Moans and slum party

“Don’t try to pretend, I heard them. I mean everyone heard it. It wasn’t just once.” Aminat said, facing me this time around.
“One more thing, you were pretty loud.” She added.
I sighed heavily, she was really making things worst. Was I even supposed to tell her I was having a dream where the father of my baby was fucking me hard. Damn! I could have sworn that dream was real. I know this wasn’t part of the symptoms of my pregnancy, maybe the packaged box was the reason I was having this dreams and damn! The box was still under my bed, I made a note to get rid of it later on.
“Are you hiding something from me Mary?” Aminat suddenly asked, snapping me out of my thoughts.
I stared at her in shock, I can’t tell her I am pregnant yet. She might end up abandoning me and turning her back against me. I have really grown to like Aminat and I don’t want to ever lose our friendship.
“No,” I lied through my teeth.
“What makes you think I am?” I asked.
“Well, you are acting weird.” She replied.
“Do you want to know something?” She whispered, bringing her mouth closed to my ears.
“I am still a virgin too. I totally understand you Mary. I sometimes fantasize about sex too. But doing it out of wedlock is an haram in my religion. So I will have to wait till my wedding night.” She whispered.
“You are not alone.” She said holding my hand. I just stared at her, forcing a smile. She is still a virgin why I’m not. I couldn’t even tell her the truth, and it makes me feel really bad.
You don’t know the truth about me Aminat, I am not a virgin as you think. And I am with child.
I said this all over in my head, but I just couldn’t bring myself to tell her anything.
“My mum and dad can’t wait to meet you on Saturday, you are still coming to study at my place right?” She asked.
“Oh, yes. Yes, of course.” I said, still forcing a smile.
“I’m excited about the party and the fact that we will be able to spend time with each other outside school.” She said, giggling.
I felt so guilty that I had to get up.
“I need to go and see the teacher now.” I said, leaving before she could say another word.

A combination of embarrassment and ire made my stomach churn as Mr Lucas stared at me. I couldn’t meet his gaze, so I stared at the floor instead. It was clear that he knows I was moaning and not snoring in class.
“Have you been getting enough rest at home?” Mr Lucas asked.
“Yes,” I replied softly.
“Really, and am I supposed to believe that. You slept in my class today and I have caught you dozing off, not once and not twice.” He said, a blush of guilt stained my face.
“I think you should stop whatever is taking your sleep away from you. Take a break from your boyfriend and sleep well at night.” He added. My eyes widened at his words, I clearly understand what he was insinuating and this has to do with me moaning. I felt more embarrassed.
“Also, I am going to need your help with something. I will be making an announcement on Monday. You can take your leave.”
“Thank you,” I whispered, taking my leave immediately.

I continued with my quest of looking for Aminat and Xander. Justin abandoned me immediately we got to the party.
A crisp breeze helps to alleviate the smell of cigarettes and pots in the room. Xander’s house wasn’t big, it was just a house that could be considered as good. The sitting room where the party is taking place was almost the size of my room, but my room is definitely bigger. I was sure no one was expecting more from a slum house.
The place was small and it was like something was squeezing the walls in on me. I passed by bodies entwined against the walls, loud music pulses through the room, making the floor vibrate. I could see the silhouettes of people dancing to the music, it was hard to recognize faces because of the dim light.
I could see a table with a plethora of assortments on it, unattended to. I walked towards it, pulling my gown down. I had Vanessa to thank for making me look this beautiful tonight, I had makeup on and my black hair was curled to a bouncy wavy style that arched my face.
I grabbed one of the styrofoam cup filled with drink. I was about to turn around when I crashed into someone.
“Oh my goodness, I am so sorry.” I said, luckily the drink spilled on the floor. I didn’t bother picking the cup up.
“Mary.”
“Ami?” I said, trying to be sure she was the one.
“Yes, it is me. Sorry about the dim lights. Xander insisted he wanted everywhere to be dark and dim. But those dim light makes my eyes ache.” She replied, chuckling.
“Come let’s go and see Xander, almost everyone is here already,” she held my hand, as we both pushed through the crowd of people that were tethered to the music playing at the entrance. We walked out of the building. The cool breeze grazed my skin soothingly.
Suddenly I felt a lip on my neck, then I heard a whisper.
“Oh baby, you look smoking hot.” I felt something wet, like a tongue lick on my neck. I immediately turned around, but I couldn’t find anyone. Alphonso is here, the voice sounded like his. Aminat led me to a place that looked like a balcony, it seems like there was a camp fire. Woods were burning at a distance and I could see people sitting in a circle.
“Mary you are looking sexy, dressed to kill” I heard Xander’s voice. He walked towards me, pecking me on the cheeks.
“I think we should start the game now.” Xander shouted.
“What game?” Aminat asked.
“Truth and dare.” Xander replied.
