Andrew POV
Landon decided to cancel his reason for coming here… After having a cool conversation with Cali, I excused myself to my car and I got in. He didn’t say anything, and I didn’t bother disturbing him. I ignited the car engine and drove out the parking lot.
“Do you think I was rude? ” He asked, staring at the window.
“Yeah.. The rudeness wasn’t welcoming. Seriously, she’s a lady, do you know how hurt she is at this very moment. ” Now I’m scolding him. I cleared my throat when I noticed how loud my voice was.
“I’m sorry for yelling bro.. ” I apologized….
“See, I just apologize, after realizing my mistake, with no one telling me. That’s it, cultivate the habit of saying sorry. I paused to study his facial expression but it was emotionless.
“You aren’t like this at home.. Different attitude at home and another attitude entirely outside… Just try to approach her, apologize to her and have fun around her. That’s when you will be able to confirm the feelings you are having for her… I ended my little speech with him.

“No chatting Don… Can’t you study her with her reaction… She wants you to talk to her. That’s what ladies want mostly.. Just schedule a surprise visit and take her out.
“I will do that… ” He mumbled and I heaved a sigh.
Nova POV.
Somehow, my instincts don’t want to go further in the conversation I’m having with Camila. How will I want to get a man by making him jealous? What will he think of me? Cheap? Slut? Gosh! My head wasn’t cool to the extent of trying to wrap everything around my head.
“Why his best friend of all men? ” I decided to ask because,,, this jealous thing is making me feel scared of doing it… What if Landon gets angry? This might cause a rift among two friends. Two fucking best friends. It will look as if I’m the reason for the separation of a healthy relationship… I really hate shit like that. My instincts were against this plan but then I really want him to know my worth. He might be a dick head but I know he will still talk to me, but when? It’s taking longer, Gosh!!!
But, I can’t get this aim of mine by making him jealous, right??
“Making a man jealous, just to let him see or get his attention isn’t the right option to do. ” Sister Cali interrupted…
“When did you both get in? ” I stuttered looking at her and Ann at the door.
“How will you know? When you are engrossed with the conversation you are having? ” She mumbled and did her seatbelt.
“Just leave Landon to himself, he’s still a playboy, who isn’t ready to be tame—”
“But I want to tame him. ” I interrupt my sister’s words.
“What has gotten into you lately Nova? ” Now my sister is yelling at me.
“It’s nothing.. I’m not having this conversation anymore, including you Camila.. ” I mumbled and looked at the window.
“Are you hungry Ann? … ” She asked the little street girl beside me. Now she’s caring for nobody… Seriously, she’s just not getting pregnant, not as if she’s barren forever. I rolled my eyes at the little girl and hissed… Camila looked at me and sighed deeply.

The whole shopping was good but wasn’t to some people. Zoey took Ann to the spa and she was freshen again. After a touch, Ann came out of the dressing room,,, looking stunned.
“This girl looks clean and fresh again… ” Zoey gasped and opened her arms to welcome her embrace.
“How do I look mommy? Ann said and she smiled at the little girl.
“You look pretty, and fresh… Zoey replied and the little girl hugged her quickly…
“I love you mommy… ” She uttered and pecked her cheeks. Zoey tried to control the tears at the corner of her eyes but they came streaming down to Ann’s cloth.
“Are you crying mommy? ” She mumbled but Zoey shook her head.
“The three aunties don’t like me,.. ” She mumbled with a sad face.
“They will.. very soon. ” She mumbled and took her hands as they walked out of the Spa. Cali had no choice but to call her driver from home, she couldn’t withstand Ann. Camila and Nova went home as usual but Cali went to her personal home… A boring mansion, since she lives alone. Zoey placed Ann in the back seat while she got into the driver’s seat and drove out of the company’s parking lot.
Cali POV….
I threw my car key on my bedroom mini table. I usually use it to read when I’m bored. I stripped and walked to my bathroom… I looked at myself in the mirror and I saw how huge my stomach is becoming. I gently place my hand on it and massage it gently. They moved slowly, more like they were responding to my touch.
“How are you doing? ” Did you miss mommy goodnight stories? Do you want to wash mommy’s aching body? I keep talking to my unborn babies,,, with my hand on it. I switch on the shower and stand under it… I feel like using the tube but it makes me feel discomforted. I wash my hair and scrub my body. I was fully done with my bath but I just wanted to sit under it…
I decided to use the pool to my advantage. I walk out of the bathroom with my bathrobe…. I took the secret passage into the room. It leads to every part of my mansion. Including the kitchen but that will result in coming out of the empty wardrobe in the kitchen. It leads to the back yard, it leads to my parking lot and other necessary places in my home.
Life of a hidden celebrity, I could remember when my pix went viral, after taking pictures with my dad and mom, including Calvin himself…. The resemblance made netizens curious but I denied everything. I also begged Calvin to deny it… I just love being hidden, off social media or anything called fame.
Zoey instagram was marked official after it went viral she’s Calvin’s wife… Nova and Camila were also marked official with millions of followers.. They were models for British Vogue and other famous Vogue… Ambassador to famous designer companies. I stepped into the pool and moaned at the cool feeling. Back to the night I had a one night stand with a stranger… Have been cracking my brain to remember his face,,, even his voice seems disappearing in my head.
I’m forgetting things lately,,, sometimes I will forget what brought me to the kitchen, sometimes I will feel like crying… No one to comfort me. Ayden has been on a business trip in Africa, Somalia to be precise. Austin only comes once in a while and his wife Marietta, she’s someone I will love to have around me. But her schedules are always tight… Not her first time canceling her schedules just to spend a day with me.

“He said he’s Andrew.. “My eyes widened and I looked at her again.
“Andrew?? ” I shuttered, rushing out of the pool.
“Your foot… It’s slippery.. ” My maid uttered as she assisted me out of the pool probably.
