Chapter 115
“Mr. Daniel I’m sorry to say…………..” the doctor said and paused, staring at Daniel who was also staring at him waiting for him to speak.
“The surgery and all was successful. The babies survived and they’re in good health but Lisa slipped into a coma” the doctor said and Daniel felt numb immediately.
“Mr. Daniel” the doctor called and he blinked twice returning to reality.
“Can I see her?” Daniel asked
“Sure, when she’s been transferred you can see her. Let’s just hope she wakes up in time” the doctor said and Daniel nodded. He felt tears gathered in his eyes as his heart broke into pieces.
He almost lost balance but Dina was quick to hold him.
“Thank you ” Daniel said to Dina as he sat on the chair.
“She’s going to be fine. Let’s just keep praying for her” Dina said to Daniel and he nodded in response.

Dina smiled as she stared at the beautiful babies. They were just too cute, they had blue eyes , she wondered where they got those emerald eyes from because Lisa’s eyes were blue. When the nurses were done feeding them, they put them in the baby cradle and they drifted to sleep.
She watched as the babies slept so peacefully. They were all girls and they looked so much like their mom. God!! Lisa is just so lucky and blessed. She just prayed she would wake up in time so she could see how beautiful her baby girls are.
She was so surprised it was quadruplets that Lisa was pregnant with. If you stared at her tummy you would probably think she was just pregnant with one child. Giving birth to quadruplets was so rare, Lisa is truly blessed, Dina thought.
Just then Daniel walked inside the ward where he met Dina staring at the baby girls who were asleep. He had just come back from Lisa’s ward. All he prays now is that she wakes up in time.
He moved closer to the babies as he stared at them. He felt his heart leap in joy as he stared at their beautiful faces at the same time his heart was bleeding, knowing the fact that Lisa was in coma. They looked so much alike. Their hair color, lips and everything. It would be so hard to differentiate who is who when they grow up.
He wondered what Lisa was going to name the babies. He sighed softly.
“They’re so beautiful ” Dina said to Daniel who nodded in agreement. Just then Williams walked in and his eyes came in contact with Dina whose heart beat increased immediately.
Williams walked towards Daniel and whispered softly in his ear and they both walked out. Dina sighed softly as she placed her hands on her chest. The past few months have been a difficult one for Dina. She hated the fact that she was In love with Williams.
Williams is a nice guy and he has everything a woman could ever need in a man but she just can’t accept whatever feelings she has for him. not after what Charles did to her. She was scared to give Williams a chance.
She was scared of getting hurt. She sighed softly as she began to wonder how Charles was doing in prison. She wondered how he was coping. She still cared a bit for him, even though he hurt her , he’s still the father of her child , that she wouldn’t deny.
She exhaled deeply as her phone vibrated. It was a text message from Clara’s nanny. They were back from school already.
“I’ll be home in a jiffy. Just make sure Clara eats” Dina texted back and put the phone back in her pocket.

Two days later
Lisa is seen in the hospital ward , lying unconscious in the bed. She was in a deep deep deep sleep which the doctor referred to as a coma.
A nurse is seen in the ward doing some check up on her and taking down notes when suddenly she heard Lisa murmur something and suddenly opened her eyes.
“Mommy,” she said as she opened her eyes.
“Miss” the nurse called and Lisa turned to her. The nurse quickly rushed out of the ward to call the doctor that Lisa was awake.

After Lisa had woken up she was transferred to another ward. Daniel is seen sitting beside her stroking her hair.
“Daniel, where’re my babies?” Lisa said as she tried standing up from the bed but then she felt a sharp pain in her lower abdomen.
She groaned in pain as she laid back on the bed.
“Dina and the nurses are bringing them. You should stop stressing yourself, Lisa. The nurses stitched your tummy, if you move your body too much, it might start to bleed and they will have to redo it. Calm down alright ” Daniel says and Lisa nodded and closed her eyes as the pain she felt in her tummy intensified.
Just then she heard Dina’s voice and she opened her eyes, only to see Dina holding one of her babies in her hands and the other three nurses holding the others.
Lisa smiled as she saw her babies, the pain she was feeling just now disappeared as she saw her baby girls. She stretched forth her hands trying to collect the baby from Dina.
Daniel and a nurse helped her sit properly on the bed and put the babies in her arms. She smiled as she stared at her babies. They were so beautiful. She felt tears slip down her cheeks, it was tears of joy.
She felt so happy to see her babies. She stared at their eyes and noticed the color of their eyes. They were the same colors as that Alfred. Emerald eyes.
“They’re so beautiful, ” Dina said to Lisa and she smiled.
“What are you gonna name them?” Daniel asked and Lisa smiled.
“I name them Isabella, Clarabella, Annabella, and Arabella. Aka, The BELLA’s”
