“Thea, you have to say something on Twitter at least. The fans are all trying to vote for you,” Daisy was holding her phone as she asked Thea.
Thea thought for a second, “It’s quite exhausting to see those weird comments about my friends and me online. I’d like to take a break from the internet. It’s hard to go back to my character if I have my mood ruined again. I’d like to finish the shooting first.”
Daisy sighed. What Thea said was true. The rumors and slanders about her online never ceased to exist.
It was actually pretty smart for Thea to block those harms and protect her mood when she was working.

Daisy cleared her throat, “But I heard Paris’s buying votes secretly. She wants to outshine you during the award ceremony.”
Thea shrugged, “I don’t care. People will know what she’s doing one day. The truth is in our works. Fans can’t be that blind not to be able to see who’s a better actor.”
“But your career just started to soar,” Daisy said, “You need to encourage your fans to vote. So this award is quite important for you.”
Thea’s hands faltered as she tried putting her earrings on, “What should I say on Twitter then?”
Before Daisy could say anything, her phone suddenly started to buzz. It was Zara who was calling.
Daisy exchanged some words with Zara before hanging up the phone, “Zara just said that you don’t need to worry about it anymore. She has sent PR to take care of it.”
Thea nodded. She always trusted her agent and assistant.
“Well, thanks. I’ll just leave it to you guys.”
After leaving the trailer, Thea saw Cody again.
“Cody? Why are you here every day? The company doesn’t need you?” Thea asked curiously.
Cody said, “Matt’s taking care of it. Besides, we don’t have many major projects for now, and you’re the biggest of them all. If anything urgent happens, Matt will fly over to see me. You don’t need to worry about it.”
Thea shrugged, “I’m not worrying. Just asking.”
She was a bit nervous when she saw Cody. Cody could see how uneasy she got when she was around him. So he smiled, “Are you really having a crush on Dylan?”
“Huh?” Thea’s mouth dropped open. And then, she realized what her boss was asking. So she forced out a smile as she lied, “I guess…. He’s a great man.”
Cody’s voice was gentle, “But I’m also a great man.”
Thea’s heart suddenly started to pound against her chest heavily as she met Cody’s intense gaze.
She cleared her throat, but she still felt her mouth dry, “Of… Of course. You are also a great man.”
“Then what am I to you?” Cody asked directly.
Thea’s mouth is set in a thin line. She really didn’t know how to answer this question.
She stared at the beautiful man before her. The silence lasted for a few seconds before she asked, “Boss, do you think I can restore my memories one day?”
Cody didn’t think much as he answered firmly, “You will restore them if you want.”
Thea frowned, “But what if I can’t remember even if I tried?”
Cody looked sincere as he said, “It’s okay if you can’t remember. You’re Demi, and it’s a fact. Nothing will ever change that.”
“Then who are you in love with, me or Demi?” Thea asked without breaking her gaze.
Cody blinked, and he suddenly didn’t know what to say. He had never expected a question like this.
Thea saw his reaction. So she dropped her gaze and smiled, “Well… My schedule on site is a bit tight today. Guess I really need to go now.”
Before she could turn away, however, Cody suddenly grabbed her wrist, making her face him again, “So this is the thing that has been disturbing you?”
Thea nodded, “Yes. Candace told me that you have been having a crush on Demi since you were a boy… I just… I don’t think I’m Demi anymore after so many years. I don’t think you’re in love with me.”
Cody looked at her intensely, “But the person I love is you. Thea or Demi… I love them both. At first, I was also bothered by this issue. But I realized in the end that the girl I’m in love with is just who you’re. Not which name you chose.”

Before Thea could answer her boss’s question; however, her phone suddenly started to buzz. She picked it up and saw Zara’s name. She thought briefly and said, “I can’t answer this question right now, Cody. But I promise you I will make up my mind after restoring my memories.”
She needed to make decisions prudently, especially when she needed to be responsible for Demi’s life right now as well.
The smile on Cody’s face was light and relieved. He was glad that it was not a no.
“Of course. Just take your time. You know I will never push you to make a decision.”
Thea looked up and smiled again. Cody was such a great man. She had never been wrong about him.

That night, My Dear Architect was finally aired. It was only the first episode out, and there was already a flood of comments about the show on the internet.
The number of viewers was increasing like crazy. Thea’s acting skill was on trend again. Everyone was discussing how wonderful an actor she was.
The range of her works was wide and crazy. She could be cast in historical dramas. And she could also play in rom-com.
