CHAPTER 53

CAILY GALILEO
“This…” I could not believe that this was actually happening. That I was actually on a freaking yacht right now. The date or whatever this was, was going to be on a yacht!
Pietro had his hand on my waist as he led me further into it.
“We are going to have dinner…” He glanced at his wristwatch
“In thirty minutes.” He completed his words.
“But I do have a few things to show you before then.” He added.
“Really? What are those?” I asked, unable to hide the excitement pumping in my veins at the moment. I was mesmerized enough already and couldn’t wait to see more!
“Things you were familiar with but no longer are.” He replied and I tilted my head a bit, trying to understand his words.
I, however didn’t have enough time to think so much as to what exactly he was trying to mean by those words, because he turned his grip on my waist firm and led me further into the yacht. My eyes wandered the place.
“This is so gorgeous, Pietro.” I grumbled.
“Then you have it.” Were his next words. I paused in my step.
“I have it? What do you mean I have it?”
“It means what you think it means. The ownership will be transferred to you once we are off.”
“No, no, no. There is no way in the world that I am going to be taking something else from you apart from my fee. Not after you already paid Aunt Mandy’ s debt without letting me know about it. I actually forgot to bring it up all these while. My contracted fee is A million and five hundred, so deduct the amount you paid for my…”
“I didn’t pay a dime for Aunt Mandy’s debt. The organization she owed the debt to is more than greatly indebted to me. They were more than willing to write the miserly debt off immediately.” He cut me off, making me freeze.
Miserly.
‘The miserly debt’. That was when I realized something else. All these while, all I saw as the obstruction between a relationship between Pietro and I, was his monstrous behavior but I had failed to look properly into the fact that we were both from very different worlds. The amount of money that had led me into desperation. An amount that had made my head ache and made me worry endlessly was a miserly amount to Pietro.
It was an amount that his business associates would be more than willing to write off just to garner more of his favour.
“A miserly debt?” The words dropped from my lips slowly but I had not expected myself to have said them out loud.
“It was…” Pietro stopped, mid sentence, his gaze fixating more on me as he bent his head slightly to look at my face.
“All I am saying, Peaches, is you do not have to bother about the debt. Take it as me taking care of my in law.” he said and I frowned at him, a playful frown that was supposed to lighten the mood.
“Aunt Mandy isn’t your in law and she is never becoming one. She will never let you be one, in fact.” I chuckled and I realized yet again that there was another obstacle.
Aunt Mandy. She would definitely never ever allow me be with Pietro.
But why was I thinking about these obstacles so much? When it’s not like I would want to ever say yes to Pietro.
“We will see to that.” Pietro reached an arm around my waist once more and led me to the door.
“Let’s go in, shall we?”
He pulled the door open and we both walked into the room which was strangely dark. His hand slipped off my waist and I heard him gently shut the door behind me.
“Pietro,” I called his name, looking around in the deep darkness of the room.
The lights were suddenly turned on, soft lights that made the room glow softly like we were underneath the moon.
A smile left my lips at the softness of the light but the smile dropped from my lips when I saw what was in the room.
The first thing that caught my eyes was the shoddy drawing of the sun and a rainbow.
I recalled it vividly. How could I ever not recall it when it was the drawing that led me right to Pietro?
I swallowed as I walked closer to it and saw the scribbling on the now framed drawing.
“It’s… it’s been how many years now? Hoe could you not lose it already after all these while?” I whispered, gently running my fingers over the glass.
His hands wrapped around my waist and he buried his face in my shoulder, his body pressing into mine as much as his height would let him.
“Mine, Peaches.” He growled softly and kissed my shoulder.
“Fourteen years. Fourteen fucking years after and you are yet to admit that you belong to me. How stubborn can you be, Tesoro?” He groaned, his hands wrapping around me more tightly.
“And how stubborn can you be, Pietro? To keep pressing on even after fourteen years?”
He chuckled at my question and pulled his face out of my face, standing upright and pressing his body into mine and my body tensed as I felt him hardening behind me.
“You amuse me a lot and I lose it when you do.” He chuckled and reached a hand forward to my tits.
“I really want to bend you over right now, Peaches. You want the same, don’t you?”
“Ah, look at how flushed you are already. You are even more pretty when you are aroused” his hand gently tucked my hair behind my ears and I sucked in a sharp breath, feeling the slight brush of his fingers on my face.
“Let’s get back to what we were here to do, shall we?” He DELIBERATELY let his hand gently brush my tit and then he pulled away from me.
“There are more things to look at, Peaches.”
I shut my eyes, breathing in to calm myself down and although it didn’t work out so well, I swallowed and moved my gaze away from the drawing to the table in the middle of the room.
My eyes lit up at what I saw.
“The bracelet!” I gasped out, hurrying over to the table and grabbing it.
“You still have it!” I ran my fingers over it gently, my eyes almost filling up with tears.
I wanted to ask him why he was no longer wearing it since he still had it but I held back my question. He was a man now, a billionaire businessman, how could he go around wearing a cheap pink beaded bracelet.
“I pulled it off when you left and swore you’d put it back on my wrist like you did on my eighteenth birthday.” He stretched out his right wrist to me. I pulled my lips into my mouth, reaching for his wrist to put the bracelet on.
“Putting it on would also mean that you are accepting me.” His eyes flickered to mine.
“You don’t have to say it in words yet if you don’t want to. Just put this bracelet on my wrist and I will get the meaning”
Just slip the bracelet into his hands. Just push the bracelet onto his wrist and I would be his. He would be mine And I would be his.
With that simple action, he’d pick me up and fuck the hell out of me, probably get me crazed enough to say the words he so desperately wanted to hear from me.
My hands lifted the bracelet towards his hand and I looked up at him slowly. Our eyes locked and I could feel my legs turning jelly, my pussy getting wetter merely from his intensely he was staring into my eyes.
The bracelet gently touched his fist.
‘Just push it on his wrist’
‘Don’t. Don’t do it.’ Another side of me warned.
‘You know you want him. Fuck you Caily! You know you don’t just want Pietro. You know that you actually do love Pietro!’ the voice yelled in my head and the shock of those words made my body tremble.
Love… I… I loved Pietro. I love him? I love Pietro.
