Michael’s POV
I was standing behind at the door watching everything happen and I am really proud of her, as for the other guy, I will send him packing if not that such guys need to be kept close, who knows what he will do next, I texted my secretary to tell the HR to give him a month suspension, then I texted Michel her whereabouts, I can’t wait to see what will happen when they will meet, will she castrates him or hit him harder than that guy? I am curious.
“Sorry brother, you are on your own on this”
I muttered before going to my own office, then I remembered that my dad is looking for me, I wonder what now, thought he would be at him since he is having a miracle baby, (our mum is pregnant at 43, impossible right? But that’s exactly what happened ), I knocked on his door and without waiting to be ushered in, I entered and his sour face said everything,
“You got mum upset?”
“What do you mean by that? Why would she be upset by me and not you?”
“Because I haven’t seen her since her anniversary and you are the only one close to her”
“So what is preventing you all except Michelle to go see her?”
“Because a certain perfect dad convinced his children who just got into uni to leave alone behind his wife’s back ”
“That’s not true, I was just getting you guys ready for adult life, you can’t ride on your mum’s tail forever you know?”
“Then Michelle can?”
“She is a girl, she is too naive for the outside world, and she is your only sister ”
“For now, you are just being preferential, play favourites, and Michelle isn’t naive, that girl got wits and is cunning ”
“No she isn’t, she is so naive she showed you her drafts and you cheated her”
“I cheated her? I never did that”
“She came crying to me, that’s why I gave her the car Suzie and tweaked the models”
“Father, don’t you think you are spoiling her a lot?”
“Am not, dhe is my only daughter, your only sister”
“For now, when mummy gives birth to your miracle baby. its gonna be a girl”
“Well that’s good but Michelle will be my first baby girl”
I scoffed, dads will always support their first daughters, what about the first sons? Well we at least have our mothers but the middle children are pitiful except that one distant uncle, aunt or grandparents that lives far away, Michel’s lucky, grandpa is near.
“I called you to tell your siblings to come for a family dinner tomorrow night, no one should miss it, your grandma and her husband will come even grandpa ”
“Told them already ”
“When and how?”
“Just now, we have a group chat which you are in and could have just texted there but you just have to call me”
“Because I wanted to see you, is it a crime to see my son again ”
“Dad, I am not staying in for you while you goof at home, no way ”
“I didn’t say anything ”
You might as well have because you don’t call just to see me, we see each other plenty here, I am never standing in for him ever again, the last time, he promised he would be gone for a week but he spent three months abroad on what I call honeymoon gossip with mum, that was the most unhealthiest, busiest months of my life and am not going to do it again no matter what…..
“Your mum wants me to be with her, she will give birth soon”
“Just two weeks and am out whether you came back or not ”
“A month? ”
“…….. Am n…”
“Fine two weeks, deal”
“Deal, am off, take care of mum”
Michel’s POV
I was at the studio shooting an ad when my phone beeped, since I am free at the moment I took a look, two messages from Micheal, one on group chat and the other personal which I opened first,

“Wow, no shit, it’s her”
“Mr Michel please sit still, we are almost done with your make ups”
“No leave this, am coming”
