Juliana’s Pov:
“Piii….. Piii,” the chanting of birds was the only thing that could be heard, and the sound of the ocean. Lying on the dirt, I slowly lifted myself from the ground.
“Uhh,” I stretched myself before looking around me. I am still inside the woods…… Gosh, this is frustrating. Standing up, I got a glimpse of my hand.
“Whoa……..
I was shocked, I suddenly glanced at myself. I could no longer see any hairs covering my body, I am back to my normal self! I am back to my normal self. I sped towards the shore of the ocean to get a better view to be sure that I am not hallucinating or anything. Stopping beside the ocean, I saw my reflection……. I am back to my old self, just that I am stake naked with no clothes on. I got shy immediately before looking around to ensure that no one was around me.
” I can’t walk around being naked,” I murmured to myself before walking towards a huge tree around there. Picking some dry leaves, I started joining the pieces together to make out something from them. Even if it will cover only my boobs and tits, it is better than walking around with nothing on.
Once I am through, I put on the wads of clothes that I made out from the dry leaves before I started strolling inside the wood with joyous and glinted eyes. Still, I don’t know if I could get accepted by any pack but it is better like this than frightened others. Wandering inside the woods, everywhere was quiet and calm and I knew that I was the only one around there.
“At least, I will have my privacy,” I muttered before something got my attention, it was a white paper pasted on a tree with an image sketch on it. I nervously started inching closer to it, my eyes widening as I saw my image on it with something boldly written on top of it with ink.
“WANTED!! AN AWESOME PRIZE WILL BE GIVEN TO WHOEVER FINDS THE MYSTERY SHE-WOLF, SHE IS EVIL AND DESERVES TO DIE!!”
I staggered back in fear and confusion, how could they do this? It was my face that was drafted on that paper, turning to my left with pain. I saw the image of me in my monster form.
“Who….. Did this?” Stammering with trembling lips, I veered around with pain as I noticed that the whole woods around me had the same papers pasted on them. They wanted me, they wanted me killed. And here I was thinking that I am finally free, my heart twists before my eyes start tearing up. Now the whole werewolf realm will start searching for me, and once found they will have me killed. Fear started clouding my head, I need to run out of there but the question is how long am I going to continue hiding?
Taking a step backward, I scan the place with my eyes, staggering with a painful expression and a wounded heart. I supported myself with a tree close by before speeding out of the place with no destination in my head.
Hopping the broken woods on my way, I run with everything in me. Stamping my feet both in the dirt and muddy water, therefore, causing dirty particles and sand to get stuck to my legs, et I didn’t stop for a bit before I saw a huge cave from a distance. Far far from where I am staying, stopping at my track. I inhaled deeply before leaning on a tree for rest. My heart heaved up and down, I looked exhausted and weak to continue but I knew better to continue than to stop.
If they see me like this, they can easily know that it is me because they have my pictures and it is every damn place. Trudging, I forced myself out of the tree and proceeded with running. My target is to reach that cave, I don’t care if there are weird animals there or not. I just need to rest and hide as well.
“Finally,” a sad smile curled up my lip, and with heavy breathing as I reached the cave. I instantly leaned on the side of the cave. Sliding down, I plopped myself on the ground there. After a few minutes of lying on the ground outside, I stood up and started walking inside the cave.
Strolling inside the cave, I suddenly bent my head as I felt the bats swarm over my head and flee away. The cave gets darker as I walk further inside, it looks spooky with only little light emitting from it. The sharp objects and gravel there were digging inside my barefoot like a knife, and I found it hard to walk faster.
The cave seemed so dark that I couldn’t see anything in front of me, only reddish spots. And that’s when it dawned on me that it was the red eyes of the bats, the bats were hanging inside the cave at the upper levels and they stared back at me. Their scary stares freak me out. Looking down, I noticed water in front of me. There was a huge piece of rock underneath the water with snakes on the other sides of the cave. Looking deeply inside the huge body of water, I could see tiny snakes swimming around the rocks. My breath inched instantly as fear and panic overwhelmed me.
The water was the only way to walk through to the other side of the cave and without stepping my foot inside that water, I couldn’t continue my walk. I know if I don’t do it then I won’t be able to pass through the other side. Clenching my fists together, I swallowed hard before I stretched out of my leg and stepped inside the water. Standing on the rock, with difficulty and a trembling body I started walking inside the water on top of the rocks there.
“Ahh!!” I hissed in pain, my legs hurt badly as the water touched the bruises under my feet. Coming out of the water, I sighed and proceeded with my walk inside the horror cave.
I looked terrible, my long hair is dirty. It is looking filthy with sand, wood particles, and tiny pieces of leaves stuck to it. I looked pale and thinner like I haven’t eaten for weeks now. I looked like I was going to pass away anytime soon. My legs are covered in mud with leaves and other dirty particles stuck on them.
Pushing myself deeper inside the dark scary cave, I swallowed nervously when glancing around the place in fear and terror. I perked my ear up as I heard a rustling sound around the cave, as I inched closer I kept hearing a murmur. I felt drawn to the place, something was pushing me closer to the place. I could feel a force pulling me to the place and as I was near the place, the murmurs got faster.
Suddenly I stopped hearing any voice or sound, and before I knew it I felt rocks falling from the top of the cave. I felt trapped and shackled since I didn’t know where to run, as I approached the rock. It kept coming down heavily causing me to shrink in fear as I stared at it with horror and confusion.
“What’s happening?” I asked myself, positioning myself I narrowed my eyes as I strived to take the risk and jumped from the heavy rocks since I was left with no choice. Murmuring a short prayer within me, with speed and quickness I jumped through the rocks and fell into an empty ground.
“Ouch!” I grunt, turning around I felt the rocks stop falling as everywhere was back to normal. Still glancing around in confusion and surprise, I heard a feminine voice behind me.
“How can I help you…….?”
