“Gosh, I just gave up a good hot sex because of something negative. ” I thought, no expression on my face. Everything just became blank.
“Can I get your number? ” He uttered. He’s trying to get his shot.
“Of course. ” I mumbled and he smiled. I wrote out my number and I stood up. I’m angry at myself but I wasn’t at some point. I took the elevator with a convincing mind “SHE’S NOT PREGNANT. ” I opened my car door and got in, just wanted to get out of here.
Doctor Murphy POV
When a call came from the reception, saying Calvin sent someone to get a file from me. Which there wasn’t, that was when I knew this person was a spy.
I once saw Calvin assistant but it was brief, but her coming inside my office made me confirm she was the one. The question on my mind is WHY?
“Why did she want to know if she’s pregnant or not? She even said she’s Zoey’s best friend.”
“Her lies aren’t juicy enough for me to fall into. ” I looked at the pen in front of me.
“Never know this pen will be of good use, a secret audio recorder and a CCTV at the edge of the wall. I will get footage of it at home. The CCTV isn’t from the office but I intentionally install a CCTV camera in my office, in case of a break -in.
“I think Calvin doesn’t know his personal assistant is a snitch. Gosh! I just hope he doesn’t put so much trust in her. She even said in a file, she’s too young for these spy stuff or whatever. Collecting her number is also part of my evidence. ”
“If she’s thinking I will call her, HELL NO! ” I made a disgusting face at my thoughts.
“Huff!! ” I breathe out.
“I will inform Calvin or Zoey about that snitch motive. ” I thought and picked up the telephone. Another visitor.
Author POV
Crystal, Camila and Nova were outside, in the compound was a basketball court. Camila and Nova had white short and sleeveless jerseys but Crystal had a purple short skirt and sleeveless jersey. Crystal sat down on the floor while Nova and Camila kept the ball dribbling.
“I thought you guys said, you are here to teach me that. ” She said with a confusing expression on her face.
“Yeah, but you are sitting. Camila replied to her quickly.
“You have been dribbling the ball before I walked in here. Yet, you two are still on that. I’m going back inside. ” She uttered with a serious voice.
“Damn. ” Nova mumbled and threw the ball at her but she caught it with one hand.
“Woah! ” Cali screamed from the rooftop..
“You aren’t going to the pool again. ” Crystal asked as she rolled the ball in her hands.
“I’m waiting for the three of you. I don’t want to swim alone. ” She uttered, taking her seat to watch them playing basketball.
“How was the party you had with my brother? ” Camila asked as we kept dribbling the ball to each other.
“It was cool. It was stressful, meeting those business men and women.. Winifred encounter— ”
“And you losing your virginity. Camila uttered and Nova gasped looking at Crystal, but she heard it.
“How the fuck did you know? She asked with a shocked expression.
“It was obvious, your waking style yesterday was weird. Cali was the first person to notice it. So she told us—”
“She did?! ” She asked with a yelling voice.
“Yeah. ” Camila replied.
“Gosh! I can’t believe I suddenly feel embarrassed. ” She mumbled and covered her face.
“What’s up with the standing, you aren’t playing anymore? ” Cali asked.
“We are. Just a brief conversation. ”
