“I can’t wait to eat you.”
He came back to taste the gem I had hanging earlier. His hands crept across both of my breasts, massaged, and played with. I could feel the tension developing inside me as a result of his simultaneous moves on my body.
“Ahhh! Ismael! I am cumming!” I couldn’t keep myself from yelling. I couldn’t even choose the words; they just poured out of my mouth. I can’t think clearly anymore.
His hand crawled behind me and shoved on my face harder. I was astonished when he placed my legs on his shoulders, putting me quite close to him. At the same time, my juices were gushing.
“Ahh, Ismael, take me down now.” I try to stay away since we both look so embarrassing. I cannot take it any longer. I give up.
“Alright, I’ll take you down,” he said, smiling, but it turned out he meant something different.
He wrapped my thighs around his waist, and I just felt my back rest against the icy tiles at the edge of his pool. His flesh quickly penetrated me, which is why I clutched so hard to his shoulder.
“I-Ismael! That was quick!” I complain.
“Was it my fault that you’re lubricated enough?” He chuckled.
I felt my cheeks flush from the term he used. He grabs both of my thighs as his soldier enters my domain. He was pulling and pressing like a saw, attempting to break my skin.
“Ahhhh… this is so good,” he said quietly, which I couldn’t deny was incorrect. I have never been fucked in the pool. It was my first time, and the prospect alone made me incredibly thrilled. Doing this with the one I love lifted me to the clouds of nine.
I hugged him. Because I’m too slick, he takes it too far. His body was overflowing in places I didn’t imagine he would reach.
“This is fucking good, Ismael,” I grumbled. “I’m about to-”
“You don’t need to inform me. I already know. And we are the same.”
He recaptured my lips as he pushed himself deeper into me. I felt explosions in my cave, which also discharged fumes.
I eventually hugged Ismael because I had lost my strength. “Who told you that I can’t keep up with the woman who’s seven years younger than me?” he asked as he drew me out of the water. “We were talking about you, Jothea. My energies will always be full when it comes to you.”
We both went into the shower, but because I was too weak, he took me to the bath. He was slowly scrubbing my back as if I were his child; he was taking care of me, even kneading shampoo into my hair.
I nearly slept off. The second I awoke, I noticed that he had removed all of my light makeup. He seemed to have figured it out after a few nights of watching me. I couldn’t help but smile as he took care of me. I believed no one would do this for me. I feel like I’m dreaming, and this dream was too bizarre to believe.
I replied, “I love you, Ismael,” as he laid me on the bed. I wore robes.
“I love you too, Jothea,” he said softly before kissing me. I was holding on to his robe when I pulled his away from the kiss. I don’t want this day to end.

I said, “See you,” to Ismael before hanging up. I’m on my way to Safira to file a vacation leave, but I don’t think it will be accepted because Ismael urged me to consider it a business trip instead. But it’s better to know I can file; taking paid vacation just in case is a waste. Our primary goal in Europe is to visit his brother, as if LMC’s partnership with Safira is merely a side hustle.
Miss Levanier assured me that my proposal would be implemented because Ismael was considering introducing a scented balm for his company. He claimed it never crossed his mind. I couldn’t help but roll my eyes. I’m not sure if he actually loves my proposal or if he simply consented because I offered it. I feel like my responsibilities are greater because it is my idea that we will work on. It’s a good thing I chose to be with Ismael because the land of perfumes is in Europe, specifically on the Cote d’Azur in France.
I was going to enter our company’s building when I noticed Roxsielle exiting a jewelry store. She wore a basic black dress and heels. She looks so rich and sophisticated. I frowned, especially as she climbed into a black car. Even the car is recognizable to me.
My chest tightened with nervousness right away. It wasn’t the first time I saw her like that; I’d seen her quite well when we had a family dinner with Ismael. I’m not the judge, but I’m wondering where she got the branded dress.
I’m not sure why I decided to call Joth. I am just restless. And, to my amazement, he answered my call right away, something I never expected to happen.
“Why?” he nonchalantly asked me.
“Uhm, I just want to ask, is Roxsielle there?” I requested confirmation that what I observed was correct.
“She is not here. She informed me that she was going to purchase milk for our children. Why are you asking?”
I exhaled. Seeing Roxsielle earlier does not imply that she was about to go to the grocery store to buy milk. “Huh? Ah, nothing,” I replied nervously. I’m also not used to talking to my brother in person, let alone on the phone. He is frequently angry with me and rants at me as if he were the older of the two of us.
“Okay,” he said. “By the way, congratulations on your graduation.”
I stopped listening. A tear spilled from my eyes. This is not what I anticipated from him, and it tears my heart to hear it from someone in my own family.
“And don’t tell Mom and Dad that I spoke with you.”
“O-okay.”
“Is there anything else you want to ask?”
I swallowed when I remembered something else. “By chance, did you visit my house again?”
“No.” The tone of his voice conveys irritation. Maybe he believes I am accusing him. He seemed to understand the meaning of my query. “Why? What happened?”
“N-nothing. I lost my ring,” I confessed to him. I’m not sure why I now feel close enough to him to share anything like this. I’d never felt anything like this between the two of us before, like if, despite our distance, our hearts were moving closer together.
“Ring?” He seemed curious.
“Yeah.”
“How does it look? Send a photo.”
I bit my lip because I nearly laughed. He sounded like a brother to me now. “O-okay.”
“Bye.”
When the call finished, I experienced overpowering emotions throughout my system. In addition to Ismael, I believe I had a family and an ally at the time. Even though he has yet to apologize, I have forgiven him because he is my only brother.
I sent a picture of the ring Ismael gave me, just as he had requested. Fortunately, I have it in the gallery, despite the fact that my phone is new. The perks of having iCloud.
I brushed away my tears before entering the building. It seemed like it had been a long time since I had come here. My coworkers, Erl, Zedee, and Caylie, congratulated me. Mill and Miss Ayu were also pleased to see me, greeting me and saying they had missed me.
Before we could finish chattering, I bid my goodbyes and headed directly to Miss Sapphire’s office. I noticed her sitting at her table, talking on her phone. I was about to leave again because I didn’t want to intrude on her solitude when she recognized me and asked me to stay.
After a while, she hung up the video call without looking at me. “Sorry, it was my husband.”
I was surprised and quickly looked at her hand. Why did I only now discover that she has a wedding ring? Why is she nicknamed Miss Sapphire so much?
“It’s okay,” I said nicely.
She grinned and directed me to sit in front of her. “Well, it isn’t really okay because I missed him so much. He is a seaman, so we have a long-distance relationship. Fortunately, our technology has advanced to the point where we can communicate,” she stated. “Anyway, that’s too much. What led you here? How was the collaboration?”
“I apologize for the brief delay in signing the contract, Miss Sapphire. It was because of my suggestion,” I said.
“Oh, yes, I heard that. You’re doing an excellent job, Jothea. I’m proud of you for putting so much effort into this project. It hasn’t been long since you denied it.”
I smiled. “Because of that, Miss Sapphire, I’d like to request a vacation leave. The LMC invited me to join their business trip to further research the balm production.
“Oh, really?” She was astounded by my announcement. “That’s a good opportunity, Jothea. You will undoubtedly learn a lot that you can later share with your coworkers and here at Safira.”
What can I learn from Ismael? He only showed me something else.
“Alright. Don’t worry about the cost; instead, enjoy your trip,” she said.
“About the cost, Miss Sapphire, LMC will shoulder it.”
Her smile became bigger. “Wow. Really? Will they do that? How fortunate are we to have collaborated with such a wonderful company? She smiled and raised her cat-eye-shaped glasses to the top of her head. “Good luck with your journey, Jothea. Just provide me the file containing your leave form with the details, and I’ll sign it for you.”
“Thank you, Miss Sapphire.”
I said my goodbyes to her before leaving the office. I was about to talk to my coworkers when they informed me that someone was waiting for me on the rooftop.
I rushed up to see who it was. When I spotted the back of a man standing near the rails, looking out at the city, I smiled.
“Ismael!” I called him. He turned to face me, and I noticed him drinking coffee.
I approached him. “Are you having coffee again?”
“They gave me this,” he said, pointing to a paper cup that appeared to be empty, which he discarded. I can’t help but appreciate him despite his lack of talent in such matters. He will accept any kind of coffee despite his richness.
I hugged him around the waist, inside his trench coat, and looked up to see his eyes fixed on me. “Oh, you are being clingy. Did you miss me?” he inquired.
I nodded. “Even if we only talked a bit ago. I did not expect you to come here. What led you here, Ismael? I thought you had meetings.”
I wrapped myself in his trench coat as he hugged me. “You are the one I’m going to meet.” I giggled when he hissed. “The meeting was just nearby, so I decided to come here to fetch you,” he said to me. By the way, I hadn’t realized it was midday. What time did I leave, and did Ismael enter the LMC earlier? “So, this is the company you chose over us?”
I tapped his chest. “Yes, this is, Ismael,” I replied with a smile.
“Why?”
“What why?” My brows met as I asked him, but I smiled. “I’m not sure if I passed the application on your firm, because they didn’t call me, so I assumed I wasn’t actually. So I searched for someone else.”
He shook his head, appearing frustrated, but it seemed he was simply taunting me. Haven’t we already discussed these two? Besides, it’s not my fault that I’m searching; otherwise, I’ll be begging.
“But they told you they would call you, right?”
“But they didn’t. If you haven’t figured it out, they won’t contact me. Then, after several weeks, I received their call: I need a job. Are you expecting me to abandon my current work merely to be there? No, I didn’t even know whether they’d call me when they said they would. Do you understand me?”
He looked at me for a few seconds before speaking. “Yeah, I definitely get how your brain works now.”
I gazed intently into his expressive eyes. “Jothea, if I say anything in the future, I want you to believe me. It takes a lot for me to make a promise, but if I do, I know that I will go to any lengths to keep it, okay? Do you understand?”
I closed my eyes and nodded. “I understand why you questioned me again about this. I am a lady with a lot of trust concerns in this world, and I appreciate how you consistently reassure me.”
“You live by yourself, so I realize how difficult it is for you to trust or believe anyone. You are an independent woman, and I am concerned that if I leave you again without warning, you will forget about me and my promises.”
“How could I forget you? Why are you telling me these things? Do you want me to cry?” I asked him this question because the pain was gnawing at my nose. I have a feeling that he’s about to leave me again, so he’s likely preparing me for something. My overthinker has resumed operations. “Will you leave me?”
He shakes his head. “I will not do it again. I promise.”
I bit my lip and tried not to cry, but a tear or two escaped my eyes, which he quickly saw. He wiped it off. “Trust me, okay?”
“Alright. I will. I promise.”
