What daddy?” Daniel asked and just then Alfred walked out of the kitchen.
“Alfred?” Daniel called in shock as he saw Alfred walk out of the kitchen.
“Daniel,” Alfred called out in shock.
Lisa stared at the both of them wondering how they knew each other’s name. Do they know each other, oh no this isn’t good, Lisa thought as she stared at Daniel who was already staring at Alfred Angrily.
“Uncle Daniel, do you know my daddy?” Isabella asked and Lisa swallowed hard.
“Kids, go wait for me in the car. Daddy will be there soon” Alfred said to the quadruplets and they nodded happily before running out of the house to the car.
Daniel scoffed. He was surprised to see Alfred and the kids calling him daddy.
“What the hell is going on here Lisa?” Daniel asked, trying to calm himself down. He was so confused.
“And what are you doing here Alfred? What do you want with Lisa?” Daniel asked angrily
“I should be asking you that question, ” Alfred said, looking as calm as ever. Even though he looked so calm deep down he was so angry. He hates Daniel so much after what he did to him. He wondered how Daniel knew Lisa and the kids.
“Seriously, huh!” Daniel said as he moved towards Alfred ready to pick up a fight.
“Daniel, please. I can explain you have to calm down please ” Lisa said and Daniel turned to her.
“Explain what Lisa? What’s going on here? And why are the kids calling him Daddy” Daniel asked and Lisa bit her lips nervously? Tears gathered in her eyes. Daniel gave Lisa one more stare before walking out of the house.
“Daniel, Daniel please” Lisa yelled and tried standing up from the chair to run after Daniel but she fell to the ground.
Daniel paused as he heard a loud thud, followed by Alfred’s voice. He turned around only to see Alfred carrying Lisa from the ground.
He stared at the both of them and suddenly he walked out of the house. Immediately he walked away tears slipped down her chubby cheeks.
She swallowed into nothing as more tears slipped down her cheeks. She stared at Alfred who was carrying her in his arms.
“Put me down,” she said calmly to Alfred who helped her sit on the chair.
“I’ll apply the ointment,” Alfred said as he sat beside her putting her leg on his. More tears slipped down Lisa’s cheeks as Alfred applied the ointment.
“It hurts” Lisa cried out
“I’m sorry,” Alfred said and Lisa shot him a deadly glare.
“It’s all your fault” Lisa yelled and Alfred stared at her without saying a word.
Alfred didn’t know if it was the pain she was feeling from the leg that was hurting or the fact that Daniel had left. He wondered who Daniel is to Lisa.
After he finished applying the ointment, Alfred dropped her leg on the ground and walked back to the kitchen. He dropped the ointment and washed his hands.
He cleaned his hands with the hand towel and with that he walked out of the kitchen.
“I’ll drop the children off at school. When I’m done I’ll be back ” He said staring at Lisa who hissed loudly.
“Don’t come back. I do not need you here” she said and Alfred stared at her without saying a word. With that, he walked out of the house.

After Alfred had gone, Lisa managed to walk to her room. She sat on her bed and picked up her phone. She switched it on and saw 9 missed calls from Dina.
She sighed softly and Dialed Daniel’s number but it wasn’t going through, she tried calling it again this time it was saying switched off.
Just then a call popped into her phone. It was Dina calling again. She answered the phone call and placed the phone on her ear.
“Dina,” Lisa called weakly. Her voice was a little bit cracked.
“Lisa, why aren’t you at the restaurant? Have been trying to call you but you haven’t been answering your phone calls. What happened?” Dina asked almost yelling but she became silent when Lisa didn’t say a word. The only sound she could hear was Lisa Whimpering.
“Lisa, what’s wrong?” Dina asked worriedly
“Dina” Lisa called as she burst into tears
“I’m coming over Right? Just stay where you are. I’m coming” Dina said and with that, she ended the call.

“Lisa, what happened?” Dina, who had already arrived a few minutes ago, asked worriedly. She could see Lisa had been crying so bad and her eyes were already swollen.
“It’s Daniel. He met Alfred here and he’s angry. He’s not answering my phone calls” Lisa said, crying like a baby. She felt so heartbroken. She can bear anything in this world but she can’t bear the fact that Daniel is Angry with her.
Daniel is just like her best friend. He was her everything when she needed help the most. He stood by her as a mother, he stood by her as a father, he stood by her as a brother, he stood by her as her best friend, and he stood by her like he was her husband.
“He met Alfred here? What was Alfred doing here? And if Daniel is back in Singapore, this means Williams is in Singapore too and he hasn’t even called her that he’s in town. I’m going to kill that guy when I see him” She thought as she stared at Lisa.
“You have to calm down Lisa. You should stop crying. If it’s Daniel you should forget about him, he’ll come around. I know Daniel very well, he can’t live without you. Stop crying, he’ll come around” Dina said as she wiped Lisa’s tears.
“He won’t. If you had seen the look in his eyes you’ll know he won’t. And he had called Alfred’s name like they both knew each other” Lisa said as she sniffed.
“What? You think they know each other?” Dina asked I’m shocked.
“Yes, and they were both staring at each other with hate in their eyes like something had happened between them in the past,” Lisa said, lots of thoughts going through her head.
“Oh my goodness!! This isn’t good then” Dina said in response
“I need to see Daniel now,” Lisa said
“But your leg is broken,” Dina said in reply
“Then I’ll be needing your help ”
