.
She wore a dress that didn’t hide her charming shape but faintly showed her curves. She could easily arouse a man.
On the sofa opposite, Andreas, wearing a high-end suit, sat while holding a glass of wine. Shaking the goblet, he overbearingly scanned Elise’s body, his eyes full of lust.
He had longed for Elise for seven years but didn’t use any aggressive means. After all, he was a son of an influential family, so he never thought of doing it. Much to his surprise, the Hour family took the initiative to send Elise to him.
It was indeed sarcastic.
“Tim is up. Right, Thomas?”
Andreas sipped the wine and checked his wristwatch. His patience was running out.
He believed the show he had arranged for would be on soon.
“Master Andreas, the mercenary troop failed. Robin Bailey should have arrived on the second floor. Our well-trained martial artists are waiting there. They are all excellent fighters and have killed people. Jaxon Upton used to be a criminal wanted by the law in Kisia. He bombed a school alone. Three special forces were sent to eliminate him but failed.”
“Marco Miller escaped from The Hawk of Western Kisia, an elite troop. He disobeyed his supervisor and killed him and the other 16 colleagues from the staff department before successfully running away.”
“The other two are also criminals wanted by the law, who had killed many people. They are still at large now because of our family’s protection and their competence.”
“Don’t worry, Master Andreas. One of the four can easily eliminate the mercenary troop. Besides, Marco Miller and Jaxon Upton are super dangerous. They can easily kill Robin Bailey,” Thomas explained respectfully, lowering his head.
However, as soon as the last syllable fell from his tongue, something broke into the room through the door. A light flashed through Thomas’s eagle-sharp eyes. He hurriedly rushed to capture the thing.
Then he gaped as he caught a dead body.
“I don’t know if this is Marco Miller or Jaxon Upton. It’s alright. There’s another,” an overbearing voice sounded at the door.
“Bang!”
Another dead body was tossed in.
“Jaxon!”
Thomas checked the corpse on the ground and the one in his hands. He recognized the first one was Marco.
For the first time, he lost his calmness.
“You killed them?”
Thomas frowned.
“You are old and blind, huh?”
Robin walked into the room with his hands behind his back. Jeff followed suit.
“You!”
Thomas replied, his face dark, “I am old, but I can easily kill you.”
Andreas stood up. After darting at the two dead bodies, he put on a playful smile. “How interesting! You are only a live-in son-in-law of the Houry family, a well-known worthless man in Stillwater. However, you’ve defeated a group of professional security guards, eliminated a mercenary troop with 12 members, and beat up the four martial artists trained by my family.”
“Robin Bailey, you brought me so many surprises. Think you can fight against me, huh? You are too naive. I’m Andreas Winfield, the son of the Winfield family.”
Andreas emanated aggressiveness.
Not all offspring from wealthy and influential families were lazy and only relied on their families. Like Andreas and Timothy, they were the most talented ones of their generation. Andreas believed he was more capable than Timothy.
“I admit you are a talent. Unfortunately, your life will end here today. No matter what you do, you shouldn’t have laid a finger on my wife. She’s all I have.”
Robin gazed at Andreas icily and darkly.
“My life will end here? No one in Stillwater dares to declare it. Who do you think you are? A man relying on his wife’s maiden family?”
Andreas chuckled in disdain, “Do you know who my butler is? He’s surname is Winfield. He survived a competition that lasted ten years and became the man of sacrifice for our family. He used to fight against one mercenary troop alone. Guess what? They were all killed by him. My butler is as fierce as a beast. The four martial artists could be killed by his single move.”
“Do you know why I can be so calm when you stand before me? It’s all because of my butler. I’m sure you’ll the be one dying here today.”
Andreas was indeed confident.
Through the years, the Winfield family had spent hundreds of millions of dollars to hire and train men of sacrifice. Ultimately, Thomas was the only surviving who could win against all others.
That was why Andreas was confident and calm.
He believed no one could hurt him even if he had done all kinds of evil deeds.
Right then, Thomas took off his tuxedo jacket and twisted his neck, working the stiffness off. Then he hopped slightly and shook one of his legs.
He gazed at Robin like a beast.
“Twelve Kicks?”
Robin noticed Thomas’ legs and recognized his skill according to their positions. If Thomas wanted to attack him, his leg could quickly kick at his vital part.
One of Robin’s subordinates in the army had such a skill.
“Well, how did you know Twelve Kicks? You surprised me. You know what? We hired 12 martial artists to teach Thomas back then. Each has taught him their unique skills. In the end, Thomas tore them all in half.”
Andreas sat in a chair calmly and drawled, “However, their unique skills are indeed capable. Thomas has learned all of them, including Twelve Kicks, Iron First, and others.”
“Are you afraid, Robin Bailey? If you are, kneel to me. Watch me perform. Probably I’ll keep you alive. You stray dog.”
In fact, Andreas didn’t intend to kill Robin.
If he wanted to end Robin’s life, he wouldn’t have let Robin come upstairs to watch him. That would be too boring. Andreas wanted to let Robin regret it and feel helpless and hopeless.
He wanted Robin to suffer all his life because of his incompetence.
In regret, Robin would watch him have sex with Elise but couldn’t do anything.
Andreas wanted to use a way to torture him and get his kicks.
Holding his goblet, Andreas shook it and took a sip of the wine. With a playful smile, he said, “Start, Thomas.”
The show would begin soon.
“Yes, Master Andreas.”
A sharp light flashed through Thomas’ eyes. He bent over and hopped up. The next second, he arrived before Robin and threw a punch towards his temple.
The air flew and whistled.
