Caleb took Alina back to the castle.
Alina, “Can I eat rabbit today?”
“Yes.” But not for spicy one.
A woman whose lentils can get inflamed at any moment and she wants to eat spicy rabbit?
But the next moment, her words surprised him.
“Can we get Chester to join us then?”
The force of his holding Alina was heavier at this moment, and he wished to throw her out directly.
“You miss him so much, why didn’t you go home with him just now?”Had God sent her to punish him?
He had made mistakes before and she was punishing him all the time?
The more Caleb thought about it, the more angry he became.
Alina bowed her head in resignation, “He didn’t allow me to eat the rabbit.”
Although he had just tried desperately to coax her back in such a way, he was upset to that she came back for this reason.
“Wasn’t it because you missed me that you came back with me?” Knowing full well it couldn’t be, Caleb still asked undauntedly.
Alina was honest, “I miss you too.”
Although Caleb was relieved in his heart, he knew exactly what kind of missing she was talking about.
Well, she was a a heartless person now, so why bother with her so much?
“Can Chester come and eat with me?” Alina asked undauntedly.
Caleb took a sigh.
Even though she showed her fear of Chester, she still couldn’t leave him alone.
He would have her turned to Chester once Chester had taken care of matters in the Sinantu Pavilion.
But only if the matter of Sinantu Pavilion had been absolutely taken care of.
…
Chester was planning with Amy and the others to go back to Sinantu Pavilion, as Sienna would not rest in peace.
Lucas came back.
“Sir.”
“You are back.”
“It’s all taken care of.” Lucas said respectfully.
Like Chester, Lucas had some injuries, and they were quite serious.
And the only reason they survived was that Ronan used his life to shield them.
Just as Chester was about to say something, Caleb’s call came in and Chester picked it up, “What?”
Because of the matter of taking away Alina just now, the anger in Chester’s tone had not yet completely dissipated.
Lucas and Amy looked at each other, both with chills running down their backs.
During this period of time, as long as it involved Alina, Chester was awful.
Caleb, “You go back to Sinantu Pavilion first, take care of the Byrne family, I’ll take care of Alina for you in the meantime.”
“The Byrne family?”
“Chester, what happened to Emma, I don’t want it to happen again, it’s enough for you to have a fiancée in Sinantu Pavilion, don’t produce another Amy, she can’t stand your tossing and turning.”
These words were roared out by Caleb with grief and anger.
Back then it was because of Emma that caused Alina so much harm, the mind of a woman cannot be underestimated.
When exactly did it start that in the matter of Alina, his greatest fear was to hurt her over the matter of women.
Chester looked at Amy, who looked shocked and waved her hands innocently, meaning she knew nothing.
Chester, “What does it matter to Amy?”
“The Byrne family is grooming this daughter as the future mistress of Sinantu Pavilion, and now that they have put her by your side, don’t tell me you don’t know what it means.”
Caleb was even more furious feeling that Chester did not understand.
It was often the case that these things were placed in front of him and he did not know anything about them.
That was how he used to be.
He could not see clearly what face Emma had.
Could Chester see it clearly now?
When Amy heard this, she was confused, she did not know that her father was grooming her as the mistress of Sinantu Pavilion.
Maybe he had that in mind at first, but he gave it up later.
She really did not have that qualification.
“What exactly does the head of the Byrne family have in mind, do you want to make a phone call and ask yourself?” Chester spoke with amusement.
Now he finally understood why Caleb had to take Alina away.
So he was worried about this?
But it was still comforting to know that he had planned everything out for Alina.
It was surprising that he would analyse it too and had become so thoughtful.
“I won’t ask, you go and take care of it yourself.” After saying that, Caleb just hung up the phone in anger.
The ‘beep’ sound was particularly clear in the office.
Seeing that the phone had hung up, Amy looked at Chester with some apprehension, “Lord, you have to trust me and my dad.”
“…”
“Master Caleb doesn’t know anything, he’s making it up.”
After thinking about it, Amy found an apt description for Caleb’s absurd comment.
Her father didn’t have that in mind right now.
What a malevolent mind he had, to try to tie her to a woman like Fiona in such a way?
Chester pinched his brows, “You guys go out first.”
“Lord, you must believe me and my father.” Amy saw that Chester was not conclusive and panicked even more in her heart.
Lucas pulled Amy straight out.
Out the door Amy was still inwardly apprehensive, “What have I done to offend Master Caleb that he would do this to me?”
He had just warned her outside, now he made things up in front of her Lord.
Amy thought back carefully.
It seemed like they were really just meeting for the first time today, and she did not think she had offended Caleb.
Was there something wrong with the way she looked? It seemed like it would be better to take the time and fix her face.
If her words offend him, she could still corrected it. But if her face offended him, she had nothing to say.
…
Caleb looked at the injury on Alina’s foot, it was not a light injury.
Immediately, he called Tomas over, and Tomas, “Sir.”
“Have the people of Sienna been dealt with?”
Now although Lottie was in their hands, there were still quite a few people of Sienna in E City.
Now Caleb wished to have them all killed, for it was really too infuriating.
He could not believe that Alina was hurt like this.
“Word came from Callum that it’s all taken care of.”
Hearing this, Caleb was still angry in his heart.
He waved his hands, and Tomas left.
When Alina put on the medicine, it still hurt badly and she was about to cry again.
Caleb, “How did she take you then?”
“Knocked me out and took me away.”
Alina said.
Caleb, “Why didn’t you hit her?”
“I knocked her out too.”
When he heard this, Caleb’s heart felt slightly better, but when he thought of Alina’s little body, he was even more worried.
She was not afraid of anything, but what if she pissed off the other party? Wouldn’t she be the one to lose out?
It was better not to teach her indiscriminately.
