No sooner had the thought popped up than Aunt Gilead hurriedly discarded it from her mind.

Cedron had a son by his ex-wife, and now he had found a new wife, and was living a sweet life.
If this new wife was a small minded person and knew she had had such a thought, she was afraid that she would find Amad an eyesore and then try to get rid of Amad!

Aunt Gilead was just thinking, when Mordecai on the hospital bed suddenly grunted twice and slowly opened her eyes.

The old Mrs. Navarro, who had lived for seventy to eighty years, would not know that she could get on a private plane without a passport, so this reason could not be put off, so Cedron found another reason.
