I returned to the castle and met Blake and Simon standing in front of the building. I could smell the scent of a stranger in the Castle. It was not anyone from the New Dawn Pack as they all had a similar scent.
“Crystal, you are back.” Blake said and took my handbag from me.
“Yes, who is here?” I queried.
“Oh! It’s the Alpha of the Blood Moon Pack, he got here just a few minutes ago,” Blake replied and smiled
So he honored my invitation? Well of course, I knew he would. He is just as helpless as we are.
I checked my wrist watch and it was still afternoon. I thought I had instructed Blake to tell him that the meeting should be in the evening, well since he is here now, I should just go ahead with it.
“Where is he?” I asked.
“He is in the main sitting room.”
“Alright, please take my handbag to Logan’s Chambers, then come and join me in the meeting.” I instructed and he nodded
Blake turned around and headed towards Logan’s Chambers. I took a step forward then paused and turned to Simon.
“Can I trust you?” I queried.
“Um… Sorry?” He replied with a quizzical expression on his face.
“I said, can I trust you with helping me save Logan?”
He was quiet for a while, then he nodded in the affirmative.
“Good… Look, I know you have been dangling around Lucy for a while now, I have seen you a couple times but that is none of my business. So I won’t say a word about it but if you try to stab me in the back, then you would regret ever knowing me. Is that clear?” I asked in a stern voice and he nodded.
Just then, Blake returned and they both escorted me into the sitting room.
I was surprised with what I saw. I had expected the Alpha of the Blood Moon Pack to be a young man like Logan, but the person I met sitting on the couch was a middle-aged man probably in his late 50s.
I walked to the opposite couch with a solemn expression on my face and sat down, while Blake and Simon stood behind me.
“Welcome, I’m glad you came,” I said nonchalantly.
“Thank you, can I know why you called for this meeting?” He asked. He had a serious face. Well it’s not like he’s supposed to smile, his Pack has been pushed down from the first position and their source of energy has been taken away.
“I will go straight to the point but before that, I am sorry for what my step parents did to your Pack. Logan tried to warn you but you would not pick up your calls and by time he came up with the idea of texting you, it was too late already.”
The alpha sighed and looked downwards. “Yeah it’s fine, you don’t need to apologize. I am also to be blamed, but let’s not talk about that, let’s go straight to why we are here,” he replied.
“Right, I called you here because I want our Packs to put hands together and take back what belongs to us.” I announced
He looked at me with a puzzled expression on his face. “Um… Please elaborate, I don’t understand.”
“I mean, I want us to work together to save both of our Packs. I have come up with a plan that might not work without your support,” I replied.
“What plan is this and how do you need my help?” He queried.
“I want our warriors to attack the vampire tribe that had helped my step parents take down your Pack and I want it done tonight.” I stated.
“What? You want to go to war against them? That is a suicide mission. It’s true that werewolves are physically more powerful than vampires, but let’s not forget that they have your step parents by their side and also have our lunar moon stone.
The little warriors we have left would be no match for them, the ancient sword is too powerful. Your step parents could wipe us out with a mighty strike,” he replied with a worried expression etched on his face.
“No, that is not going to happen. We will win this fight.” I replied with a small smile.
“Why do you sound so confident?” He asked, while watching in scrutiny.
“Because we have an Alpha.” I announced
Now he looked even more confused than before, but I am certain his response will be positive.

Rohan stood on his balcony with his arms folded behind. He was looking out to the cold Street outside his gate. Soon he could hear footsteps approaching him in a hurry and he wondered why the person was running with such a PACE.
Even before the Young Vampire arrived, Count Rohan had already smelled his identity.
It was Sadiq. The laden ran up the stairs and knelt before his Master.
Rohan could see and sense the fear revolving around him and that made him anxious. What could be making his servant so scared? Had Logan escaped from his cell?
He doubted the possibility of that. “What is wrong Sadiq? Why do you look like a frightened cat?” He queried.
“Master.. Young Master, I just received bad news from our spies,” he replied, while panting for breath.
Count Rohan furrowed his eyebrows. “Bad news? What bad news is this?” He asked curiously.
The first thing that crossed his mind was the idea of Crystal committing suicide. If she does that, then his plans will be ruined. Even if he kills Logan, it will do him no good.
He will not be able to accomplish the task given to him by the Grand Elder and he will also lose his tribe to Draco.
“Master, the New Dawn Pack are forming an alliance with the Blood Moon Pack. Our sources say that they intend to attack us tonight,” the terrified Sadiq replied nervously.
Rohan was quiet for a while, then he burst into laughter. Sadiq looked up at him with a confused expression on his face.
“Seriously Sadiq? Is that what you call bad news?” He asked amidst laughter.
“But young master, those two packs come together could be disastrous for our tribe, they could cause serious damage here,” he replied
“No Sadiq, that was in the past not now. They are just a bunch of powerless wolves and they don’t scare me.
Crystal must be foolish to come up with this plan, the Blood Moon pack only has an Alpha and a few lower rank wolves and the new Dawn Pack has quite a lot of men but no Alpha, they are like two blind men and two blind men can’t help each other. So they are not a threat.” He laughed.
“But we still need to be ready, we need to take precautions.” Sadiq advised.
“Yes that is right Sadiq, here is what you should do about that. Send a message to the Alpha of the Red Moon Pack, tell him to come over here tonight with the sword, then send a message to my tribesmen. They should be here too, waiting for the werewolves to attack so that we can slaughter them.” Rohan instructed with a smirk
“Alright young master, I will do as you have instructed,” Sadiq replied and bowed, then he ran off towards the stairs.
Rohan turned his attention back to the streets.
“So Crystal dared to go against me? She thinks she can play smart with me, well she is wrong.
When she attacks here tonight, I would capture her then place a Mark on her right in front of her mate, then I would have sex with her in his presence and take her special powers.
After that, I will set him on fire right before her eyes, then in future… I will make her my sex slave. That would teach her never to go against a vampire lord in her next life”
