Sage tore her gaze from his, Bruno keeps on confusing her by the second she doesn’t even know which direction to go, instead she’s more confused than ever. She gazed out at the open waters and saw beautiful glass houses, each one more beautiful than the last. Where are they? She looked at Bruno.”Where are we going, I told you I need to get home.”
“You’ll come to know soon enough.”Was all he said.

“Funny. I thought you women love them.”She chose not to answer him, the boat began to slow down Sage’s eyes almost popped out when she saw the beautiful mansion before her they pulled up at a private dock that leads straight to the house and the breathtaking lap pool.”Welcome to my home.”She heard him say.
“You live here.”She asked shocked, he nodded.”Wow.”She whispered.
“It’s beautiful and all the light fixtures makes it even more breathtaking.”She took the hand that he held out to her, Sage was even more astounded at the sheer size of the house.”How big is this place.”
“This house stands on two thirds of an acre and is just over eleven thousand five hundred square feet, with one hundred and fifty eight feet of water frontage.”She stopped at the pool and gazed out at the ocean it was even more beautiful standing here looking at it, having to wake up and see this first thing in the morning would be heaven, she sighed deeply it looks peaceful.”That’s the feeling I got when I first saw this view, a sense of peace, calmness I knew then I had to have this house.”Sage didn’t even want to ask how much it had cost, the house itself spoke volumes, along with the other ones she’d seen on their way here. Tall palm trees topped the backyard the lawn is neatly manicured and so green, four chaise lounge chairs was next to the pool Sage notice an outdoor dining and living area as Bruno lead her into the house.
They stepped into the formal living room that has a great view to the ocean, it was open concept the kitchen over looked the living room and dining room, since there was glass all around one can see the ocean, straight ahead was the huge foyer that has a gorgeous chandelier in the center dual stairs case that wraps around the foyer which leads up to the bedrooms. There was also a wet bar, fully equipped gym a private office and lounge area where you can entertain guests, in the family room on the wall above the fireplace was a portrait of Bruno’s parents. The rooms had contemporary looks as well as modern touches and furniture beautiful and expensive pieces of art and sculptures are seen in the dining and living room Liam and Logan should never set foot in here her savings won’t be enough to replace these objects if they can break it.”Come on.”He said heading for the stairs.
“Where to?”Sage asked and followed him, that question was soon answered when he gently pushed open a door and made her step inside.”Liam?
Logan?” She went over to each of their cribs, she bend down to kiss them both on the forehead they are sleeping so peacefully, Sage looked around her and was surprised to see the room filled with every thing the boys might need.
There’s also a rocking chair near the window, and a bench seat too, clearly Bruno has already prepare ahead for when they gonna come and visit, she now knows they won’t short anything even the changing table is big enough for both of them to lie on. Has he bought them clothes too and how did he knew what to buy for them.”When did you bring them here?”
“Not long after you left for work I ask Jesse not to tell you, I wanted to surprise you.”
She smiled.”You certainly did.”
“Now do you love my surprise.”
She gazed down at her boys.”I love it. Thank you.”She met his gaze again.”Their shots.”She ask concerned.
“I gave it to them.”She breathed a sigh of relief.”Although it wasn’t easy the thought of hurting them terrified me.”He came closer and gazed down at the boys.”They mean everything to me, I never thought I could love anything or anyone as much as I love them. They are worth more than all the money I have. I should thank you for giving me them.”
Sage took a step back, his close proximity was making her dizzy.”You don’t have to Bruno.”She wonder what time it was they should get going.”We have to leave. It’s late.”
His eyes clashed with hers.”You don’t have to. The boys are asleep you’re more than welcome to stay.”Sleep here knowing he’ll only be a hairs breath away, that’s like waving the forbidden fruit right under her nose. To know he was here but she cannot touch or taste him would be a huge test of her control, no, no that’s a recipe for disaster Sage doesn’t trust herself not to go to him in the middle of the night, on the other hand the boys are sleeping so peacefully if she can wake them up now they’ll be cranky and moody not to mention they won’t go to bed anymore and having two fussy crying babies on her hands won’t be a nice thing, she won’t leave them here either, not that she doesn’t trust Bruno she’ll worry if they aren’t with her which will only make her not sleep and call Bruno non-stop to make sure that they are okay, so that leaves only one option, her spending the night. Dear lord help me resist temptation.
“Okay, I’ll stay.”She said.
“Let me show you to your room.”She learned the house has five bedroom with six full bathrooms, the room she’ll be sleeping in is decorated in white all around it also has a nice view of the ocean, a seating area was near the windows.”I hope you’ll be comfortable. If you need anything let me know my room is down the hall at the end.”
“Thank you.”She said with a smile. With a nod of his head he left she went to check out the bathroom it was equally luxurious and beautiful like everything else in the house even a hotel couldn’t compare. Bruno certainly wants his guests to be comfortable and not short anything, she headed out and sank down on the bed she doesn’t think she’ll close an eyelid, she’s in Bruno’s home how many women has he brought here. No Sage don’t do this to yourself Bruno’s past is none of your concern, he’s a man and have needs he’s bound to have past lovers all you should do now is take a shower and go to bed. Alone. The thought wasn’t very comforting, she made her way into the bathroom and took a nice hot shower a few minutes later in the bedroom did she realise she has nothing to sleep in, she cannot sleep in this towel. What now she asked herself.
Maybe Bruno can borrow her one of his old shirts if he has one. Bare feet she made her way to his room, the tiles are heated flooring so no need to worry about cold. She knocked softly on his door and got no answer, she tried again. Nothing. Even calling out his name yield no success taking a huge breath she tried the door handle it opened, she stuck her head in and called him again the room was empty she went inside and closed the door behind her.
His room is different, more dark the black and grey decor gave it a masculine feel, a huge king size bed dominated the center of the room, dark satin sheets covered his bed, a lounger was at the foot of the bed it faced a huge smart tv on the wall, there’s also a double sided fireplace, a private seating area that’s leads out to the terrace she saw two walk in closets, probably his and hers. The windows are open a nice breeze blew in, Bruno had told her downstairs with just a touch of a button all the windows slide down to close the house up or to let fresh clean air blow in, natural light came in from every room of the house he truly has a beautiful home she can already see the boys having a fun time here when coming to visit their father. She can hear a shower running on her right Bruno is taking a shower, she better leave and come back when he’s done.
Bruno’s thoughts was constantly on Sage knowing she was sleeping down the hall wasn’t helping his already monstrous libido, he had thought a shower would help but it isn’t working.
