Just as Harley had promised Camilla that she was going to apologize to Brooklyn so that Camilla would believe that she’s now a changed person so here’s she With Brooklyn who was seated with her in a restaurant. Harley Shrugged at her with a feigned smile as she insisted and told her that she was okay. Of course she wasn’t comfortable with Harley or her act because everything seems so strange to her and she doesn’t know whether Harley will poison her here.
Harley did Understand the reason behind her act and she can’t really blame her. All she could do right now was to comfort her and make her trust her. “Please stop being scared of me Brooklyn! I’m not that wicked as you see me! I’m very nice and friendly on the other side so stop being so scared of me right now because I ain’t gonna eat! If I wanted to, I wouldn’t have taken you here but somewhere else instead so you have to understand that we are currently in a restaurant filled with people! Brooklyn was convinced a little with her words as she chose a table of food from the Manu and in a short time, the waiter brought the food to her table. Harley also ordered the Same thing she ordered so that it wouldn’t seem like she’s planning everything.
“Please eat up”. Harley cleared her throat and took a look at her for the conversation. “So my reason for Calling you here today was because I’ve got something to say to you”. Brooklyn was bewildered on what she had to say to her this time around. Was she here to threaten her again? She was unable to comprehend her reason or the speech she would utter.
“I’m sorry for everything that happened between us so for Brooklyn! I’m sorry for being responsible for your sister’s stay in the institution where she was taken to, I know you probably hate me for causing misfortune into your Life! I do hope you can forgive me”. Brooklyn was shocked and hopeless hearing Such speech from her as she took a deep breath and sighed.
“Why are you apologizing to me right now? That’s all in the past so you don’t need to apologize “. Brooklyn uttered feeling uncomfortable with her apology as she smiled at her. “Please allow me to apologize to you, okay? I feel so guilty for everything I have done to you so far even though I apologize to you that isn’t enough to make everything go back to the way it used to be before but I do hope that you will forgive me! I do hope that you will find some places in your heart to forgive me over everything that I had happened. I know I deserve whatever punishment that comes with the consequences of the actions of what I have done and if giving me a penalty for what I did is the only way you can forgive me then no problems “.
Brooklyn couldn’t be More stunned than her last speech. She doesn’t really know right now if everything she’s saying is the truth or if she was just saying this to make herself feel good. “Of course I forgive you Harley! I hold no grudges against you and I’m actually so happy with every obstacle that have come into the way so far because through that process I learn to meet Camilla who was so nice to me and besides that, my sister (Zelda) get to met Brandon who she’s currently dating although they’re having some misunderstanding because of his Mother! “I hold no grudges against you but thankful for everything that has happened “. Harley was glad to hear her saying that. At least she had forgotten about everything that happened and she was grateful about it.
“I really don’t know if it will be rude of me to ask you about what happened between Zelda and Brandon!” Harley Knew the reason why she was asking and this could be the course of his mother who always chooses a lady for his son to date. If she wasn’t mistaken, that could be the reason.

“Did you also pass through the same thing when you were dating Brandon?”” Brooklyn asks, concerned to know if it was really because her sister was from a poor background which is the reason why she’s being treated like that.
“Mine was Worse and also it was a forced relationship! I and Brandon were dating for four years back then because of this contract both our parents signed together so at the End I was to get married to Brandon but he didn’t like me as I had expected neither do I, but his Mother do like me because she thinks I’m the perfect fit for her son but at the End of the day we break up with each other and went into our separate way. ” Since then till I got married I had never seen Brandon with any lady known to be his finance and that was because his mother was still busy choosing the perfect lady for her son and then before I saw him with your sister which I knew that her mother wouldn’t accept.
The sad truth is that Brandon always obeyed his mother’s words and he’s just so scared of disobeying her. But I do hope that one Day he will come to realize that he needs to stand up for himself and do the right thing instead of trying to please his Mother each and every time. Brooklyn was really happy to hear Harley’s side of the story and she couldn’t really believe it if all those advice were coming from the Harley which she once knew. She guess Harley is now a changed person indeed.

Please take care of yourself and advise your sister not to worry about him”. Harley advice once again about to stand up and walk away when Brooklyn grabbed hold of her.

She had been sitting close to them for almost an hour now listening to every one of their conversations and she was happy that this meeting actually happened. After they walked away, she stood up to take her leave as well.

Harley couldn’t be more happy in her Life knowing that she had gained Camilla and Brooklyn trust Back again. This was just so amazing. Reconciling with people that once annoys her and those she Once targeted as nothing but enemies. Now the next person was no other than Bentley who she will approach.
How she isn’t doing this to be their friend no! She’s just doing what she needs to do in order to gain those people’s trust again and when she does it’s definitely over for them because she’s going to deal with more ruthless and evil. And that was when she returned.
Her mother had gone home after the surgery was over since she had got nothing to do again and it was time for her to focus on her business which was going bankrupt. Harley didn’t bother to tell her husband that she was coming home since she knew that he’s probably at Home but she was really stunned to see his car park around the compound.
