Chapter 2061: What a Coincidence

Book:The All-powerful Son-In-Law Published:2025-3-6

Leo’s gaze swept over the five prodigies of the Martial Dynasty and then turned to the front of the Crescent Dynasty’s camp.
At the front of the Crescent Dynasty’s camp stood five figures-three men and two women.
Among the two women, one had a tall and alluring figure. She wore a red dress that outlined her slender waist and full chest. The slit in her dress revealed her long, white legs. On her back, she carried a fiery red heavy sword. Leo had previously encountered this woman, Frida, a genius disciple of the Spiritfire Sect, in the lava valley where Fire Spirit Jadefruit was planted.
Next to Frida was another woman dressed in a blue gown with short, neat hair. She carried an ancient zither on her back. Leo asked Seraphina about her identity and learned that she was Windsor, a genius disciple of the Wind Listening Pavilion.
The Wind Listening Pavilion was a unique sect among the dynasties, primarily focusing on the rare path of sound cultivation.
Leo’s gaze then moved past Windsor to the other three prodigies of the Crescent Dynasty.
Two of the men looked quite similar, both wearing robes with snowflake patterns and carrying long swords on their backs. Through Seraphina’s introduction, Leo learned that they were Jett Southwood and Jett Northwood, brothers from the Sword Hidden Manor, both highly talented in swordsmanship.
The brothers occasionally glanced at Frida and Windsor with a hint of fervor in their eyes, indicating their admiration for them.
The fifth man from the Crescent Dynasty wore gray clothes and had an ordinary appearance but a focused and determined expression. Although his aura was slightly weaker than the other four prodigies, his status as one of the Crescent Dynasty’s prodigies suggested he was not to be underestimated. Seraphina introduced him as Quinn, a master puppeteer and personal disciple of a powerful rogue cultivator specializing in puppetry.
Next was the Giant Wolf Dynasty.
At the front of their camp stood six figures. Compared to those from the Martial and Crescent Dynasties, the people of the Giant Wolf Dynasty had a predatory look in their eyes and dressed differently.
On the far left was a woman riding a four-winged purple demon wolf. She wore beast-skin shorts, had bronze-colored skin, thick lips, and sharp eyes. She was Mia, a genius disciple of the Beast Taming Sect.
Next to Mia were two men with sinister expressions, dressed in black robes with scorpion and fire toad patterns. They were Scorpio and Toad from Venom Spirit Valley.
Among the remaining three, two were from the Giant Wolf Dynasty’s royal family-a man and a woman named Freddy and Lydia, both dressed in gold-threaded robes.
The last person was a man in red robes with a face disfigured as if soaked in acid, emitting a decaying corpse odor. He practiced corpse cultivation and was named Nightfall.
Among the six, Freddy, the crown prince of the Giant Wolf Dynasty, stood at the forefront while the other five stood slightly behind.
Leo then turned his attention to the front of the Godsbane Dynasty’s camp.
The Godsbane Dynasty also had six figures at the front. Both the Giant Wolf Dynasty and Godsbane Dynasty were vast and slightly stronger than the Martial and Crescent Dynasties.
All six from the Godsbane Dynasty wore beast clothing with silver rings on their noses and ears. They were tall and muscular. One man stood slightly ahead of the others, wearing golden beast-skin with short golden hair that looked like flames on his head. His rough face and large eyes occasionally flashed with a fierce light. His aura seemed stronger than the others. His name was Maverick Blaze.
Leo knew that after killing two of The Webb Siblings, it was inevitable he would face Maverick.
Behind Maverick were five others: a thunder cultivator, two body cultivators, a blade cultivator, and a fire cultivator.
After surveying everyone, Leo retracted his gaze.
At that moment, some cultivators from the Martial Dynasty’s camp focused their attention on Leo and Seraphina.
“Ethan, it’s those two,” Brody said, raising an eyebrow.
When Ethan saw Seraphina, his handsome face lit up. But upon seeing Leo next to her, his expression darkened.
“Hmph, a despicable couple,” Aliza muttered jealously as she noticed Ethan’s gaze on Seraphina.
Ethan clenched his fists inside his sleeves. Although he had seen them enter the island together before, seeing them appear together like an immortal couple still made him uncomfortable. As a once-in-a-century genius of the Yates family in the Martial Dynasty, Ethan had immense confidence. Every woman he met was captivated by his fame, demeanor, appearance, and strength. But when he invited Seraphina to Pill Sovereign Island at Star Moon Lake, she refused him. This rejection dealt a significant blow to Ethan’s ego and left him feeling unprecedentedly lost.
“Ethan?” Brody called out when he saw Ethan lost in thought.
Ethan snapped back to reality and looked at Leo with hostility. Slowly unclenching his fists, he said deliberately, “I will make him regret coming to this island.”
“Ethan, if you can dual cultivate with Seraphina, your chances of reaching Spirit God realm will be even greater,” Elder Quincy said behind him.
“Don’t worry, Elder. There’s no woman I can’t have,” Ethan replied confidently. Seraphina’s unparalleled beauty and rare physique made her extremely desirable to him.
“Let’s go say hello,” Ethan said with a slight smirk as he walked towards Leo and Seraphina.
Leo quickly noticed the Yates family members approaching but remained expressionless.
“Miss Seraphina, what a coincidence to meet you again,” Ethan said with a handsome and gentle smile as he approached Seraphina.
Seraphina glanced at Ethan and nodded indifferently.
Seeing Seraphina’s lack of interest in talking to him, Ethan’s smile stiffened before he turned his gaze to Leo. “Fellow cultivator, we have met before. You must be the recently renowned Lord of Clearwind Town in Martial Dynasty. I am Ethan; I have long admired your name.”
After speaking, Ethan cupped his hands towards Leo.
